  1. In a move of douchebaggery that should surprise no one,  you must have the Infinite Warfare disc for MWR to work. That's how desperate they are to make you keep their pile of shit in hopes that you'll play it and spend money on supply drops. Fuck you Activision.

      http://www.vg247.com/2016/10/05/call-of-duty-infinite-warfare-legacy-edition-box-reveals-a-whopping-130gb-hdd-requirement/

130 GB install for both games. O_O Probably because of PS4 Pro, all games coming out will be much bigger because of 4k support. I bet BF1 with all DLC and patches will be at least 250 GB within 8 months of it's release.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

It will probably reach 200gigs at its max. Which is still a lot.  I want to say BF4 was 110-120gb with all dlc when I removed it.

Pfft, I told you but you all scoffed at me when I said it. Activision is nothing but a conglomerate of greedy ass motherfuckers that want you to buy a game you don't want to get one you do and require you to use the disc of that game to play the one you want. This pretty much guarantees no stand alone release of MWR.

The disc requirement is only because it's not a DLC, it's a full game so that's why it's justified (in their opinion). Same can be said about the digital version as well. Honestly I expect this to happen more and more when publishers remake a game and bundle it with another because lets face it a lot of games coming out these days suck and the only way to sell them is with a gimmick like this.

BF4 + all DLC (free and paid with Premium) comes to a total of 70.47 gigs (I'm looking at my storage right now so that's exact). It's not surprising both games will sit at 130 gigs. You're probably looking at close to 70-80 gigs for IW (or more, who knows) and 50-60 gigs for MWR (it's a remaster so the new textures and models will take up a lot of room), give or take a few gigs. So by the end of IW's lifetime you're probably looking at close to 200 like DX said since you can expect at least 4-5 map packs.

  2. In BF4 my favorite troll was RPG chopper take downs. In Overwatch it's trap/mine Genji, especially in his ult with Junkrat. XD I'll have to upload my match later where two Genji's tried to harass me, I got the better of them both way more times than they got me.

XD I love it when a Genji player just starts his ult right there in plain slight rather than hiding somewhere first. Insta-kill shutdown. XD

  3. Infinite Warfare sales are down 50% from Blops 3. Blops 3 didn't outsell 1 or 2. Finally the tide has turned. Activision is blaming no old gen, but BF1 outsold BF4 and Hardline combined.

Overwatch probably took a nice chunk, but I think its more of every game took a piece of the pie. Overwatch is a completely different beast than the causal nature of COD. In COD, one person can win the whole match for their team, in Overwatch that's impossible. Overwatch probably took a lot of TF2 players as its more that type of game. There is a lot of strategy involved, unlike COD where its all about having the best twitch reflexes and exploiting spawns.

The thing that has always struck me about COD is player's lack of map awareness. My success in that series was predicated on that. I often used map routes that no one bothered traveling. After all, no action took place there, so it was a "boring" part of the map. Using those paths, I'd easily get the flank and demolish the enemy team, and they'd never discover what I was doing. My favorite example of this was a map on COD4 called Pipeline. It took place in an abandoned oil refinery. The map was your standard 3 building map with a rail way, and some cement tubes and metal sheet fencing. There was also a network of tunnels under the map that had 3 access points. One access point was in the middle of one of the warehouses. Even so, no one ever used the tunnels. In hundreds of matches, I only ever saw someone else down there maybe 3 times. For me, It was a quick way to get to the opposite side of the map and come up behind the enemy, and then quickly escape. I used this tactic on the map forever and I still talk about it with the friends I played that game with to this day. It was so effective that I replicated it on several other maps that had a similar design. (Highrise on MW2 comes to mind). Everyone wants to run to the center of the map and shoot at each other with no tactics in mind. In OW, you have to know the map, where the health packs are, and where to go to flank, and chances are you'll have to fight you way through a path to get to where you want to go. :P

    2. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Titanfall most likely got the biggest share of the COD pie since it plays almost exactly like COD just with more vertical movement. Halo probably ate up what was left. BF gets it's fair share of COD players but most don't stick around long enough to learn the game.

R6S is not a game COD fans would play and I state this because COD fans would never understand the basic premise of the game. It took me awhile to learn R6S and how to play it effectively. Much like Overwatch map knowledge is key to victory. Knowing entry points, where to flank, what areas of the map can be used to hold the hostage/bio-container/bombs, how to enter those rooms effectively, where camera's are located, what walls can be destroyed, and even the smallest of details. Operator knowledge is also key as you need to know what operators do what, how effectively they work with other operators, how to counter each of the operators abilities (like Mute's jammer, Valkyrie's camera's, Kapkan's trip bombs, Thermite's thermite charges, etc), what weapons the operators use and which one is more effective for the map you're on, etc. R6S is pretty much Counter-Strike with a twist and most COD players I know can't even grasp how to play CS effectively.

