  1. Facebook's trending feed is such garbage. If you see a topic you're interested its clickbait 99% of the time. I saw Destiny pop up today, so I figured it may be a negative or positive article on what ever is happening with the game... nope "Two people get engaged from playing Destiny". WTF who cares?

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

lol. and because you clicked it, its now trending more for other people. XD

  2. FINALLY made Platinum on Overwatch comp. Went on a 6 win 1 draw streak after the opening match was a loss. Once the team scores start averaging 2500 Its so much better. They honestly need to scrap the algorithm that ranks you lower on purpose after placement matches. 2300 and below is horrific with idiotic picks. Once I got past my season high and hit the mid 2400's the team comp and matches were insanely different and way more competitive. Elo Hell is a real thing for solo q, I don't care what Force Gaming says or anyone else. You can't make much of a difference when someone is picking a bad pick on attack. Damn I'm thrilled right now.

At least someone picked Lucio. XD

Grats (just noticed this, these 10 hour days are slowly killing my brains ability to function).

XD, that's pretty much QP picks in the lower levels.

  3. Finished Coyote Ragtime Show, it was a really fun watch. It would have been better as a 24 ep anime. It felt a little rushed in places due to squeezing everything into 12... a lot of great action though. Now I'm watching Assassination Classroom which has been pretty good so far.

  4. Finished Fafner. It felt like an Evangelion wannabe with an ending similar to Eureka 7. I really wanted to like it, but it was just "ok" really. The only interesting thing about the series was how many pilots died throughout it, and how many mechas were lost. They didn't go hand and hand though. Some of the mechas were piloted by multiple people, while some were lost with their pilots. What was most unrealistic to me was how they all lived in isolation on an island, but seemly had unlimited resources to restock their defenses and repair mechas that lost limbs. XD I'll watch the movie later to see if it redeems the series in anyway for me.

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

I thought it was a great show, then again I did watch it back when it aired 12 years ago and haven't watched it since. There were a lot of things I wished they'd of elaborated on while I watched it but it was pretty entertaining overall. There was nothing to salvage after battles Sledge, the enemies weren't human nor did they pilot mechs (they're called Festum and are created by the Mir, what they exactly are is hard to explain) and yes it does take place mostly on the island (some eps take place outside of the island but the majority of it pertains to the islands defenses).

I have yet to watch Heaven and Earth, it's been on my watch list forever and it's buried somewhere on my passport. You'll have to let me know how it is when you watch it. Right of Left was pretty damn good (prequel OVA). I also need to get around to watching Exodus as well but that'll have to wait till after I watch the movie (as it takes place two years after Heaven and Earth).

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Yeah the Festum and Mir could have used more depth instead of everyone sulking about Shoko. I guess I didn't care too much for the characters. I didn't really understand the whole Soshi's eye thing, maybe I missed it looking at my phone, but they seemed to refer to it a lot without explaining what actually happened. The main character leaving with the Neo-UN defector seemed half assed, and his quasi-assimilation seemed cheap since he got all fixed up by info given to them by a Festum. It wasn't a bad show. I just wanted more I guess.

    3. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

I don't even think they go into more depth in the movie or the 2nd series but that was my major problem with the series. The creators dropped the ball on explaining what these beings were (outside of servants of the Mir, who also didn't get any explanation). It's been so long I don't even remember anything about what happened to Soshi (I think he was merging with the system he used to help the pilots, I don't know).

When it aired it was a good show, now maybe not so much. I should probably give it a rewatch to see if it holds up in my book, I've become quite the anime snob in recent years.

  5. Finished Linebarrels of Iron. It was an enjoyable Mecha anime. Although I feel the trend of a main character tapping into a incredible power, only to look weak in a fight unless they have an emotionally traumatic moment is getting old. It seems to be the most overused cliche in all of anime.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Thanks for the heads up about the Eureka Seven AO. I'll pass on that. I watched The Legend of Legendary Heroes, but I can't remember the ending, except that the last 4 or 5 episodes turned into disappointment. I've heard good things about One Punch Man. I looked at some of the manga and everyone appears to be adults and theres a bunch of DBZ style action and even some gore. I think I'll watch this one next.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

One Punch Man is a parody I believe. The main character is so OP he's constantly bored. You don't remember the ending for LoLH because there wasn't one. -_-; it ended with the massive legion matching to battle and that was it. I just started Gangsta and so far it's good.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Oh that must be it. lol. I'm pretty certain One Punch man is a parody, but the fights that hes not in is what apparently makes the anime good. His side kick guy is some cyberneticaly enhanced bad ass that has amazing fights. Same with a bunch of other fighters, but theres no real tension in the series because that One Punch Man literally just kills everyone in 1 hit. Its the main reason I've avoided it, but after looking at a couple manga chapters, its really got my attention now.

