  1. This entire stimulus is based off the last republican stimulus and bail out packages that Bush and everyone passed in 2008. Bush bailed out the banks, the auto industry and sent everyone checks. But because it was happening during an election year and Obama was very popular at that point doing multiple interviews and being asked about it repeatedly, people ended up associating the entire massive bailout with him. It was all Bush, Obama and others actually praised Bush for parts of it. Theres alot of interview videos with Bush about it on youtube, most with hardly any views. I got a $300 check from the government that year once Bush signed it into effect. Everybody that was a taxpayer got checks sent out to them. They sent the checks out to the same addresses on file that everyone got their tax refunds sent to. I remember we didn't have to do any paperwork or anything. Just wait for a check to come in the mail like a bonus tax refund. Thats probably why they sent the checks out like they did.. simple, easy, all those taxpayers with addresses already on file and no need to hire a government agency to oversee it. Back in 2008 everyone was hoarding whatever cash they had in case they lost their jobs. So to boost the economy they sent the checks out and sure enough quite a few people spent that money. But with how the economy is now, them sending out money to everyone should also help because its money that will be spent, either on rent, mortgages, bills, etc. And people that didn't loose their jobs will most likely spend it too on extra stuff around their local businesses. I'd say they should do a separate stimulus that focuses on small business's, but I don't think they can filter out who actually needs the help or not without having it get abused to all hell. I can't find the video off hand, but it was like a 5 years ago I remember watching a Bush interview on tv where the person asked him about it all again and how he feels about Obama getting credit for it. He was like "It was all me. I bailed them out." he was disappointed he wasn't getting acknowledged for it. I will say though, I think over half the republicans at the time didn't like the bailout. Thats probably why they were able to get public opinion to shift this over to being associated with Obama. The news was manipulative as all hell back then just like it is today.
  2. I'm glad so many companies are now doing work from home. The company I work for has been doing it for years already. I'm happy with my job, but it'll be nice to see new potential job offerings in the future that actually have telecommuting as an option because it'll open up the workforce across the country instead of only hiring locally. The potential for higher paying jobs will be available to more people in more diverse locations as long as employers keep their work from home options available. Its actually cheaper for the employers too because they don't have to pay for offices, computers, software licenses, power, etc. since all that falls on the home employee. Assuming the workflow stays the same to justify the work from home option. I think that will be the real test for alot of these companies doing this for the first time. Not everyone is suited with the mentality for working from home. It is alot of self isolation and full of potential distractions. I'm a bit anti-social so its never bothered me. But I know some people that went a bit nuts and craved human interaction so bad they either had to quit or go out to a store or something every single lunch break just to see people and start a random conversation with a stranger. It takes a while, but that going crazy from isolation feeling kicks in for people after about a month. In other news: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/texas-lt-gov-dan-patrick-suggests-he-other-seniors-willing-n1167341 I have a feeling Trump and others will lift the quarantine within 2 weeks instead of a month, because the economy and stocks are more important that old people's lives. And the coronavirus stimulus package that could send money out to people sounds like a shit show. Republican version wants all citizens taxpayers to get a one time check for roughly $1200 but corporations gets massive bailouts with no real oversight. Meanwhile the democrats must be smoking a shit ton of medicinal marijuana because some are wanting their version of the stimulus to waive up to $30,000 off everyone's student loans. Like that would ever pass. If theres money for getting student loans paid off, why not waive my credit card debt too dems? Or maybe my brother's medical debt? wtf. Or maybe they could make it so all that student loan debt is now zero percent finance and put that bailout money towards medical products or food stamps for the needy that are all freshly unemployed. Meanwhile everyone thats losing their jobs from this are losing their health insurance at the same time because they'll always be connected together in this country because its how our health insurance industry is set up. I wonder how long rural hospitals / doctor offices will be able to stay open when a large chunk of people don't have insurance to pay for their visits. Those places will have to take the hit while they send out past due notices to patients that might never pay them. One of my local doctor's offices already closed for the foreseeable future. They have one employee working 4 hours a day over the phone only, basically doing refills and telling anyone with an issue to go to an urgent care facility instead. Apparently it made more sense for them to lay off the entire staff and close up shop and fully re-open in 2-3 months instead of actually helping during this situation. Thankfully this isn't the doctor I go to. Also, turns out one of my specialist doctor's I've seen in the past is now offering video appointments. I like that some doctor's are actually coping with the situation instead of just denying their services.
