The true epicness of the show is all the devil fruit users. Fairy Tail has mages, but all the variety of DF powers and how people use them leads to some amazing battles. And then there are also haki users, giants, monsters of different varieties, etc. I don't think the 4kids version even had an logia user in it. Ace is literally an incarnation of fire.

Wow. Clinkenbeard does Luffy's voice, and its the one time I've seen her casted differently from the sultry voice she normally applies. Pretty cool, but I watched an interview and she said she can only do 3-4 hours at a time lol.

Luffy's english VA is a woman. I didn't realize that, no wonder his voice is so gravely. She probably has to gravel it up to sound more masculine compared to her Erza voice. btw I just looked at the One Piece Strong World trailer funimation released a month ago to hear Luffy's voice again. Not bad. But funimations trailers suck. lol. Their trailer for strong world compared to the japan trailer is noticeably different. I'll buy that movie on blu-ray tho, it was really good. btw...
