Right now I'm going to celebrate that this nightmare of a year is over. Then I'll be on PS Home celebrating January 1st (twice) depending on when the ball in their central plaza drops. After that I'll be ignoring my family until Joshua's B-Day & Easter come around because right now all they've been doing for months is getting in the way of my plans.

I thought it was great. Saw it with 3D glasses. I'll be getting it if & when I ever get to buying more Blu-Rays. That and the matter I still have to figure out the best way to get a 3DTV...

My original plans (last month) was to save a bunch of money by doing nothing today. But the idea that my mom wanted to celebrate my (belated) birthday eventually creeped me out. She may have good intentions, but the holidays ultimately blind her from the whole picture.So I did do my usual "Year Of Flight" Ice Cream Cake & my Stuff Crust Pineapple Buffalo Wing Pizza. And I also got my Deadpool Classic Vol 3 & Dark Reign: The Underside that I bought on amazon yesterday. An estimated total of $100 not counting my PSN buys & the fact I'm going to watch James Cameron's Avatar tomorrow. ... A minor setback in the grand scheme of things, but at least my B-Day won't come back to bite me in the place where my @$$ use to be if & when I spend time with my mom.

Especially when PS3 isn't as overpriced as it use to be? The numbers from my 1st post don't lie. More people are buying PS3s (right now). If this had been about the Wii I'd say wait & see. And if there wasn't a new console coming up before the PS3 Wand makes it's debut then I would have recommended getting a PS3 instead. Side note, I own a Wii with 19 games & 9 on my waiting list. And if HD-DVD won I would have recommended waiting for the next Xbox as only then I'd be sure that MS could make a new console.

I watched Season 1 & 2 when they were on Adult Swim. You can get all of Season 1 on Bandai's You Tube channel. Don't know if they'll do the same for Season 2. Only thing that keeps it from being my all time favorite is the usual High School Setting & under aged characters.

From what I've read there is no plans from any of the companies to release new consoles. Since The Slim, PS3 has been outselling the 360 so Sony is focused on that. And I don't think MS can make a much more advance console with out resorting to some how getting Blu-Ray or resorting to going the the now dead HD-DVD. The only advancement seems to be is motion controls. Pretty much, although I'd be against getting involved in another nation's war even if they asked. US has that problem with Israel already. I'm pretty sure the "zombified" soldiers are not undead / reanimated / etc like actual zombies. So I don't see how they compare in any shape or form to Mobile Dolls.

I just think you're putting too much emphasis on the word zombie. (Jokingly maybe it'll convert terrorists into nerds... Just the thought "Boom! Headshot" in Arabic is funny) But just because they're it's similar to Zombies doesn't mean they're Zombies. The emphasis has been on saving lives on the battlefield with this. Where as Mobile Dolls were just programmed to remove lives from the battlefield with those. Glad we can agree on the pointlessness of the War On Terror & the War On Drugs. But... The WOT will continue on the other side to be an act of revenge for occupying & supporting their enemies while there loved ones get caught in the cross fire. The WOD will continue because "Big Brother" thought it was a good idea to ban something with a lot of demand thus creating an illegal business that can guarantee a whole lot of profit. So you have 2 other sides either in it for revenge, profit, or both. Then you have the US political side in it for ego boosting, war profiting, & aiming for people who want to go to college. The wars are not nation(s) vs. nation(s). They're intended to be the worst rendition of "The Song That Never Ends". But all that aside when was the last time you think there was a justifiable war? Because looking back on WW1 that was the US's fault for sending a ship of civilians into hostile German waters. And the Pearl Harbor attacked happened because the US tried to isolate Japan from its war with China. And finally Treize Khushrenada is / was a decent looking, sophisticated, nutbar. He had OZ destroy their higher ups, the UESA. And was looking forward to Epyon vs Tallgeese II in the battle he was about to have with White Fang. He only finds the Mobile Dolls ugly because he thinks there is beauty in the "ultimate sacrifice".

But isn't the "War On Terror" or whatever Obama is pushing under the rug as still meaningless even with out Zombie Soldiers?Beside that Treize was referring to Mobile Dolls aka Robots. Do you share this same view when it comes to the Remote Controlled Robots that have become a way to avoid death in hostile situations? And this war isn't meant to be won. Civilians are being killed in the cross fire which makes more people their want to become terrorists. In order for this war to truely end it would have to come to the same conclusion The Vietnam War did.

Glad I preferred K'nex when I was younger...

But wouldn't Two Thousand & Ten (2,010) Winter Olympics sound like that's how many they've had?Twenty Ten (2010) sounds more like a year number instead of a sequel number. Also I'm pretty sure there hasn't been 2,009 Winter Olympics so far.