  3. I hear ya about the frozen food prices. Walmart definitely cannot be beat on those prices. I like making hot meals for dinners, but lunches or dinners in a pinch for me is deli sandwiches. Thankfully my local stores are pretty much the same prices if not cheaper when it comes to deli meat, bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and other produce. I can make a quick sahlen's ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato and some wishbone fat free italian dressing (I swear this tastes exactly like regular Italian dressing but only 15 calories a serving, it's my go to condiment for sandwiches and salads and tastes great) and have some chips on the side or an apple. Probably $6 for the ham, $2 for a loaf of bread, $2.50 for a bag of salad or $1 for a head of lettuce, $1 for a large tomato, $3 for a bag of apples or chips. $3 for the dressing (but that lasts like 4 months). I could get like 7 meals out of that for around $20 or less. It's definitely more expensive than walmart frozen food prices, but my local stores frozen food meal prices, depending on the size are like $1.50-2 a piece if not on sale. I think the deli sandwich route is a little more costly, but if I get wunderbar bologna or cheap store chopped ham, either for $2 a pound instead of getting the quality ham, it'd be roughly the same price at my local store. I mention all that because both of my local stores have not once run out of deli meat or produce during all this panic shopping and hoarding. Probably because deli meat only lasts in the fridge for 5-7 days max. But as long as I can get some american cheese slices I can make grilled cheese with all that extra bread for extra sandwiches. Or if bread is out if stock, I get tortillas to make wraps or quesadillas (if I can get shredded cheese instead of american slices). I'm glad the deli departments haven't been that affected because I'll eat deli meat at least 3 days a week, sometimes I'll eat just the meat in a couple slices as a snack. I definitely think the hoarding will come to an end soon, mostly because ppl wont have the money to keep doing it. But if those stimulus checks get sent out, I will buy up groceries a couple days before that because I'm sure everyone will hoard again. Edit: And I will definitely buy some bacon jerky next time I can find some at the store. I had no idea Jack's links made it either. Lol.
  4. I have never heard of bacon jerky until right now. I need to try it. My brother's walmart has restrictions in place to limit how much everyone can buy. Good news is he said today was the first day they had stuff in stock at the end of his shift. He said they had toilet paper and paper towels in stock all day long for over 8 hours. He said the main key was to have the limit of 1 product per customer. Everyone was limited to buying only a single package of toilet paper regardless of the size of the package. In the the end it helped curb the hoarding. Every store I've been too in the last week and a half have all had a limit of 2 of anything in high demand. Maybe having that reduced to 1 of anything is what needs to happen at every store to curb the hoarding. My friend's buddy is one of those "don't let anything go to waste" people and he hunts.. so you don't know what you're missing until you've tried pickled venison heart chunks. It was ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it again. But I'd rather eat that than deer liver again. Just eww. Liver is a texture I don't think I'll ever enjoy.
  5. This is a bit of a spoiler because its casting news for a character, but if they're already announcing it I guess its not a giant spoiler that this person will be in the show now.. *hyped*
  6. I went shopping this morning and lucked out. I usually go to walmart for everything, then hit up my local grocery for meats, veggies and fruit. Well, walmart is completely ravaged. I went to my local grocery store today and they were fully stocked, bread, milk, cheese, creamers, meats, fruit, boxed goods, ample pasta and sauces, etc. The only thing they didn't have was chicken or poultry of any kind or ramen. They had scotts toilet paper only in individual rolls, limit 2 per customer. They said they'll have chicken tomorrow so I'll be going there in the morning to see what I can get. Unlike the small grocery store a town over that Lady went to the other day, this one is not on a bus route. It was a night and day difference compared to walmart. Walmart looks like an apocalypse movie and they were looted. The local place looked like any other day. wtf. Hopefully it stays that way and people from the big cities don't come swarming to it to clear them out. Mmmmmm... Hickory Farms meat and cheese platters are the shit. I didn't know you liked pickled eggs. I've never had a quail egg before. I usually don't buy pickled eggs tho, I have a tendancey of taking any leftover eggs I have that will expire soon and hard boil them, then put them in a leftover jar of pickle juice to suck up the flavor. They keep for a couple weeks easy in that juice. The pickle juice never comes close to the yolk, but its a decent way to preserve them longer in the fridge for a decent snack and a good dose of protein. That jerky sounds really good. I personally don't like that rock hard stuff. I prefer a nice moist jerky.. btw don't order jerky off amazon without looking at reviews. I have seem some horror story review pics of so much mold its unbelievable. x_x I just finished listening to this episode and its lays out alot of good info on the coronavirus and a variety of other diseases.