  6. Finished up GARO before my impending BF1 binge. I didn't realize there was an actual live action show, until I looked it up because I thought it was odd it was listed as GARO: The Animation. Anyways, it was enjoyable overall. I've seen the premise used a few times before, but the fights were bad ass. Its one of the few Hybrid-CGI looking anime that I feel worked well. I'll always prefer the classic style, but CGI effects become more popular as time goes on, probably because it's cheaper to produce.

  7. Finished up HPs in VB and then caught a train in AB. I'm 60 HPs away from completing my scrapper. The hammer play is pretty cool, I need all my gyros to get the full experience.

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

The HPs in HoT are still champions. I thought they were changing them to vets like most the events, but I guess not. I was able to solo the communes surrounded by vets by spamming nade kit, but I was lucky enough to catch the champion HPs in progress. I don't know how people enjoy base engineer. its such a massive rotation that is all ground targeted with ass for mobility. I guess I'm so use to being able to faceroll with DH and Reaper, or the high mobility of Ranger and Mesmer with their stamina regen traits/skills. Engi has some great damage, but you can't afford to take as much punishment as other classes like Warrior/Reaper/Rev.

    2. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Interesting. Whats your setup so far? Hammer, rifle, double pistols? You can only equip a couple of kits at a time right? like flamethrower and grenades?

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Rifle is meta fo base, but it's laughable. You stay in nade kit and rotate 1-5 F1-5. I'm probably never gonna run fractals or raids with her so I'll use the power hammer build on meta battle. I already invested in zerk gear before the condi update.

  8. Finished World Completion on my thief. It was a more bearable slow process of doing a map a day here and there, rather than hardcoring it. I'll probably do my Engi next because she's around 30%. I doubt I'll ever do full MC on HoT, but I have been doing them on the LS maps. Hoping someone can help on HP for the HoT maps is just too discouraging. Its easy enough to get enough of them done solo or with the help of 1 random for an elite spec, but others are much harder to find help for, even HP trains avoid them.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

The HPs in HoT are bullshit IMO. Map completion should be accomplishable solo. I thought they were going to change that over 6 months ago but they never did. Especially the hero points that are in the middle of nowhere that requires masteries to even get to, with a champ event tied to it. wtf. I've been playing these maps alot more over the last month and I still have no idea how to actually get to the Guano HP in Verdant Brink without looking at a youtube video. Even if someone says in map chat "doing guano hp, help please?" by the time I get there that person has either died and can't figure out how to get back up, the night time event finished and its not possible to get there without additional masteries that person might not have unlocked, or they got so frustrated they left the area. The new LS maps are great and has given me encouragement that anet is going down a different path of game design.. because if the newer maps were anything like the HoT maps I wouldn't even play them. I don't know what the new expansion will be like but I highly doubt I'll pre-order it until I find out if the maps are actually going to fun or just frustrating as all hell with 4 contested waypoints again with everything tied off behind masteries and more mastery points that are only obtainable by having pre-existing masteries. I really like Ember Bay, you can go everywhere but if you have the lava tube mastery you can get there faster. Enjoyable content without frustration and a nice convenience boost once you get the mastery. Unlike HoT maps that block you off everywhere you go. With my casual playing of it, a year later I finally have enough HoT masteries done that I can finally attempt map completion of those maps.. a year later. wtf.

  9. Finished Yona of the Dawn. I really hope they make a season 2. The story was really good, and leaves so many questions to be answered. the animation was stunningly beautiful too.