God I miss COD4, it was the only time I've ever been extremely good at an FPS (I'm good at BF but I'm nowhere as good at it as I was at COD4). Maps like Pipeline made it amazing. I used to camp that tunnel with my Ghost layout when I played Search and Destroy (as defense) since one of the containers was located right next to it. You don't know how many times I've wiped a whole team by doing it. Hell I used to run that path during TDM all the time since, as you said, it was rarely ever used. Most of my epic flanks are due to that tunnel. Shit my ability to go ham with the shotgun on Bog was due to my extensive knowledge of the map and how to effectively move through it (and what corners to camp, what I was a corner camper and I'm proud of it. I had the pro perk and everything (mine even had smores)). People in COD now-a-days don't want to learn the maps because all the fighting takes place in one area. Why flank when you can get right into the action and lose the battle for you're team (thank you COD for your shit players coming to BF1, it's no wonder why a lot of operations matches end in the first sector).

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I loved all the maps because they all had a different style of play. Countdown was so open and vast, there was no camping outside of the two hangars. The smoke provided cover at times, but it you could go nuts with the M16, which was so OP if you had good aim. XD 1-2 burst kill from across the map with stopping power, snipers never had a chance. Downpour had so many great routes too.... and then Wetwork was the meatgrinder map. The Operation Locker/Metro of COD. If you aren't using 3 frags, you're doing it wrong. XD I miss my MP5 silenced.

  4. Its pretty irritating how inconsistently YouTube runs on Firefox. Even at 40mpbs it still buffers and stalls on long videos.. but only for certain videos and channels. Sometimes I can watch an hour video no issue, sometimes I can't. But on Chrome it always works... because you know, google owns both. -_-;. Its bullshit. Anytime I want to watch Wooden Potatoes I pretty much have to do it on chrome.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Firefox's quality has gone to shit over the years. But some of the issues might be related to the ad blocking addons I have running. uBlock Origin and Ad Block Plus keep firefox my primary browser tho. Too many websites are assholes with advertisements. Google Chrome is coming out with an update that is supposed to block annoying ads by default. Popups, auto play videos, blocking content ads. If that actually happens I might switch over to chrome completely. Especially if this does apply to their android browser. I don't mind some ads, but to hell if I'll even try to keep reading a page on my phone when I have to click 3 different 1 centimeter x's to close ads blocking all the text I'm trying to read.

      Source:

      https://www.wsj.com/articles/google-plans-ad-blocking-feature-in-popular-chrome-browser-1492643233

I usually watch youtube on my roku stick with a combo of the youtube app on my phone to act as a remote control. It works pretty good.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Anytime I visit a page, mostly news articles and they don't give me any option without turning off ad blocker I just leave. I'm not going to click your ads ever, so you aren't losing revenue. I don't need to see what I just looked at/bought from Amazon. The only thing you're losing is a viewer and you're gaining recommendation to never visit your site via word of mouth. Adblock Plus needs to update its code to avoid these detectors.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Those annoying detectors are using javascript. So I ended up getting a javascript off/on toggle add on for pages like that. As soon as I see the message, I click the toggle, hit refresh, read the article, close the page and turn javascript back on. Its getting ridiculous to avoid ads just to read a single page of text. Without adblock I get more online ads per content than I do with watching a movie on cable. btw, uBlock Origin is better than adblock plus now. I have both on at the same time. But the problem I'm getting now is firefox open with a single page is taking up 5% of my cpu and over half a gig of memory. I don't know if its because of firefox being optimized shittily or if its the addons causing the issue. Meanwhile, google chrome will sit with .02 cpu usage (if that) after a page is loaded and only take up roughly 300 mb of ram over its multiple processes combined.

  5. Just finished Assassination Classroom. It was a lot of fun, even though the premise was stupidly unbelievable.

  6. Just finished Mob Psycho 100. It was an entertaining watch. It went from bat shit crazy to serious crazy half way through. The fights were good, and I enjoyed the "dated animation" approach.