  7. I got an email from Square Enix today. Free Tomb Raider & Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (steam codes). Make an account if you don't have one, add to cart and checkout for $0.00. Their website had a queue earlier when I bought them for free. It took a couple hours to send the confirmation email that my keys are now available in my account. Offer ends 03/23/2020 at 11:59 pm PDT. https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/en_US/ I haven't played Temple of Osiris before, but the original Tomb Raider is an amazing game and plays great with an Xbox 360 controller on pc (I already own it on steam). I think Windows 10 has PS4 controller support to now. I haven't tried that yet tho since I have a Xbox 360 wireless controller and nvidia shield controller dedicated for PC gaming. Edit: Another link in case the games don't show up on the front page of their store: https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/en_US/stayhome
  8. https://www.forbes.com/sites/rachelsandler/2020/03/19/california-projects-56-of-state-population-will-get-infected-with-coronavirus-over-an-8-week-period/ Well it looks like California will be hit hard. Not everybody is going to be super sick, some ppl might only get a light cough, others will be sick for weeks, but those ppl that can die from it.. if we end up getting a mortality rate like Italy we could end up with millions of Americans dying. Edit: And my brothers sister in law won't know the results of her coronavirus test for another 2-5 days. Wtf.
  9. I'm so glad I skipped on watching that PS5 reveal guy talk. The PS5 looks a bit underpowered compared to the series X, but I bet thats because they'll be making a PS5 Pro after a year thats more powerful. But those load times are nice. I'll be sticking with playstation. They'll have too many exclusives that I'll want. God of War, FFVII, backwards compatibility with my existing game collection, etc.
  10. Lady went to walmart and a local grocery store today thats a small town over.. Walmart was ravaged. No bread, no meats except for some costly large hams. No boxed side dishes or frozen pizza. No milk, creamers, etc. Looking like apocalypse movies like the place was looted. The only meat thing she managed to get there was some banquet popcorn chicken. All the cat food, dog food and dog treats we buy were all out of stock. The local store had meats, got some pork chops, beef roasts, franks, but no bread or buns. I actually placed 2 orders tonight. 1 from walmart for dog food, treats, protein powder and an order from amazon for puppy pads. Shit is nuts. She said she almost walked into a fight in the dairy section. People were about to throw down. We're not going back to walmart till this shit settles down. We'll pay higher prices at smaller local places or order online if available. Getting dangerous out there. My freezer has a good assortment of foods at the moment. Once we get our pet stuff we should be set for about 2 weeks or so. Thankfully we bought a large 20 pack of toilet paper before all this even happened. We have like 12 rolls left. Never thought I'd see the USA like this. I have a bad feeling that the next two weeks will determine how fucked our country is. I think they quarantined and closed shit down way too late. The amount of people that have been exposed will start all getting sick simultaneously over the next couple weeks and we'll see hot spots of illness all over the country. Depending on how bad it is will determine the damage. If its not bad and can be isolated and we all social distance we could be good in a couple months. If this shit is everywhere and we get a scenario like Italy, this could take a solid year minimum to recover from. I am really really hoping this isn't too bad. And when people say it only kills the people with pre-existing conditions and health issues.. well, USA is 50%+ obese and all medicated for something. Yeah...
