  1. I was shocked as all hell that she had her own angel-baltar. O_O but yeah, sometimes she seems to know things that Baltar shouldn't, but other times she reacts more like shes the embodiement of his instinct... There has to be some other kind of connection between the two of them if they both are visually seeing each other like that. O_O

oh.. and maybe she doesn't know that the baby is alive because sharon doesn't know that the baby is alive. Kinda like if what one cylon knows or believes to be true, all cylons think the same? Maybe like a level of shared knowledge or conciousness like the borg in star trek?

  2. you're kidding! O_O I didn't even notice that. hmm, you're other topic is making me think they may have had an oversight about the pegasus numbers now.. either that or they didn't want to change the 49,000ish number in the opening.

What do you think might happen? I doubt the cylons will "farm" the humans here, and slave labor seems kinda pointless with their massive army of drones. I wonder if they'll rule over them.. or try to integrate with them.. What if these cylons are a renegade group from the total cylon collective? Maybe we'll see some cylon vs. cylon? But if that was the case, then why would that cylon that starbuck tortured be there? hmm. :|

  3. I thought about that too. I'm guessing she didn't have the time to keep up with an acurate number anymore. And keeping a constant correct census of the entire human race would probably require too many unproductive resources just to keep a number updated. I wonder how many ppl are actually left now. O_O Its probably around that same ballpark figure tho.

  4. It looked like D was the new XO of the Pegasus, and Helo was doing Gaeta's or D's old CIC job. Knowing Adama, I'd guess he never let Sharon off the Galactica.. and that would make sense as to why Helo was one of Galactica's active crew when the clyon's finally showed back up.

I bet Adama made the fleet jump away in order to save the ships, its not like any of them could fight anyway, they'd just be targets. And with inadequate fighters and crew, what else could he do? :\ But even with their crews at half staff, I don't see how the two battlestars can take on that massive cylon fleet (I saw at least 2 basestars) with the rest of humanity grouped together and one nuke away from obliteration.

  5. Now that season 2 has actually had it's finale.. holy shit. "One Year Later" O_O Do you think season 3 will cover that missing year and the events that lead up to the cylon occupation on new caprica? or maybe they'll just skip that entire year and go on from here. hmm... I don't think they would waste an entire season on just the political side of things and rudimentary stuff like making a settlement. With no cylon interaction, the main military cast of galactica wouldn't have much of a role to play. Of course a little insight into a couple of the key characters would be good, but I think they'll continue on from where the cylons arrived.

Cloud 9 was nuked! O_O I didn't see that coming.. but what kinda irritated me was that within 5 minutes of that happening they skipped a year into the future. It kinda tore away at the significance of such a major ship being destroyed. :\

Starbuck got married? Cali is prego with the cheif's kid!? *dies* Waiting until October is going to be a bitch.

  6. I'm still watching Gundam Seed Destiny (only on episode 16), but I have come to hate Cagalli. Every episode she is in, she is constantly bitching and then having a shocked look on her face. I have never seen someone get so wide-eyed shocked so damn much. I've even come to expect it of her. Has anyone else noticed this?

  7. *bought one* That damn thing sucked ass. :\ It can take off small or micro scratches, but most visable scratches won't come out. A guy that sold them told me that every cd has 15 layers of coating seperating the outside of the disk from the actual material inside the cd. and he told me: "With enough buffs, this thing will remove entire layers off the cd to get rid of the scratch, but if you remove more than 3 layers of this coating you could permanently damage your disk." I dunno if that was all true or not, but yeah, I buffed the hell out of one disk to no avail and it won't even partially play in a cd player anymore. -_- And you have to keep the disk constantly moistened while doing it too. what a pain.

  8. Use a lint free cloth and star from the center and whip away, then rotate the disk slightly and do it again and again. Don't whipe the cd on your pants or rub it on your shirt. And cleaning it like its an apple on the front of your shirt will only cause micro scratches that could further damage the disk.

  9. They play them on tuesdays because they'd rather spread their anime throughout the week to get more ratings, than just owning the ratings for only one night. In my opinion, their scheduling sucks ass. The only show I watch on CN anymore is Justice League and The Boondocks.

I can't remember what episode they started back on, but I'm guessing it was near the end of the Band of Seven episodes.

  10. I've been listening to the Best of InuYasha soundtrack lately and I miss not having new episodes to watch. :( I hope they eventually make some more. :\

and I have a new theory about how they could save the show! O_O

What if when Kikyo actually dies, her soul reverts back to Kagome? Seeing as how Kikyo's borrowed soul was stolen from Kagome's body to begin with, wouldn't it make sense that it would return to her upon Kikyo's death? And if that were to happen, Kagome would regain her full power. I've come to the conclusion that Kagome actually had all the spiritual power of Kikyo to begin with. Only with that much power could she have shattered the shikon jewel in the first place. But near the beginning of the series, they bring Kikyo into it and part of Kagome/Kikyo's soul is taken from her.. thus greatly weakening Kagome before she even became proficient at using the bow. So if Kagome was to regain her power, she would no longer be worthless, but quite the opposite. She would be desperatly needed.
