It seems adblock+ was the culprit. They've really dropped the ball over the years. I probably should disabled it completely. Ublock seems to evade almost all detection. I leave them both on for double the protection. The only time Ublock got detected after turning off AB+ was when l was watching an anime series on a questionable site that had a lot of old series i wanted to watch... which oddly enough Funi acquired most of them in the past few months. 

lol i cant relate. i cut my own hair since high school so another list to my 'corona doesnt affect me' kinda thing. i have shoulder length hair so its easier to manage and get trimmed every month or two than when i had shorter hair. only time i worried about my haircut was when we lost electricity for three weeks due to stupid hurricane and couldnt use my hair clipper

They did, but its way more casual. No scrubs, but they spray down the seats with disinfectant after each person.

Mega Python vs Gateroid will always be a favorite of mine just because if this bad fight scene.
The acting was so bad it was amazing.
Sharknado 3 was the best one. The rest of those movies were garbage compared to fighting sharks in space.

Z-Nation was the other one. XD. I really didn't care for Sharknado. It tried too hard to be bad so in the end if wasn't funny bad, or good to me, just mediocre which is the worst thing you can do in my eyes. They went from showing bad movies to trying to make ones and it just didn't do it for me. Mega Piranha will always be the best one they showed. I think that's the one where they had a car chase, and one of the characters was shifting an automatic transmission like it was a manual, and both cars kept changing makes and models in the same scene because I guess it was whatever car they could afford to rent that day of filming. Like the SUV was black and the car was white the whole time but they kept changing between a ford and a Chevy. They put stickers over the model/make decals to try to compensate. But this part will always be legendary:
 

I have this tick where I just can't watch any shows that are trying to ride the wave of another show. I remember another friend of mine would always talk about this and like 2 other zombie shows that started running when TWD was hitting its height in popularity. I scoffed at them all.
This is furthered by the Red Box always having some B movie knock off of whatever is hot. Like when IT Chapter 2 came out, some shitty looking clown movie was in the Red Box. I think it was called Wrinkles the Clown. Even if something is good, I'll just never give it a shot.
I remember when LOST was in its prime, every season ABC would have some other start up show come on after it, and a commercial for it would play at least during 2 of the breaks. We'd all get together at a friends house every week to watch the new LOST ep and always make snide remarks about how the show was gonna get cancelled and there would be a new one next season, which there was. Eli Stone was the only one I could remember because I think they tried the hardest to make that one successful.

My parents, especially my mom loves sweet potato fries.  I've never been much of a fan for them myself. I always found sweet potatoes loaded with extra sweet stuff too much for me. I prefer them plain or with a little bit of fa-butter. But that texas roudhouse one.. damn, I would like to try that. Looks like an amazing thanksgiving dinner dessert.
I used to love baked potatoes cooked in the microwave but I don't do that at all anymore unless its an emergency and the side dish I was making for dinner turned into a disaster.  Baked potatoes actually baked like how I described are far superior. Actually baked for a solid hour at 400 degrees makes the interior far far fluffier and the skin significantly more tasty. I usually put a little ranch dressing on my potato for extra moistness because I'm too interested in eating that potato right out of the oven than letting it sit for a while.  After I cut it open, that potato releasing so much moisture and steam cooling down I have to throw some ranch on there to compensate.
The best sweet potato recipe ever is the most simple. This is how I make them.. stab them all over with a fork, put them in a crockpot in a single layer, cover the crock pot and set it to high for 3-4 hours, depending on size of the largest potato in there. And thats it, no liquid or anything.. just sweet potatoes inside a crockpot. It ends up acting like a mini oven. Best sweet potatoes ever. Cooking them in the crockpot basically turns them into mashed sweet potatoes inside the skins. Cut it open and its the fluffiest most delicious thing ever.
I love baked potatoes and sweet potatoes, as long as I don't add any extra stuff to them, they are the most filling, lowest calorie side dish ever. Only 110 calories per potato for regular or sweet. Usually the toppings is more calories than the potato itself. lol. Like adding ranch dressing will put an extra 55 calories per tablespoon, sour cream is only like 30 something, cheese.. depends on the cheese. Calorie wise, almost 3 baked potatoes with sour cream (no cheese) is still less calories than an order of medium fries at fast food places.