  11. I made a status update about this, but I figured this virus will be sticking around for a while so I'd make a topic instead. Status update for reference before it gets buried in a month from more status updates: https://www.ancientclan.com/profile/1-sledgstone/?status=1565&type=status Hows the Coronavirus impacting you? Thankfully I work from home and my job is not affected yet so I haven't had any work outages. I know quite a few people now having drastically reduced hours in the food industry and they'll be struggling to pay bills here by next week. I haven't been shopping since last Friday and it was a mad house then and only gotten worse from what I've heard. There is coronavirus cases in my county here in NY and it looks like the economy is going to crash. Maybe this new stimulus package will help? If they do send out checks to everyone like the Bush stimulus did, I'm going to have to throw that money right at my roof leak instead of additional food supplies. x_x I have one piece of roof that is not in good shape and apparently has been leaking for a while, buried under masses of snow until it recently all melted. Home insurance guy was a prick and doesn't want to cover it. I'll be switching home insurance companies just because I didn't like the guy. I also think my agent misrepresented to me the actual quality of the insurance package too. My brother's sister in law has been sick for 2 weeks and is getting tested for coronavirus. His entire family has been sick for almost 2 weeks too (literally 2 weeks of off and on vomiting for all of them) but hes unaffected as of right now. And I have a friend or two in UK and I saw a facebook post from one of them saying toilet paper was in stock at some local store, so it looks like the toilet paper shortage is global. wtf. Oh, and it makes sense that stores are having reduced hours now, because some people are getting sick as distribution facilities. Shipments to stores that should arrive in the morning may not make it to the stores till late afternoon. Changing their hours should definitely help with restocking issues. I still think everyone is in hoard mode because of fear of "stay in place" orders or quarantines. I think I have enough food for 2 weeks, but maybe not. I'd like to buy some more meats to throw in my freezer and get some canned soup. And also, (insert blanket coronavirus message like everyone else): Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Update: At Ancient Clan, the safety and security of our members, and local communities is our utmost priority and our thoughts are with those impacted by the Coronavirus. 12. Since some movies are coming out digitally early because of coronavirus, many streaming sites that allow user uploads have started getting movies thrown on them, same with torrents. Apparently Pornhub.com is not the fastest to take down movies. lmao. I'm not saying I watched Sonic on Pornhub, but I did watch it. I enjoyed this movie. It was much much better than I thought it'd be. The CG was great, and his new look is great. Of course he looks out of place in the human world and a bit cartoony, but thats what made it good. Because he actually looks, talks and acts like what I'd expect Sonic to be like. They did it in a way that is fun and significantly better than trying to humanize/alien his body into something realistic like the original design. Jim Carrey did a fantastic job. The concept of the movie was well done and it was a decent explanation why Sonic is on Earth.. they have some backstory at the beginning of the movie, but not too much so it was kind of a soft origin in the first 5 minutes instead of dedicating an entire movie to an origin story, which was refreshing to me honestly (I'm burned out on origin movies and origin movie reboots). The writing was good and theres multiple times they got a laugh out of me. And watch a little bit after the first part of the credits for the teaser for a sequel. And I hope they make a sequel.. wow.. didn't think I'd ever say that about a Sonic the Hedgehog video game movie. If they do make a sequel, I'm guessing they'll include multiple other characters and maybe elaborate more on his origins and his powers without bogging down the movie with it.
  13. That would be amazing. It's not like Konami is doing much of anything with the properties.
  14. That final mid season episode was harsh... its definitely the end of the series. I was not expecting those characters to get killed off. x_x
  15. Netflix is making animated shows like HBO now. I was not expecting the sex. After Dracula died in season 2 I figured the show would have another season to tie up the leftover plot lines, but they've built this up for the long haul. They could easily make multiple seasons going forward. I wonder if Alucard is going to eventually become evil. Some demented shit happened in this season. And I thought forge masters had some messed up powerful magic, then we see whatever the hell that one guy was with the crown control magic, wtf. I was not expecting that kind of power.
  16. This ended recently on HBO and it was very good. The acting was great and the plot was good. A little slow at times, but its alot of suspense and build up to the realization of what they're dealing with. If you like crime drama with a bit of a paranormal/horror twist (this is based off Stephen King so it must be something paranormal/horror, lol.) then you won't be disappointed. For a one off series, I'm pleased. Now I hope more Stephen King properties get the HBO treatment. The only downside to the show is probably the few eps that have a strip club scene. I swear HBO cannot make a show without flashing women's tits all over the place.
  17. Went grocery shopping today so we can skip this weekend. It was crazy. Like black Friday busy but for groceries. At walmart, the aisle with toilet paper was blocked off with an employee at both ends allowing only 2 customers at a time in it because yesterday there was a fight over toilet paper. Wtf. The smaller grocery store in the same shopping plaza was busy as hell to but didn't have aisles blocked off. Flipping crazy.