  10. GANTZ:O is on Netflix. I wasn't aware of its existence. Its pretty good, but you'd appreciate it more if you watched the original series. I thought it was a sequel or prequel movie at first and then I realized some of the same characters are in it, but its discombobulated in their relationship with each other. They flip the main character roll to someone else, and make the original main character look like a decent guy when he was just a whiny prick in the original. XD

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Probably the main character being a whiney bitch. XD

    2. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

He's part of the reason but there's more to it than him (in fact I hated most of the characters to begin with, most of them were annoying and none of them really brought anything to the show). Honestly I just didn't feel it was that great of a show, entertaining yes but I feel other shows with similar premises did better jobs then this show at selling me (Mirai Nikki (I forget its English name but I know you've seen it), while not exactly the same premise, is a much better show then this and it plays its own death game (though for a different prize)).

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Yeah Future Diary is superior in every way. I guess I just tend to like death game shows altogether. It's also one of Funi's worst dubs. The Movie is better in a lot of ways even though it's CG. But sadly it's just one mission.

  11. Gizmodo made a list of the top 14 weirdest episodes of Quantum Leap. Its really a mix of its weirdest and best in one list. The Oswald 2-part was def an all time favorite of mine. http://io9.gizmodo.com/the-14-weirdest-quantum-leap-episodes-of-all-time-1785484622

I remember the JFK eps and they were really good. But leaping into the body of a space chimp? XD lmao. I don't remember that ep at all. XD

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

XD What? That was a great ep. LMAO I think he was suppose to be euthanize, but in the end he was saved because his handler fell into a river or something, and he saved her. Chimps can't swim, but since Sam did as a chimp, they wanted to study him more, saving his life. XD

rotflmao! XD Now I have to watch this episode on netflix. XD

  12. Got a Galaxy S8+ today. So far I like it a lot. My other phone had too many issues in the end, and it all probably has to do with being an unlocked phone. I know these companies alter the software on their devices to run more smoothly with their networks while at the same time forcing you to buy from them. 15 years ago it wasn't that way. But with how complex the software has become, its pretty easy to fix the system in your favor. When the rep tried to look up my phone for trade in value it has none. XD He was so confused himself.

    1. Strider Hiryu

Good choice in phone, got mine a little over a month ago and love it (though I'd of rather had a Note).

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I wanted a note at first, but more power paired with less battery was the deciding factor to go against it. I always have to opt with more battery. Maybe it won't matter, but I'm done taking chances on battery life. lol

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I'm still sitting here with my S7 a year later and my battery is lasting pretty much as long as it did when I first got it. I'll give it to samsung, they got decent batteries for these S7s.. those S7 notes that kept exploding however.. ehh. I'm glad they got their crap together seeing as I've heard nothing but great reviews for the S8 and S8+.

  13. Great, now java updates feature an automatic download of Amazon Assist that you have to uncheck the box with. -_-; Thats as annoying as Flash wanting to install McAfee every update.

      Sledgstone

I hate that double install BS. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't always checked to auto install.

  14. Grimgar Fantasy and Ash, the only anime I've ever watched that punched you in the feels 4 episodes in.

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Never even heard of it (another one that slipped by me), just got done reading a summary of it on Wikipedia. It actually sounds a lot like Log Horizon just in a different world and different circumstances (sounds like the main character is trapped in the world by himself with all the NPCs). I'll have to see if I can find fansubs for it as well, definitely sounds like a show I'd like.

The memory thing is actually a major part of the story later on in Season 2 when the players actually start realizing they're loosing their memories every time they die. At first its nothing major (insignificant stuff like names of places they used to visit and what not) but as they continue to die more and more memories disappear and they start turning into mindless Thralls (which is covered in the season 2 during one of the story arcs) who can think of nothing more then dieing in combat to get back home.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I'm almost done with Overlord. Meh. It's interesting enough to finish, but the main character and all his NPCs are so OP there hasn't been any real fights or sense of danger through out the whole thing.

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I finished it last night. If there was a season 2, I'd watch it. After doing a bit of research on the light novel, the story sounds pretty good. The pace of the light novel is going to cause issues as its not even finished yet and its been going since 2012. This first season was just a really long introduction to the story. I feel like this anime shouldn't have come out for another 5 years. I also learned that Tokyo Ghoul basically Fullmetal Alchemisted it's manga... which would explain why its so shit IMO.

