I was looking at twitter and someone said something about Leia now being a Disney princess and I almost puked. Disney princesses all have 12 inch waistlines- a very sick message to send to little girls (we didn't have those Disney movies in this house; Mulan was the only princess movie up in this bitch and thats because she was badass)

Im with ^ the next step in film would be to follow Luke as he finds/ trains new jedi like Han and Leia's kids otherwise we'll be looking at a pre prequel which sounds fuckin pointless >.< I was still in elementary school when Star Wars hit theaters, when I saw the film I had the first epiphany of my life; it gave me hope that we could have that kind of tekky future (I immediately wanted a Falcon of my own even the whole smuggling thing sounded okay) and there was none of our religions in their galaxy (very awesome as a kid being raised catholic and forced into religious ed I began to doubt and be disgusted by religion at an early age so to see Jesus or God not matter a single bit to my heroes was so unbelievably awesome) as a bonus many rebel leaders were female. It was just what I needed as a little girl. Not once did I ever give a fuck I was the only girl in school with action figures and vehicles and the Ewok Village. I grew up idolizing Han Solo and the flicks contributed to making me an independent person that dun give much of a fuck what closed minded ppl think of me. Star Wars was one of the few truly good things from my childhood. I was in the theater at midnight when the first prequel movie was released. that one wasn't too bad, but the crap afterwards .....eh.... lets just say the acting wasn't stellar. Anakin's turning to the dark side seemed wayyyyy hokey to me as in oh I had a bad dream kill all Jedi.... bleh The whole birth of the twins was flat out stupid. Pop out the twins name them then die of a broken heart?! Guess she didn't love her kids, glad she kicked it cuz she woulda made a shitty mother. btw Lucas is a dick

I was a reader as a kid. As soon as I could read I did and a lot. There were some books I read over and over Charlotte's Web was a super favorite. I liked the Ramona and Henry books, the Narnia Chronicles, Wrinkle in Time (haven't watched the movie they made for it yet) Boxcar Children series. The best books I read for elementary school were Island of the Blue Dolphins and Where the Red Fern Grows. I liked Sounder too. Mr Rabideau had us reading some sad shit yo Now that we're all apparently older then dirt and are doing the fam thing starting the fam thing have friends doing the fam thing I just figured I'd kick that literature out there, its great stuff from a lil girl's perspective anybody read any of that and add yer faves

we use the drops that go on the neck for flea control works great! I think we're using advantix rite now we've used frontline too. A pet store will overcharge you. Craigslist/paper is animals that will end up in a shelter if they don't find homes. a lot of time its ppl moving and cant take the pets or their pet had babies. ya might get a cat already litter trained fixed etc. check out CL and the sites for local shelters why you think it over. that way you can choose age looks how fixed or not. lotta fur babies need forever homes. maybe a scoopable litter would be good. it clumps the pees and poos so ya can toss the stinky

un altered male cats will spray (horrrrrrrrrrible smell) to mark territory. that smell is wicked hard to get rid of. better off throwing shit away >.< a female might be better if ya don't wanna worry about that sort of thing. she would be fine home alone for all day or even days as long as she has kibbles and water. you'll get all the lovins when ya get home you can do a shelter rescue or you can check craigslist and the paper for people rehoming cats or kittens. you might be able to get one already fixed on the cheap. We had a litter box with a hood for their privacy and to contain turd smell lol. there is scented cat litter and litter freshening powders that can help with oder too. Do you remember our cat with three legs? Ditto is still with us
