That's exactly right. A lot of people don't understand that $15 min wage is bad. These are entry level jobs that kids should be doing, not a way of life. Now it's gonna be harder for young people to get their first work experience because no one is going to want to hire a kid for a hugh wage. If everyone could live comfortably making French fries then you'd have less people willing to work for a more skilled occupation that's a value to society. Human drive is why socialism doesn't work and never will. Star Trek economics will never happen. As for the OT rules, yeah if they increase my wage I see longer hours and less help in the future. 

Interesting changes, I heard a little about this yesterday with the Wendy's Kiosk thing they're rolling out. While I feel it's a good change because lets face it, low-end salaried managers get the hose when it comes to working hours. I know while I was still working at Wal-Mart most Assistant Managers pulled up to or even more then 70 hours a week and were only paid for 50 (most of them making below or right at this base line of $47k) this will have sweeping repercussions once implemented. Wal-Mart will most likely do away with their profit-sharing program to cover the costs (if they don't fuck their salaried managers) which means the hourly workers won't get that nice little bonus every 3 months if they make profit (it's a weird program honestly, I never fully understood it but I never complained about the extra $300-$500 it put on my check when it paid out). They'll probably cut down on their already bloated management staff as well (at the Wal-Mart I used to work at (and probably work at again if they hire me back) they have 4 Co-Managers and at least 16 Assistant Managers (you could easily cut that to 2 Co's and half as many Assistants)). How other businesses will handle this is up in the air but I'm pretty sure that's what Wal-Mart would do (I mean they already run their stores with the bare minimum employees needed). Sadly Wal-Mart's pay increase in my area was pretty shitty. My friends say they received a 2% raise when this all went into effect but then again they are some of the best paid hourly employees in the company (when I left I was making $17.80 an hour after 4 years (4 normal raises) and 6 cost of living raises and other minor increases, my friend is currently making $18.12 an hour. They're lucky also because when the company dropped starting wages they rolled all that money into their base wages so they wouldn't loose it). Not so much anymore as I've heard the starting wages dropped to $12 an hour for days and I believe $14 an hour for nights (down from $15 and $17 respectively, this is due to the oil boom in the Bakken dropping off drastically). This is still more then the national average for Wal-Mart employees but it's a general idea of what at least one Wal-Mart is paying.

I stick with the power build. I destroyed a MM Necro the other day that wanted to chase me down. I'd say spamming all your staff attacks and entering shroud works just as good in WvW as it does in PvP. Most the time people will just retreat. I've won a few 2v1 and 3v1s trying to get back to the zerg. It's always fun to rally off a neutral animal when you get downed only to clean up the guys you have low on health.

Battlefield always sets the benchmark on graphics. Running 60 players on a map with multiple vehicles and stunning visuals is def a chore.

They probably will at a later date. The multiplayer is the best the series has to offer tbh. It's basic and perfect. There are only 3 killstreaks. UAV, Airstrike, and chopper. The airstrike and chopper are pretty randomized. You can't pick the direction the airstrike goes and the chopper would sometimes patrol in a part of the map no one was at. It was all gunplay skill based. The maps were outstanding and the gun balance was superb.

Every shooter has a big influence on COD. They haven't had an original idea since Black Ops 1. Lol

Yeah I use vital/power. It's a great boost for regular dungeons.

Rifle is meta fo base, but it's laughable. You stay in nade kit and rotate 1-5 F1-5. I'm probably never gonna run fractals or raids with her so I'll use the power hammer build on meta battle. I already invested in zerk gear before the condi update.

They must have slightly increased ascended drops in WvW. 3 people including myself got an ascended box within minutes of each other from the rank up chest. Now my necro has 2 asc armor pieces. I'll give her the rest of my future drops to fully ascend her. Light Armor crafting is the most expensive to do.

Her path to the WH is going to be a lot more difficult than its being made out to be. Sanders is destroying her in the young vote, there isnt a lot of enthusiasm there for her. Superdelegates are what is helping her win. Republican turn out is breaking records while Dem turnout is down 1/3rd. If the GOP goes to a contested convention and Cruz snivels his way into the nomination it will be Romney all over again with a lot of people staying home on the GOP side. If Trump wins the general he'll only be around for 4 years. He's not going to be like other politicians and will try to steamroll his plan immediately. This will def cause Dems to show up for the next election. Obama had a full dem congress when he got in, but he knew he wouldn't get reelected if he implemented everything he wanted to in his first term. The dude has always intentionally made his announcements on days before holidays, sporting events, weekends and other times people are generally distracted and don't pay attention. If Hillary keeps running on that extreme gun control platform she def will not win. Suing gun manufacturers for crimes other people commit is like suing car companies for drunk drivers. The NRA machine will be out in full force... and they are more massive than ever with Obama's constant threats over the past 5-6 years. She should know better. When the Brady act was sign under Bill Clinton, the dems got mollywhoped in the mid term.
