Finally watched this movie and I didn't like it. I never cared for the childish behavior version of spider-man. He felt too immature to me, looked a bit too childish and Emma Stone's character looked noticeably older than him IMO for two people that were supposed to be about the same age. Spider-Man seemed to be much weaker than his incarnation in the Sam Raimi movies too. Overall I'm not impressed and I'm surprised its getting a sequel.

I blame children for that reason. One reason as to why I trust rated R super hero movies over everything that can get by on PG-13 whether its good or bad. Because if a rated R Super Hero movie sucks chances are we wouldn't see a sequel.

Those who fight deplorables should see to it that they themselves do not become deplorables.

If this is the reboot movie, I have to say it wasn't too bad. I was expecting it to be worse but it surprised me a little at how decent it could be.

The sequel looks like a video game, no thank you.

I am putting myself to the fullest possible use, which is all I think that any conscious entity can ever hope to do.

They already had Rhino in the video game sequel that took place after the reboot movie. Too bad it didn't prevent them from putting Rhino in the movie sequel.

It was a fun movie, they didn't stay true to the games at all with most of the plot coming from the fourth game but overall it was good special effects and kept a good pace with plenty of action. Although it did feel toned down with gun fights considering the amount of shooting takes place in the games. I'm guessing they did that to keep the rating family friendly. Tom Holland still looked way too young for the role imo.

Very interesting. Spider-man, Doctor Strange and the multiverse. This should be a fun movie.