LMAO Your local tire store is clearly nasty AF then. I hope you don't need new tires anytime soon. XD

Eating out is something I do a lot of. Mostly casual dining. All of them have posted or emailed me about how they've swapped from individual plasticware to packaged plasticware behind the counter. No more bottles of hot sauce, or salt and pepper. All of it has to be requested. Which I feel will show them how often these things aren't used in their resturant and they'll probably keep it that way to save money on salt and pepper. Everyone is doing curbside takeout now.

I actually do need new summer tires which is why I noticed they never emailed me. XD

They closed all the bars and restaurants here in the entire state of NY today except for pick up or delivery food. I'm guessing I'll get emails from every place I've ever eaten at before now telling me about their "clean disinfected environment and convenient curb side pick up"

I honestly can't take these notifications seriously because they are all the same statement with the names and a few things here and there changed for the type of eatery it is.

  18. One of the dumbest promotions for DLC... buy candy bars.. https://butterfingerff7r.com/ Well I bought 10 nestle crunch candy bars at walmart for $0.88 each, submitted my receipt last night (I included the back of the candy bar in the pic so the person manually verifying these receipt images can see the upc matches the receipt), and got the email this morning saying I'll get all the DLC codes in 3-5 days and already got the code for the PS4 Tifa theme code. Ended up being like just over $8 in candy, but I actually like crunch bars, so its not that bad. Its alot of candy tho. lol. I threw them in the freezer. It'll take me like a year to eat that much candy. I still have halloween candy in my freezer too. and candy canes from christmas hanging off my mail organizer.
  19. The Terminator is in everything.
  20. I ordered new RAM for my PC. 16 GB = two 8 GB chips. Its not a major name brand, but I bought it off amazon. Timetec brand RAM. Seems to have good reviews and it was $57. My PC uses DDR3 RAM and some of that seems pretty costly to me. Amazon seems to have everything counterfeit lately, so when I ordered, I chose, ship from Timetec directly instead of "fulfilled by amazon" I figure I'll get an unopened, unreturned, non counterfeit product that way. Good news is my PC has not crashed a single time for a solid 2 weeks so it was definitely my RAM. I re-installed a bunch of games and I'm enjoying my PC again.

That was like 6 months of bullshit with driver updates, windows update issues, crashes, hard ware tests, etc. I will never trust a memory test again. All results of the tests were completely fine. Those 2 sticks were definitely bad since I pulled them and never had a crash since. Running on only 6 GB right now compared to the 12 I was using, does seem to affect loading times. My PC is a little slower for booting and games take just a bit longer to boot up, but I haven't tried any games lately that require a decent amount of RAM, only Starcraft Remastered and GW2.

Got my new RAM last night. Going from 6 to 16 GB, the only difference I've noticed is games load a bit faster, streaming games to my laptop or nvidia shield is much smoother, no lag or graphical issues anymore. I used to get occasional pixelation that didn't last long, I used to associate that issue with my wifi, turns out that was a RAM thing to. That also used to happen when I had 12 GB ram. The only other difference I noticed is I don't get a huge lag spike spinning my camera around in GW2 anymore even in a populated area. Interesting.. it doesn't improve my FPS, but it does prevent the FPS dropping to 12 while initially spinning my camera around lions arch or divinitys reach.

  21. I had like 5 left after that boss. lol. I kept forgetting to use Barrett's heal spell, but the demo gave enough phoenix downs too in case one of them died. I kept forgetting to block and I forgot to dodge out of the electric field AOE attack.
  22. Themes updated. Final Fantasy VII Remake - Tifa wallpaper is default now. I have the background images set to auto adjust to the browser size full screen/window/cell phone/etc.. I'll add more images soon and update them occasionally now that I know how to do it properly.
  23. It was amazing. A solid hour for the demo and it sold me. I'll pre-order this. I haven't pre-ordered a game in forever. I think I'll go for digital deluxe version. I'm just wondering if that cactaur and carbuncle summons are just early access and you can get them in the game later or if they are exclusive to the digital deluxe version. The combat is like FF13 with single player control while the others are AI, but you can switch or issue commands to the other team mates. But unlike the FF13 games, we got a full manual control of movement which makes it feel so much more fluid. The camera did go a bit nuts for me a couple times, like it got stuck for a couple seconds behind some fence, but besides that it was polished to all hell. The graphics were top notch but the character models is where this really shines. They all looked amazing. All those years ago when everyone kept asking for a remake of FF7, I thought we'd get HD upscaled graphics but keep the turn based combat and whatnot. I did not except the final product to be so drastically different from the original game, but my god it was worth the wait. They kept the original music to, but remastered it. This was basically scene for scene from the original game, down to the enemies and music changes. I'm sure theres a youtube video somewhere showing the original scenes compared to this demo. The enemies, boss, etc was all the same to. I set it for normal combat and it was so much fun. I think Classic combat sets it to turn based, but I didn't try that. I went through so many potions at that boss fight, lol. My only concern now is how much of the game is actually in this version. Is it still only the stuff that happens in Midgar? and the sequels will be FFVII Remake 2, 3, 4... through 10? Because Midgar was only the tip of the iceburg of the original game. I broke the timer on my old PS1 version of FFVII, my save files all had the clock/time played as 99:99 If you think that was fun DX, wait until you see the materia system in effect, all the spells, summons, etc. If you noticed on Cloud's sword he had a green glowing orb on it, that was a piece of materia, you have to equip them in your weapons. Better weapons have more slots for more materia. The materia he had equipped must have been a fire one because he had a fire spell available. As you level up, the materia levels up and you get upgraded spells or abilities, Fire 2, Fire 3.. and your character learns the spells permanently as they level up, once leveled up, equip that materia on another character and they get instant access to all those spells from that leveled up piece of materia, then they start learning those spells permanently. Same with summons and ability materia. Assuming its all like that still in this Remake. Considering the amount of detail they put into it, It looks like that will all be the same still. Some weapons had connected materia slots to combo them. So you have an "ALL" materia that does nothing by itself, but you combo it with a Fire materia in two connected slots and now all your Fire spells affects all enemies on the screen every time you cast it. I can't wait to see the elaborate spells.. Oh.. and that bike chase scene from the trailer. I bet that will be fun as hell. Damn I need this game now.