The Japanese take a totally different approach to making anime than the west does with TV shows or Movies (Minus TWD). It seems the Manga/Light Novel gets hot, and they immediately have to start making anime off of it and pump out episodes until they run out of material. Then they choose whether to make the right decision and wait, or say  "fuck this original content" and fuck it up more often than not. Also from what I understand, new season are solely based off DVD sales rather than TV raitings and advertisement revenue like here. I get most of it, but I dont get the jumping the gun so fast on these manga's. Its irritating to wait years for another season via Attack on Titan.

  15. I don't know how anyone can bare to play open world PvE content with the Ele class... at least its base. I haven't unlocked tempest yet. It has no burst damage, its squishy, and its down state is ass. Highest DPS in the game... but only sustained. I can burst mobs better with every other class. Range attacks are the death of you. Doing the Jade Maw heart on Ember Bay was so frustrating, the lack of CC the class has is astonishing. I have no idea how everyone loves it. I'm sure its amazing in fractals and raids, but for casual play its a nightmare.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Ah, I see. That makes more sense. I can't stand thief or elementalist because the slightest lag will get you killed. I'd rather face tank everything with my necro, warrior, ranger or guardian. :D I have a mesmer but I suck with her unless I'm camping greatsword. XD

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Thief is pretty fun when you get the hang of it. I like it way more than ele because you can always escape if you're in serious danger. I just did bitterfrost completion with my ele and it was the most frustrating thing I've ever done in this game. Ele has no mobility for how squishy it is, its nearly impossible to skip mobs that can range attack. I died 3-4 times trying to get to the second POI in that starting cave, and I died about 3 more times trying to skip the mobs to get to the Svanir vista. With my Thief I could have just used Shadow Refuge, or the short bow skill 4 to skip them all easily.... or I could have fought and melted them all with psychical strikes unlike Ele's slow casting attacks. Unless the new elite spec is amazing, I'll never do WC with an Ele. The only thing I'd do with Ele is WvW because its a monster on the back line.

  16. I feel sorry for anyone that wanted to buy a NES classic at retail price. The last of them will be shipped out til the end of the month. Never wanted one myself, but a lot of friends did. This is why emulators will always be a thing.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

My younger brother bought one at retail price just 2 days ago. lol. Lucky for him since he's wanted it for months now. I bet these will jump up in price on ebay soon. Nintendo's shitty supply and demand issues really make me want to avoid their products. I feel like if I'm really interested in something from their company they'll somehow screw it up so more scalpers can profit. If they announce a SNES classic next, everyone will assume it'll be the same shitty supply and buy the absolute hell out of them to resell.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

They've tripled in price on ebay. I wish I could stumble into. 3 of them and make a quick $1000.

  17. I finally managed to flip something for a massive profit on GW2. Apparently I bought a few Superior Runes of Antitoxin pre HoT an tossed them in my old guild's bank. They were barely worth 60s each when I bought them according to GW2Spidy, and today they are worth 9g each. I'll make 57g when they all sell. At long last a successful flip. XD All the rest of the runes I bought are still worthless.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Good flip! XD When you collect those profits, smile like this...

  18. I finisned Aldnoah.Zero on Netflix. It was def one of the better mecha anime I've seen in a while. Serious plot, good political drama, awesome mecha design, and great action every episode. The emotionless child prodigy was a turnoff are first, but the supporting cast made it work.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I finished season 1 tonight. I thought the ending was perfect. Then season 2 started and negated it all. wtf. >_< I'll finish season 2 this upcoming week. I hate emotionless child prodigies. If not for the lack of a female character preaching about pacifisim, this show could have been called "Gundam: Aldnoah.Zero" :P

      Spoiler

The Vers could have owned the earth so easily. But instead of fighting with a big army or at least with a squad, all their OP knights decided to be 1 many armies. I thought after the first couple died, they'd have wised up and grab some support troops, but nope.. they just keep falling like dominoes.

The Vers empire doesn't make sense to me. If the power to initiate the power source could be transferred with a kiss and was tied to their genetic structure, the knights could have overthrown the emperor, force them to activate everything they need and keep him and his family in jail cells or restricted restraints to prevent them from killing themselves and thus deactivating the tech. There was no need for an actual cast system in their society as far as I can tell. Same with this little wheel chair girl in season 2. The Vers Empire's selective breeding of this power is probably why all these knights died against one kid prodigy / vulcan that had nothing more than an education and logic on his side. Since they were born into their privilege they didn't care about actual battle tactics or common sense like bringing support troops to a fight.

