I have Gungrave and Gungrave OD, I had OD before its re-release, it used to be in my favorite games section.

Okay...SO...For some reason today when I was using Rectangular Marquee Tool and everytime I cut something and then paste it, it leaves a blur boarder around the picture. Also when I go in about 500% the toold doesn't make regular rectangles. I tried figuring out a way to reset it, but no luck.

So, anyone know a way to fix this problem or know a way to reset Photoshop CS?
