Battlestar Galactica - Final episodes

Recommended Posts

Helen is the fifth cylon!? Then what is starbuck? She found her own dead body on the planet? And how did she teleport to that planet, and then resurrect with a new viper to the fleet which was then in a completely different section of space? They better answer these questions in these upcoming episodes. >_<

It makes sense for Helen to be the 5th

It wont detract from the other characters roles

Starbuck is the harbinger of death :P the end she's leading them (the 5) to could possibly be the end of shampoo rinse repeat all this has happened before and will happen again. The 5 are at minimum 2000 years old. Likely the entire cycle is a result of something they did after the exodus from Kobal 6000 years ago. Starbuck herself is likely some sort of construct, something that is a constant in the universe. She came back to Galactica before the hub was blown, but its likely that she doesn't didn't resurect the way the S7 did.

At a point in human history human and cylon co existed for a while, 12 tribes of humans and 1 tribe of cylons went separate ways. The humans scrolls go back 6000 years.

I don't think the 5 resurect the same way the significant 7, I think they're similar constructs but the 7 are 'newer' models based off of the original skin jobs that the f5 are part of.

The history seems to move in cycles (ala loop theory dark Tower which I know a thing or two about *twitch*) Perhaps 2000 years ago humans rebelled against their cylon creators on earth and nuked the planet thinking they ended cylons and if they're alive they went and settled elsewhere. Or it was an all out cylon civil war. Either way we have thousands of years from the exodus of Kobal for human and cylon to develop.

I'm gonna see how it all turns out, not bad. I have to say my favorite part of episode is when Starbuck had to Cremate herself. Out of respect or to keep it secret. Either way that is classic. Overall, even after all that time without BSG, I'm still watching, when they come back from the standard Scifi mid season finales it usually takes me the first new ep to get back into it but by the 2nd, I'm back to watching it and thinking plot stuff in all my free time, lol

It sounds like the Cavel's still have a force out there and are probably hunting down the remaining cylons and the human fleet. Maybe the series will end with a final battle leading to the death of almost all cylons and humans? The few survivors tho... they'll once again fly off into space and seperate into 13 different directions... but I don't see a dark tower ending like that happening. Maybe god will show up? O_O

Its not going to be a cylon hybrid. Its just going to get a living metal/resin upgrade. Sounds more like an coat job. Its not like its going to have innards and blood circulation systems or a hybrid hooked up to the ships control systems. Although, with an living metal upgrade like this, the galactica should technically be able to heal itself like a basestar. O_O

I wonder if this also comes with the technology where a Cyclon can touch it, and feel it or instruct it or whatever ... that'd be dangerous. I got current last to last weekend, it's so good!

I am putting myself to the fullest possible use, which is all I think that any conscious entity can ever hope to do.

Mostly the end end, how they came to the conclusion about what they did with the ships and how to not start a colony or society. Its like it was divine intervention that made everyone feel these choices were the best ones to make. But its good tho. If they'd have dragged on and explained certain things in more detail it would have taken away from the overall ending. I'm still so sad. It ended like the dark tower. Earth was their tower/goal, and now that they've made it there, the entire cycle starts over.

now that I'm done crying .... :P

I loved the scene with Laura and doc Cottil. Just light a cigarette walk away and grumble.

I also love that Laura kept her promise of following Aidar's campaign all the way to the end.

Something told me Starbuck would just vanish and she did. Angels dont stay

the shit w head Gaius and 6 150,000 years later was sweet too

So glad Athena shot the fuck outta Boomer

This is the kind of series you'd only expect an anime to be able to pull off. Best series ever.

btw kite, did you watch "The Last Fracking Special" yet? It aired the same week as the series finale here. It has interviews with some of the cast and it was pretty good. ^_^

Its not a full trailer, more of a teaser that reminds me of the girl from "The Grudge". There is a lot of good talent working on this, so I have high expectations for this series.

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (a prequel to the critically acclaimed hit series, Battlestar Galactica) takes place in the midst of the First Cylon war. As the battle between humans and their creation, the sentient robotic Cylons, rages across the 12 colonial worlds, a young, talented fighter pilot, William Adama (Luke Pasqualino), finds himself assigned to one of the most powerful battlestars in the Colonial fleet: the Galactica. Full of ambition and in pursuit of the intense action that the Cylon war promises, Adama quickly finds himself at odds with his co-pilot, the battle-weary officer Coker (Ben Cotton). With only 47 days left in his tour of duty, Coker desires an end to battle just as much as Adama craves the start of it. Though they clash at first, the two men forge an unlikely bond when a routine escort mission with an enigmatic passenger (Lili Bordan) turns dangerous and becomes a pivotal one for the desperate fleet.

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome is available as ten, 7-12 minute episode chapters viewable exclusively on Machinima's premium channel, Machinima Prime (YouTube.com/MachinimaPrime). It will then air as a two-hour movie on Syfy on February 10 at 9/8c, and later see an unrated release on Blu-ray, DVD, digital download, PPV and VOD.

It was pretty good. Too bad the fuckers wont give us a first cylon war. Young Bill Adama kicks ass