  7. Just finished season 1 of Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans. I enjoyed it, but man I can't help but notice the parallels with Gundam Wing. A young female working for peace, a semi-emotionless male pilot, an antagonist that disguises himself with a mask in a red mobile suit? XD Eh, maybe I'm looking too much into it, there are more differences than similarities. Since CN has the broadcast rights, I hope Funi eventually gets season 2 on stream... its the only Gundam they have. I will say I'm not the biggest fan of the designs on this one. I liked Gusion and EB-AX2, but that was about it.

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Except for the whole fact IBO is gorey as fuck and deals with child soldiers it mirrors Wing perfectly :P

IBO is pretty fucking good. The end fight (of S2) is pretty fucking epic. Probably my third favorite AU Gundam after X and Turn A.

Besides the Barbatos I can't stand the designs of the Gundams, they're either bulky as fuck or underdesigned.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I hated Barbatos at first when it had no mid section and the frame was exposed. XD Hopefully Funi gets Season 2 because I'd def like to watch it. Normally when CN gets the rights it takes months for Funi to have it if its not a simuldub. I forgot how long I had to wait for Space Dandy Season 2 but it was a long fucking time.

I haven't even watched the first Ep of My Hero Academia yet because the ep shipped late to funi and they didn't have time to dub it on schedule, so they just put up the sub until next week. XD Yeah I'm too particular about my dubs.

    3. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Was going to say you could always watch the sub on CR but I know you prefer to watch your dubs, why I'll never know (I mean subs are far superior (j/k)).

Just wait till you see Barbatos's upgrade, that suit is beyond amazing looking (it gets two upgrades in S2, last one is fucking amazing and beyond deadly). Funi has the S2 license but as you said they probably won't stream it until CN is done airing it (which is retarded but meh, CN be greedy). I might end up actually buying it once S2 is released on BD that's how much I enjoyed the show. Not entirely happy by how it ended (I mean I saw it coming a mile away as it's pretty much spelled out throughout the entirety of S2) but I'm generally never happy by how shows end (Gundam shows in particular).

I doubt I'll have the time to get some rounds in. I'm so far behind on things I want to do and games I want to play. x_x

  9. Mediacom sent us a new modem, apparently our service was upgraded and our modem was out of date, I now get 60mbps instead of 20. sweeet.

  10. Mike O'Brien will be under center today when GW2's quarterly update goes live. Nothing has been revealed about it, and its a different approach to this type of stuff than we're all use to under Colin. That being said, there is no telling how much Colin had his hand on this update, and how much was changed under Mike.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I'm hoping for the best but expecting minimal changes to the aspects of the game that affect what I play. I don't care for the raids and pvp was pretty much ruined for me. Unless some new content happens via LW or WvW soon, the only thing I'll have left in the game is fractal farming for my back piece and finishing bolt. If the HoT maps do get more casual I could actually play them in my spare time which would give me something new to do.

  11. My position with the company was cut last week. Even though they deny it's the reason... I was salary, and starting 12/1/2016 federal law will require companies to pay salary a minimum of over $10,000 more a year than I was making or pay overtime for hours worked over 40. My company responded to this by removing the position I was in which affected 700 managers company wide. I'm now hourly making $5000 less a year because I'm only working 40 hours a week. Just goes to prove you can't force companies to pay people more money. Now each store runs on one less manager and the burden of my workload falls on them. On the bright side I have more time to myself and I'll be gaming on more regular hours instead of insane late night. XD

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I know just about every company is waiting and hoping that congress will somehow magically stop it, but from what I've read, they don't have the votes to do it. So everyone is going to wait til the end of next month to say "Merry Christmas, you got fucked".

One of my co-workers husband is salary because he works for a pool repair company... obviously salary helps him in the winter time when no one is swimming and they have a lot less work to perform. Going hourly would be devastating.

    2. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Holy crap that sucks. x_x More free time is always nice tho.

Wal-mart actually increased all salary employee's wages months ago in anticipation of the raise. I know someone thats already got a huge raise. But I think the company will be taking that extra money out of new employees and less salary staff overall. I bet initial raises will be crap for years to compensate for the new pay structure. I don't know who all is salary at my company and I haven't heard anything about how it'll affect those people.

    3. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Heh, raises are already shitty at Wal-Mart so they can't get any worse (you're lucky if you get a 40 cent raise every year and before I quit they changed it to percentage based based on your yearly performance which lowered it significantly).

In his case that would completely suck, going hourly would be beyond devastating.

