i dunno, never tried that.....you'd have to adjust the recipie though....
if you have premade pie crust, roll it out flat, cut it into strips, spread a little butter on each one then top with cinnamon and sugar....and bake until golden....oh man, that it soooooooo good!

Another good way of grilling corn is to open the husk and add butter and a dash of salt and a dash of garlic powder before cooking. Close up the husk and wrap it in tin foil and grill till done. Goooooood corn!

You can also make it up and keep in the fridge for several days before baking...which is quite handy because then you can just stick it in the oven to bake without having to do all the prep first....

It's not any more greasy than proper fried chicken, but very good. Serve with mashed potatoes....mmmmmm.....

I don't know. This doesn't actually taste salty, that's part of what the coconut milk does. I would suggest trying it as is first, and if it's too salty, try the light next time.