I'll go ahead and put this out there before it gets to that point... sweet potatoes are great. Sweet potato fries and/or tots are a crime against humanity.
I guess I've always been content with the ole nuclear baked potato in the microwave. The consistency matters not since I have a little bit of potato with my sour cream, salt, and butter. Not really a big fan of baked potatoes to begin with so I guess that's why I eat them like that. Texas Roadhouse makes an divine sweet potato tho.. its pretty much just dessert with marshmallows, brown sugar, and a little caramel drizzle for decoration.

Yeah thats fucking shit. I was a bit worried for you when you said No more "planned" layoffs. I've been there, and I hate that fucking word. Cobra is so expensive. I remember getting the package when my store was shut down, and I was like "I guess I'll just risk it" I couldn't blame anyone for banking that money. That's groceries and gas, and whatever you can put to the side.
Retail sucks, but I'm glad I work it in right now. Hopefully you can catch on, I know around this region of the country not only are the retailers hiring like crazy but so are the distributors. Maybe Coca-Cola or a beer distributor is worth looking into? I know Coke is starting people at $18 an hour with no experience here, which is extremely high for this city.

It wasn't even about the buff dudes. The ep I watched was about an "evil comet" that just was in the sky the whole ep, they did a bunch of random stuff that didnt make sense and the the comet went away or turned into a good comet in the process.

Soooooooo, I may or may not have spent all day yesterday playing while watching Clannad on Netflix.  I couldn't wait to get my new sub. 😛 I've got issues.

My internet doesn't seem to be affected too much lately thankfully.. but then again my wifi is only showing around 50 mbps right now.. but that might be my router needing a reboot. I used to have 200 mbps connection in this area and at my current house Spectrum offers a 1 gb aka 940+ Mbps connection for $100+ a month, all packages with unlimited bandwith. I'm pretty certain the network around here is good and can handle the extra load of everyone streaming and jumping online. ^_^
I keep forgetting to try Azur Lane or watch the anime. XD

Lexington must be pretty sparse then or we're just a laid back bunch of people who play at a leisurely pace (wouldn't really know though, not like I talk in chat or anything).
I follow the Azur Lane twitter just so I know whats coming up so I can make my plans for getting shit done (also in their discord as well, I might have a problem). Hey now just because I introduced you into the game doesn't mean.......well okay maybe it is my fault but dammit Yostar shouldn't make such a damn fun game Meh, I get the noob thing I was like that when I first started playing. Blowing countless cubes in the hopes of better ships, blowing my entire coin fund on shit I don't need, fumbling through shit without understanding a damn thing, and enjoying every minute of it as I mindlessly wasted hours. Ah, what I wouldn't give to have those feeling again. Oh who am I kidding, AL is probably the only game I really enjoy anymore (outside of Arknights occasionally and Girls Frontline). Just don't tell the other mobile games I play, they might get jealous
Oh yeah Saria definitely got maxed out level wise (nowhere near able to get the resources to promote her) and thrown directly into my party once I got her (I've been trying to get Nearl but since Saria is better overall I'm happy with this). She even helped me get through a stage I was having trouble getting through. Honestly I'm surprised I got the Top Operator tag considering my luck in these types of games. I damn near had a heart attack when I got it the first time and was surprised as all hell this morning when it dropped (granted I had to refresh both times to get it). Then again I have shit luck in headhunts and pulls so maybe that's Yostar's way of saying sorry (though the last pull I did I did get Silence and three Sieges so theirs that).

Ugh I've yet to get a top operator tag. But I can't complain too much since I have every operator except Ifrit, Manticore, and Indra. I S2'ed Eyjafjalla and have her and my S1 Lapland up in support for you. Although I didn't realize until a few days ago that you don't unlock auto deploy if you use support units even if you 3 star a map. Catch-22 since using a support unit is a daily challenge. Saria is so fucking good. She heals like a champ as a damn defender. No matter how much I change my squad around I ALWAYS have her in there. I've whaled more than I'd like to admit on this game, but I'm saving up all my head hunting until the next new content drop. I've yet to buy any skins, but there are some spicy ones coming up I must have.
But yeah I get what you're saying. Arknights is def not a sit back and relax type ordeal. It can get pretty intense and frustrating. Honestly most days I just auto the resource tab or chips. Especially lately. I actually did a new map for the first time today in like 2 weeks. I enjoy grinding out the LMD or EXP resources to slowly level up and eventually S2 my favorite units, and manage my base twice a day to flip fresh units out of the dorm into roles. I'm in no rush to complete the main story anyways since I'm half way through the last of what's available.
Oddly enough when I checked reddit your server was the only one that wasn't down that night for AL. My playing habits are your fault dammit. You got me into this game, and now I can't stop. j/k j/k the Anime is just as much to blame. Since I'm a noob to every event, I get too hyped and grind out hard to get everything. I'm saving my cubes hard for whatever comes next... Like every weekly maintenance I intensely stare at my screen as it downloads the update wondering what wonders await me when its done.