    YT thread

That Aussie meat sounds horrible. wtf. why import beef when theres an abundance in the US.. jeez. I have never returned meat in my life.. I didn't even know there was a return policy for it. I did get a bad package of frozen ribs once, but I emailed the manufacturer of them instead of taking it back to the store and got a check in the mail. Every new place that opens is always the same with quality over quantity for the first like 6 months. I remember when a new Wendys first opened and when one of the burger kings was torn down and reopened, both of those places sold sandwiches that looked exactly like the advertisements. Perfect whoppers, perfect Dave's singles.. and then 6 months later the whoppers are sold with half a cup of mayo, 2 sliver pieces of tomatos that were about the size of pickles, and all pickles on one side of the hamburger.. Wendys burgers started looked squished, but their toppings stayed consistently good all along, except for their salads. Those basically turned half size. After I had a crap, 4 bites salad, I stopped buying them there for 2 years. They're good again at my location as far as I can tell. Buffet food with the bathroom outside. LMAO! That food sounds good tho! There probably is a pill for the lactose, but I'd rather not take it. I'm still unaffected by cream in my coffee so thats all that matters. If I can't handle butter, I'm fine with that because its healthier for me to skip on all things butter. I will get the butter for movie theater popcorn, but I think its margarine so it doesn't affect me as bad. The one thing I'll never eat again tho is buffalo hot wings. That hot wing sauce the wings are dipped in at every restaurant or pizza place, is literally 50% franks red hot and 50% butter. NOPE. I use Smart Balance Butter spread now. Its tasty and cooks pretty much just like butter. We call it "fa-butter" for fake butter. "Pass me the fabutter please" Its not the best for my colon either, but way better than butter. I've been trying to eat healthier for the last 3-4 years, especially the last year, so dropping butter hasn't been bad at all. I've actually stopped drinking milk and eating most cheese over the last year too, but thats mostly because of calories than any lactose issues. Your food pyramid sounds horrible. My food pyramid used to be topped with carbs like doritos, cereal, pasta and then second would be meats like beef and pork, then dairy, cheese milk. I've changed my eating drastically from 3 years ago, especially the last year. I stopped eating like 80% of all the snack food I'd eat through the day and increased my non beef protein by alot. I've been watching Athlean-X videos on youtube for a handful of years now, instead of a food pyramid he breaks his food down into portions on a plate. Hes got alot of good videos. And I've switched to the plate method for my food along with you myfitnesspal app to keep track and it's been hugely beneficial. I'm never going to be some big buff muscle guy, but the exercises in alot of his videos has helped me with my ulnar nerve pain and the nerves in my arms and hands don't flare up hardly ever anymore. I haven't woken up with an arm completely asleep in almost 2 years now thanks to doing push ups, and some other exercises I've learned from his channel. Thats my goal, to stop having pain.. and its working so far. My legs are still in garbage shape, but thats because I haven't worked them enough. Working a desk job for 18 years made alot of my muscles basically go into atrophy. Its taken me years to get conditioned to finally do basic pushup sets that I can do now. Exercise and my diet has had a huge change in my body. I've had prostate issues in the past and thats resolved too. Hes done a bunch of food videos, heres one of them: Theres another channel called Gravity Transformation and he has alot of good info too about foods. He has way too many about them, I might skim through my history later and find a good one to post in this topic. https://www.youtube.com/user/GravityTrainingSol
