Thats what I get. The only good news I have for you is that it wont affect your BF4 gameplay experience. I've played BF3 on 8mbps with no issues.

I struck a deal with TW. New bundle I qualify for. $8 more a month and I get whole house DVR, HBO, and Road Runner Extreme. I'll have 30 mbps down and 5 mbps up. The guy is coming a week from friday to set me up with new hardware.