Heh, I never had issue around Valentine's Day then again I only log in during the morning (around 5 am) and evening in non-event periods. Plus why rush, your shipfu's message will be there when you log in (I mean Laffy made sure I got mine, such a considerate and adorable little ship (yes I have an obsession, don't mind me)). Meh, I kinda dropped off the Arknights bandwagon (if you haven't been able to tell, just log in to get daily completion stuff done). I still find it fun but it just seems like to much work compared to Azur Lane and Girl's Frontline (then again I don't really put much working into those as well). Though I did get a Top Operator pull in recruit this morning and picked up Ifrit (got one like 3 weeks ago as well and got Saria) so my interest is somewhat renewed again.

Eating out is something I do a lot of. Mostly casual dining. All of them have posted or emailed me about how they've swapped from individual plasticware to packaged plasticware behind the counter. No more bottles of hot sauce, or salt and pepper. All of it has to be requested. Which I feel will show them how often these things aren't used in their resturant and they'll probably keep it that way to save money on salt and pepper. Everyone is doing curbside takeout now.

This is 100% on the media. There are too many dumbasses out there that just read headlines. Honestly the government needs to pass a law banning clickbait entirely. It should be classified as yelling fire or bomb in a crowded building. Like every fucking thing is clickbait now. "This developer adds key feature to game" "A big character died in this series" blah blah. Today an article is going around how a 21 year old soccer player died from Coronavirus. Just reading the headline you'd think you could be athletic and young and die from the coronavirus. If you actually click the link you'd see he had Leukemia and then caught coronavirus. But idiots won't click the link, and just go out word of mouth to people they know and say "a 21 athlete died from coronavirus, it can kill anyone!"

The whole thing is stupid seeing as 12,000 Americans died during the H1N1 outbreak but there was no such panic, and the media kind of just reported on it like it was only affecting Asia. The internet was a different place back then. Coronavirus has like 40 deaths in the US, all old people or people with immune disorders. Basically its only dangerous to those same people that can die from the flu. There are probably people just walking around thinking they have a cold or bad allergies going unreported. Today we had people shopping with latex gloves and masks on. 🙄

Considering all stores in my area are 24 hour stores that's impossible. I could always have one of my friends that work at Walmart grab some for me when it comes in but I'm honestly not that worried. It's just stupid how people are acting and fucking over everyone else (plus it's not locals doing this, we have people driving an hour and a half to buy shit in bulk (which is sad considering the city they're coming from is 3 times larger than us with more stores to go to)).

We ran out of TP yesterday, we might get some tomorrow. We have a limit of 2 but no one enforces someone buying 2, going to their car and coming back to get 2 more, and repeat the process. People trying to act like its the hottest new console and sell them for triple the price on ebay.

I use to like those squirt drinks, but I have reservations against splenda which is what those are normally sweetened with. Mio and Crystal Light are the big sellers around here. The Kool-Aid ones do pretty well too. Which is basically what it tastes like to me. Kool-Aid. Not that I dislike Kool-Aid but I don't want to drink it all the time. Plus those Mio's have to be disposed of as hazardous waste in store when the are broken, and there is no explanation why. The only other edible/non chemical items that are disposed of like this are aerosol cans like cooking spray, and medicine. wtf... strike 2 and 3 right there.
As for coffee I mostly drink Peet's Major Dickason's blend and Gevalia Majestic Roast. Since Its just me, I use k-cups for the convenience of a single cup at a time rather than tossing out half a pot of coffee. I generally order from amazon since you can get 75-100 packs for $30-40, rather than paying $10-12 for a 12 pack in store. I actually just subbed to Black Rifle Coffee Company yesterday. I got a sampler pack last year for Christmas but i didn't really care for any of them since they were all medium roast at as such tasted super weak. But now they have Freedom Fuel Dark Roast so I'll give it a shot. They're a veteran company and support a good cause by sending out free coffee to our servicemen and servicewomen overseas. After listening more about them over a Joe Rogan ep, I wanted to join their coffee club. They have an extra dark roast called Murdered Out, but they don't do k-cups yet. I'll probably swap to that if it ever happens.