  12. My right joystick on my Cinch PS4 controller is going bad. It doesn't register right turns very well. I think it has something to do with me taking it apart after the charge port fell into the controller. Part of that is my fault for being spoiled by USB-C and not checking if its in the correct orientation. It lasted me a good year and a half. I'm too spoiled to go back to a regular controller so I ordered another one.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

How much would a repair job cost from them compared to buying a new controller?

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I dunno, but I do know I'd be out of a controller for more than a month. I could probably fix it myself, but I want a back up plan.

I don't see why this isn't a standard feature on all controllers by now. It makes sense with how gaming is. Those 3rd party "pro controllers" are ugly as sin and mess up the great ergos of the original.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

At least controller mods and add ons look alot better than the old gameboy add ons. XD

  13. My wealth is swelling. I should have near 1600g before LWS3 comes out. Thats uncharted terrority for me since I I've bought precursors the last two times i've reached just under 1100g. So much weird inflation on common items as made making gold super easy. I dumped all my powerful blood before the FGS chain starts. I'll plug away at that all week and save the mats for when prices go back up.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Thats good to know. I'll get my other characters to FGS just for farm weeks like this. I wonder if they'll change the map rewards with tomorrows update. The amazing FGS week might get changed and all the rewards more spread out.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I hope not. It's a big cycle it goes around. They can def give better rewards to other maps and have a nice profit week for a few more. I brought up dubloons because apparently you need a ton for juggernaut. It would be nice to give those players some relief that want to make it. Powerful blood comes up on Cursed Shore as well some weeks. Nerfing the fgs wouldn't make sense. The fact that it was one of the game's first farm maps makes it popular when that reward cycle comes out. I bet that's why they threw a bone out to those that still do it.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

The dubloons in general are the dumbest items in the game. They're only use is for crafting, but you can't deposit them and even though we have jeweler crafting, and we have copper and silver ore, we can't craft either. And on top of it, both will only drop from jumping puzzle chests for low level characters only. If they ever announce that silver dubloons can be crafted, I will craft all my silver ore into them and flood the market with the damn things. lol.

You double posted in the same post. lol. Nintendo is really cutting corners on the Switch to yield maximum profits. They must have been really screwed by the Wii U's sales so bad that they have to get some serious company revenue going. I just read an article and someone is recommending a Bluetooth transmitter that plugs into the headphone jack of the switch.

-_- I deleted the first one because of a typo, and the forum gets all crazy sometimes when you try to Cntl+V. It didn't show when I did it and hit enter.

I already ordered a dongle from amazon. I can use my turtles directly with the TV, but I'm too lazy to keep unplugging it from the PS4 to the TV and usb phone charger for power. I could just turn the PS4 on, but then the room would get hot. -_-; Nintendo clearly put all their eggs on people playing this thing on the run, which isn't what the majority of people are going to use it for TBH. Its more 50/50 than anything.

  15. Not too happy about the D.Va nerfs :/ She felt like she was in a good place. Zarya can tear her to shreds as is. That Triple Tank meta made an impact. Ana is getting a massive nerf, and Roadhog's hook can no longer pull off BS snags... although Tracer and Lucio will be almost impossible to pick off.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

If Roadhog will be able to “throw people behind you if you spin before the hook lands" that could be OP on some maps. Imagine a good roadhog troll constantly throwing people off ledges for a one hit kill. XD

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Yeah that's weird to me because it kind of breaks the line of sight rule if you turn fast and can't see them anymore. It wont be that big of a deal, because the only place you can do that is at the start of a few maps. Its already a strategy on maps you don't have to turn around on like the Well on Illios, or the temple on Napal. Its great to getting rid of the healer fast.

  16. Nothing like knocking out all 9 Overwatch weekly wins in an hour. MMR was on my side for once.

  17. One year later my Cinch Controller is still running strong. I'm glad I went with this over Scuf. Scuf is the most popular, but they seem to be Xbox experts... even then I hear their paddles break within a year or less. Overwatch is what I've used to utilize on the most. Nier Automata is another but its not competitive. Every shooter I play I swap the right stick to crouch and O to melee. Being able to jump and melee without taking your fingers of the sticks has been a huge advantage. It at least helps you close the gap on 2 of the 3 advantages those mouse/keyboard modders have on console FPS. It's baffling how Sony and MS haven't cut Cinch, Scuff, Sharq, and all the others out of the equation by making their own controllers with programmable under-buttons.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I can't play a competitive fps without having R3 as crouch. I'd love to have an extra button on the bottom for melee but it always gets defaulted to circle for me because it's the only button available for it with everything else taking priority. It's good that controller is still holding strong for you considering the price.