Same with the princess. She is the typical weak character that is only important because she simply exists, acts as a plot device in only 1 or 2 key moments and is only important because of her parents, much like Eureka in Eureka 7 and Elizabeth Liones from Seven Deadly Sins.

I did like the battles in this. One of the things that really separate this from a gundam series is the lack of repeat fighting. At least for the first season. If this was gundam, everyone would fight, get more pissed at each other, then escape and go their separate ways, get some new suit upgrade, rinse and repeat. But with Aldnoah.Zero, they kill people and the plot progresses. Yay. :D The plot came together good in the end of season 1 and season 2 was just about to do some space battles right before I shut it off. Looks promising so far.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Yeah, season 2 gets a lot better as it goes on. So do the battles. The whole feudal system makes the vers interesting.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I finished this up yesterday. It definitely got better in season 2.

      Spoiler

I liked the other characters, like the PTSD guy, but no character got a hero moment in the entire series because Inaho was involved in every single enemy death. Just when I think one of the other characters was going to shine, Inaho intervened by shooting the enemy from space even tho he wasn't involved with the fight at all. Ruined that fight for me. lol. I'd have rather seen some good guys die as long as I could have seen a single fight that didn't involve Inaho.

Inaho's eyeball was so powerful he could watch a battle in space while standing on the earth's surface. He basically had a satellite with an AI system in his head. His eyeball was the most advanced technology they had compared to Vers' mars tech. They could have put that AI and vision system into all their mechs for a huge advantage.

A main character with a special left eye and a feudal system setting made the second season feel a bit too much like Code Geass. Even Slaine with his dodging ability in his mech was pretty much the same ability of that other guy in Code Geass.

      I didn't like Inaho. XD

  19. I found my first great fairy fountain in BoTW, its probably one of the most beautiful places in all of gaming. It sent chills up my spine when I heard the music. This game doesn't feature heavily thematic background music, a lot of it are very subtle takes on the classic tunes, but the fairy jingle was as traditional as always.

  20. I got Blue Devil for the SL Sweeper today.. so yeah I got every legendary skin this week without buying a battlepack. I just wish they weren't all damn jungle camo. Blue Devil looks the same as The Riot for the Model 10, The Mexican for the Mondragon, and the one for the Madsen... The Doughboy for the BAR was the only one that was unique.... and the one I have for the M1912. (Damn that pistol is shit XD)

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I'm starting to wonder if some of the blue skins are actually a more uncommon drop than the legendaries. I say that because I see equal amounts of legendary skins as I do blue ones on my death screens.

  21. I got my Cinch Gaming controller today. Its really nice. I'm impressed that the grip isn't some added rubber overlay like I thought it would be, Its actually the plastic on the controller. Its a different material, clearly 3D printed soft plastic. The custom buttons are nice, I guess I hold my controller a bit wonky and never realized it. I can hit the melee button easily, but the jump button is awkward to me with how I rest my hand on the controller. I'll get use to it. The Xbox sticks are a big improvement.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Right after you buy a custom controller, Sony announces 2 3rd party licenced esports controllers. XD

  22. I had a pretty productive night on BF1. Got a triple kill with a tank grenade, my 4th service star for the Model 10, and 4 battlepacks (1 from premium and then 3 matches in a row). I got 3 blues out of it putting me at 840 scrap. I just need another blue or two more battlepacks to be ready for Revision 3. Last time I got 4 in a row, I didn't get another one for like 10 matches. X_X RNG gonna RNG.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

The Madsen is OK with the AA sights even with the top mag, try it out until the BAR. AA irons make a world of difference.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Ah, maybe thats my main problem. I've been using the cross hair sights on the lewis suppressive and for some reason I keep overcompensating when people are running. That and the bouncing of the gun is aggravating to me. I'd shoot it in bursts but that actually gives me less control. And then if I keep the gun shooting for better accuracy it overheats. These lmgs are so shit in this game. -_-; If I could equip a shotgun or smg on this class i'd never touch the lmgs again.

