      lol its back to normal. I think whoever was working during the severe weather must have raised the cap temporarily to reduce calls until the storms passed.

      Maybe the cable went out in areas and they increased the data cap for all the netflix users? hmm.. I wish Time Warner would do something like that next time the tv goes out.