  18. Overall I like the collection for the new back piece this LWS3 ep, but I hope they don't make this the standard for the expac. Its cool to have a few here and there, but just one is causing the same type of issues that legendary journeys too... My inventory is cluttered with BS because I have to hold on to useless crap and turn them all in at the same time instead of as I get them. Even with max bags I've overburned my inventory twice today.

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

T1-3 isn't bad because you can turn everything in as you get them, but for some reason T4 you have to turn in like 4 at a time. I probably would have waited on doing some of these if I would have known. I have like 6 things in my inventory waiting to be fused with druid stones, including the 2 I already fused and can turn in until I fuse the right other 2.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Thankfully the Hidden Garden one is just a orchard to the side, and none of the JP is required. I'm so tired of doing that damn thing. BTW when you start planting seeds, don't leave immediately. Fire Orchard nodes pop for you to mine after you plant them.

  19. Overwatch dethroned everyone at the VGAs sweeping Game of the Year, Best eSports, and Best Mutliplayer game. I hope everyone else takes notice. While OW isn't for everyone, and its hard for SoloQ, games that aren't need to look at what Blizzard is doing. The way they balance, interact with their community without blowing them off, and post launch content. COD started the season pass trend, and every shooter followed suit and then every game followed suit. Titanfall 2 has taken OW route as far as DLC goes. I hope more developers go this route as well. There is money to be made on micro-transactions. RnG boxes are a big hit and OK as long as you can earn them in game, and they don't offer a competitive advantage.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I partly blame piracy for the $100+ cost for full games. Sure games like battlefield are extremely fun and popular and dlc can be justified, but I often think that season passes for online games (that can't be pirated or they get banned) are primarily a way for the publishing company to make up for lost profits from offline games that were pirated instead of purchased. Whenever a game is announced with a season pass I think of it as the consumer paying a pirate subsidy to the game company. I've seen plenty of people saying EA and activision are greedy corporations with their season passes, but maybe they're making up their losses from other games. *shrug*

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

But they make all their money on console. XD PC gamers get mad that console gets all the Triple A love while hiding behind there "OMGZ PC master race 83947923748932 games for $1!!" But how many of those games are actually good? How many $1 don't just rot in a library without ever getting touched? The PC market gets treated like an afterthought now, getting shitty ports for big games. Hell they never got Red Dead Redemption.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I've seen people on my steam list over the years playing pirated console games and flaunting it by launching them with steam as if to show off that they have a console only game on pc. -_-; I remember about 8 months after Last of Us came out I saw someone on my friend list playing it on PC. I know that was a pirated version. That same year Uncharted 3 and Last of Us both got 2 multiplayer map dlcs for $10 as if Naughty Dog was trying to compensate for lost sales.

I wont lie, I have a huge back log of games. Mostly from those $1 humble bundles. XD I stopped buying those years ago unless they are AAA game studio bundles tho.

  20. Ratchet & Clank is a blast. Its been so long since I've played the first game, I can't remember of any resemblance of it in this one. I remember the story, and its definitely told a bit differently here. The visuals are pixar quality for sure.

Sounds fun. :D Back in the day I had the chance to play Ratchet & Clank and never did. I regretted that. Instead I played Crash Bandicoot. That was fun at the time but all these years later Ratchet & Clank looks like the better franchise.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

R&C is def better than Bandicoot. Bandiicoot was just a regular platformer. R&C along with platforming and various puzzles, has always had an amazing array of weapons, tools, and abilities. Not only that it's always had an interesting upgrade system to go along with each weapon. Although the games have always been super easy, this preorder weapon I got is ultra OP. XD I've stopped using it after I maxed it by the 3rd planet I was on just to play with other weapons. Its really one of those games you just sit back and enjoy without any frustrating moment. The story has always been great, the check points are beyond forgiving on death, and its just an all around casual good time. :P

  21. Revision 5 has some nice legendary pistol skins.  I blew 1800 scrap to get the automatico twice. -_-; I'm probably going to just save up for a week they have a legendary Frommer Stop and Martini-Henry.

  22. RIP Jerry Lewis. I remember watching Dean Martin/Jerry Lewis movies when I was young. He made me laugh as a child.

I still want to see The Day the Clown Cried. Apparently he donated a copy to the Library of Congress in 2015 with a 10 year stay on it. It wont be until 2025 before anyone has a chance to view it, and even then there are a bunch of issues with the rights. He never wanted anyone to ever see it... at least while he was alive.

R.I.P. Jerry. I'll always remember watching his telethons when i was a kid.