  23. I had the most epic 3-2 Victory on Lijiang Tower. It was probably the most intense, close, evenly matched bout I've ever had in competitive. We won the 1st, lost the next 2, and came back with two wins. The last match no one even captured the point for a good 5-6 minutes of contesting. I got 59 objective kills, 75 eliminations, and 30k damage as Junkrat. I wish every match was like that, instead I mostly get steam roller matches win or lose.

  24. I hope the next character Overwatch release is a defense or tank. I keep getting the teams where someone thinks they're a Ana pro. So many losses because of it. It's always my team too. We've resorted to a friend picking Ana, and then when we load in he swaps and I spam emotes and voice lines to cover up the swap. -_-;

    1. DeathscytheX

If her stealth aspect that everyone is guessing becomes true, she could be defense too. If she can cloak, my guess is that her DPS will be on par with Genji's standard attack. She might get a big burst combo like Junkrat's trap/mine or Roadhog's hook-shoot-melee.

I've been playing a lot more Roadhog lately and enjoying it. His self sustain is really good, plus I love hole hog on a surprise flank. It's a triple kill almost every time. If Ana is the only healer I'll go with Roadhog or 76 and heal my damn self. Everytime I try to take one for the team I die to much to make a difference as a healer. Sometimes I'll go with Zenyatta too, but he needs line of sight like Ana, and some people don't know when to come back and get healed, even when I try to be Lucio, people play like mercy was picked and is pocket healing them. XD Mercy's mobility is wild now. She's very hard to hit unless your Reaper, D.Va, Roadhog, or Soldier where you can spray and pray.

  25. I just finished Drifters on Funimation. Its from the same people that made Hellsing. This was a better product IMO. I honestly don't get all the love for Hellsing as its ending is shit, and a lot of stuff is never resolved. The premise of Drifters is that legendary historical warriors/fighters/tacticians passed on to a different realm when they died and end up on the good or evil side of a new war. You have people like Rasputin, Anastasia, Joan of Arc, Sundance Kid, Butch Cassidy, and a lot of Japanese legends... most notably Oda Nobunaga. Whats strikingly controversial is that Jesus is pretty much an evil overlord, even though they cover his face and call him the "Black King" the fact that he has holes in his hands, and can heal, and produce food out of nothing makes me laugh when I looked it up and the wiki says "His identity is still a mystery". XDYou can just listen to the stuff he says and know who it is. Anyways, the action is great, the gore is on the same level of Hellsing, and the story is really good. Season 2 should be coming out in the future.

The thing you have to remember about Hellsing is the manga was still publishing when the first series was created which is why is ended like it did (believe me when I tell you shit gets a lot darker and fucking crazy later in the manga). Hellsing Ultimate (the one you should watch (if you have and still have those thoughts I just don't know about you anymore :P) adapts the actual manga into 10 50 minute episodes (definitely the version to watch if you haven't, I've only see up to ep 4 but I have it all to watch, just need to find time to actually do so (so much shit to watch on Crunchyroll and I just started watching Rick and Morty so I have that to get caught up on as well)).

Meh, I might have to check that out if I find time to (Crunchyroll does have it so it wouldn't be out of my way to do so).

I did watch it all and I still didn't like the ending. XD I liked it better overall, but It just didn't do it for me. The animation for Drifters is on par with Hellsing Ultimate. I mean there is absolutely no doubt who made it. My only gripe is they threw so many different people in there, they all didn't get a lot of time. It mainly focused on the trio of Oda Nobunaga, Shimazu Toyohisa, and Nasu Suketaka Yoichi. They teased that Scipio Africanus and Hannibal would play a big part using their tactics to turn the tide of battle against the Black King, but Nobunaga seemed to have to have it under control. Then again it only covered a small part of the story with the promise of a new season at the end. I probably like this one better because I'm a history nerd and they just threw in a bunch of people I've studied in the past so I was geeking out, despite the crazy liberties the took. XD I also like how they took notable figures you wouldn't paint as evil and made them so. Its just an overall nice touch.

I just don't know about you then XD

I still don't know how Hellsing actually ends (like I said have not had time to finish Ultimate and I only read through volume 8 of the manga) but I still absolutely adore the show/manga. Chock it up to it being a Vampire that wasn't sparkly (thank you Twilight for forever ruining Vampires and Werewolves >.<) and a show/manga that was actually gory as all fucking hell (plus Father Anderson is one of my all time favorite characters).
