My Saints Row 2 & over all PS3 Problems...

I've beaten Saints Row Twice & I never gotten Jessica's Phoenix (Car) or The General's Hounfor (Limo).

Then I saw this video...

So I thought I try to do something similar with Jessica's Car. However that didn't work... At all. So I looked on You Tube again for her car...

So I'm up shits creek without a paddle because I don't know how to get my PS3 to properly stay online without timing out.

I'd really appreciate help with these problems if possible.