I somehow did not know about that movie The Day the Clown Cried until I read about it just now. I looked up some details about it and the basis of that movie sounds like nothing he'd ever do. Now I'm intrigued by it because it supposedly ends tragically.

There are some raw footage if scenes you can find. It sounds very grim.

  23. Sadly I had to give some money to Gamestop for a Pro Controller. I really wanted a charging grip, but no one has them and when they come up, people snatch them up so fast you don't even get the email notification you signed up for that they're available. I wish people would wait instead of giving money to resellers on Ebay. If they all got burnt, no one would do this stupid garbage. I've been trying to help a friend get a preorder on a Switch, but every time someone posts on reddit that someone it taking preorders they are gone within 8 minutes of the post. Its amazing how people can dedicate their time and sit there all day hitting refresh on every retailer site and reddit.

Its Nintendo's fault for consistently making a small supply of every product. Nintendo probably has the largest share of video game products resold on ebay. Even now on ebay the majority of the resold Switchs are being sold for $450+. I've read plenty of articles and forum topics on places like cheap ass gamer and others where people openly talk about how they would buy the maximum of a game when it goes on sale for resale. Same with consoles, unless there is a limit on the site, there are people that will drop $2k on as many consoles they can order to sell on ebay because they could easily make a 75% profit on their investment.

I guarantee the website everyone on reddit is looking at is this:

      https://www.nowinstock.net/videogaming/consoles/nintendoswitch/

Don't look at reddit, watch this site instead. Bots constantly refresh the seller's sites to see when something is available again. Once it is, it'll be on this first, then 5 mins later will show up on reddit after someone get their pre-order secured. This is the site I looked at religiously when I was pre-ordering my PS4 and it worked great for me.

Pfft, Pro Controllers. Who uses those? :P

Meh, this is why you don't pre-order consoles. It's just not worth the hassle trying to find a place to get a pre-order at and who needs a console at launch honestly (especially with the lack of launch titles the Switch even has)? This is why I wait a few months until stores get more stock in before I buy my consoles (worked wonders for when I bought my PS4 (though I did have to go to 4 different stores before I finally found one that had them in stock (ironically it was Wal-Mart in which I could of just bought one at the one I worked at))). Ironically I love how Nintendo said there wouldn't be a stock shortage for this launch and we already have one a month before its release. GG Nintendo, way to drop the ball again.

I must play Zelda tho XD. No one has the charging grip, and gamestop was the only one with the pro controller in stock. I'm not waiting 3 hours for the joy cons to charge the day I get my Switch. I'm gonna boot it up and play immediately. As far as I know the only way the Joycons charge is via the charging grip or connecting it to the switch in mobile mode, but docked. I'm not playing on a small screen either while I wait for Joy Cons to charge. Sure they'll have some juice in them upon arrival, but probably a few hours at best.

  24. Saw Guns N Roses last night. What an amazing show. They may be old now, but they still put on one of the best concerts I've ever seen. Axl can still hit those high notes, but you can def tell they were spacing the more vocally intense songs out between their softer ones. It didn't matter. I got to see Slash live and he delivered. Plus watching Axl play piano while Slash did his thing during November Rain reminded me of a time when artists were actually musicians and not auto-tuned pretty faces.

Lucky you. I'd really love to see them live especially since I love most of their catalog and because Slash is one of my all time favorite guitarists (I'm happy to see Axl and Slash put aside their differences for this, GNR isn't GNR without those two in my opinion).

  25. Settled on a 1060 card... paid $100 more than what it was selling for a few months ago, but I'm left with no choice with how my current card is acting at times. I basically only every play GW2 anyways an its good enough for it.

Nice. XD And good luck with your graphics card. Hopefully geforce wont screw up your video clips with lag like I've been experiencing for over a month now. x_x

I probably wont record. XD Yeah the pressure was on. Normally I tag up and no one joins me when we do it with TTS. I did the shrouded ruins WP as usual and soloed it the entire time pretty much. If I would have been on my guard It would have failed because I wouldn't have had enough DPS to kill everything before the meter filled. I barely made it out on the 2nd to last attack phase with a 95% meter. X_X I had 3-4 join my squad but no one was on the camp until the last phase before choppers. Then I said I was doing Pat and next thing I know I have more than 20 people in my squad, so I'm like "I can't die or get downed at all!" XD I even helped on Pile of Guano afterward to look more bad ass. XD

lmao! You have to look like a pro when you're tagged up! Well done! XD
