Well, All, Sabe has returned! ...Again. I think my last set of posts took place back in 2013 or so, and there has been a LOT that has changed; it amazes me that it has, though, since I always thought of my life as so unchanging. Back in '13 I was working at the Arena doing Security work...it wasn't exactly what you'd call fulfilling, but it paid the bills and kept me busy. Well, it was just a year after that, when things changed, and they changed fast. To make a lot of superfluous details and ex
This is a highlight reel of explosions and dick punches from my playthrough of the Uncharted collection on PS4. There are no spoilers in this clip, just a few inappropriate dick punches, explosions and glitches.
I followed the directions in this video and what an improvement!
This was way easier than manually installing reshade and sweetfx and then fine tuning the effects I'd want. Instead it took me about 5 mins and everything looks amazing.
Here are some before and after shots. Click on an image to open it in the lightbox image viewer, then hit the left and right arrows on the sides of the image to easily compare.

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my graphics card. I bought a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP! Edition. So far it's running pretty good. It is a huge upgrade over the 1 GB non gtx geforce stock card that came with my Dell XPS desktop.
It only needs a single 6 pin power connector and the small profile fits perfectly without forcing me to buy new sata cables to fit around it. This card does run a little hot since the fans are dialed way back from the manufacturer. At i
Doctor Who has always been one of my favorite shows, but this last series with Peter Capaldi has hit a new low for me. I loved Matt Smith and David Tennant as their own respective doctors, but Peter Capaldi's doctor is so bland. He might be a better doctor if the show actually had decent writers though. In all of time and space to travel to, the doctor has spent about 90% of that season in the school where Clara works.. Surrounded by children, Peter Capaldi's age is even more pronounced and he i
Invision Power Services has launched their test site for their new 4.0 software that we'll be upgrading to sometime after they release it and a new skin is available (most likely the same skin / theme we are using now). Its interesting as I didn't know what exactly to expect. I knew they were recoding the entire platform so all their products can be used separately, but I was kind of expecting some new eye popping layout or something. When compared to their current forum, it actually looks very
I was playing Domination on Operation Mortar when I got this UCAV Airburst triple kill. The shortest effective range for the UCAV is shown in this video. From the moment I shot it, I was holding up on the control to pitch the UCAV down as fast as possible until the last moment. Around 120 meters in the shortest distance a UCAV can be effective at.
My first impressions of the SR338 is that it is a DMR with all the sniper rifle scopes. I'm really surprised this is in the same category as the rest of the sniper rifles. This gun reminds me of the SKS from BF3.
This gun is definitely a DMR except that its only good for medium range. Up close shots and you need at least 2-3 shots to kill an enemy at point blank range. This isn't good at all for my style of Aggressive Recon. I don't see how you can get 3 shots off in time when it has a bigg
Battlefield 4 Long Range Sniping 978 Meter Headshot with the SRR-61.
This guy was a great target. The game had a glitch unfortunately. After my initial hit, I didn't see the actual hit marker or bolt action animation. Even so, it was a great shot for me.
Star Trek Discovery Season 2 was amazing. Significant improvement over season 1. Bringing in captain Pike, Spock and the Enterprise as well as tying the entire Discovery series into the timeline and canon of the original series was well done and extremely entertaining to watch. I wish they didn't f*ck up the klingons as much as they did in season 1, because aside from that Discovery is now a solid show that ranks up there with TNG and Voyager for me.
Finished Ultraman on Netflix, the story was good but it left too much unanswered... and the biggest travesty was the CGI. Holy cow it was wildly inconsistent and mostly all bad. The distance shots looked like some PS1 stuff, like they didnt know what shading was. They spent all the money on the final fight which was awesome, and then the last few minutes got really bad.
I need to buy a lawn tractor soon.. maybe this weekend. The last lawn tractor I owned was a piece of crap hand me down that nickel and dimed me to death until I got rid of it and got a decent push mower instead. But my yard now has just over an entire acre of just grass. No way in hell I can push mow that. I might get a Cub Cadet or John Deere tractor. I need to see what might be on sale. I had the lawn mowed at the end of last year right when we moved in and its $40 per mow. x_x
I never watched the original Fruit Basket because the description just sounded too silly. The premise of all anime is that at least one of the protagonists has a flaw. Luffy can't swim, Inuyasha turns human on the full moon, etc. I just generally dislike when a flaw is so overwhelming it's a massive inconvenience. BUT Since the simuldub started Friday I'll be watching the reboot. It seems to have a huge following and the first ep was quite good.
Watched Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse tonight and I have to say the movie was spectacular and definitely lived up to all the hype surrounding it. Probably one of my favorite superhero movies now and I fully understand why it won an Oscar.
Story was great from start to finish, though I really don't know what to think of the animation style it certainly worked in this movies favor (a little jarring at first but I was definitely starting to feel it toward the end), and while I'm not usually into the music used into the show I have to say the soundtrack is fucking awesome. Kinda wish I would of went to see this in the theater but that didn't really diminish my enjoyment of the movie.
Really hope we get another one like this (seems there is a sequel of sorts in the works and a few spin-offs as well) because it definitely deserves one. I also have to say the Spider-Man Noir is probably going down as my favorite Spider-Man.
