Finally watched this tonight. It was a good movie, not as good as the first but still enjoyable. Pretty slow start to the movie, but it finished well. I was hoping there would be more action in it, but most of the fights were all at the end.

Considering the scene at the end of the credits do you guys think there will be a third movie?

Base on Hit Girl alone I hope so. Otherwise her story has this awkward ending. By then I'd expect her to be at least 18 years old.

Based on the scene after the credits I expect he'll have a smaller roll....

I'd like to see another Kick Ass movie, but I wouldn't know what to expect at this point, unless there is some new villain that emerges. The Hit Girl versus Mother Russia fight and the van attack scene were the highlights of this movie to me.

Yeah.. unless he somehow suits himself up like Darth Vader, I don't see how he could do much of anything now.

I think they already revealed the villain for the 3rd movie.

That being Red Mist aka The Mother Fucker's Uncle. Whether or not his Uncle gets out of prison is a whole different story. But I'm hoping  his Uncle will have to deal with thugs who were inspired by The Mother Fucker's Army of Villains.

In particular I'm hoping for a wannabe Deadpool & wannabe Joker.

Especially since Deadpool is basically a hired thug / Mercenary.

And despite Kick-Ass not looking like Batman (Well Big Daddy did) he did in fact change how the Super Hero Genre was perceived in his movies. So a Heath Ledger's Joker reference isn't that far off from describing Kick-Ass as well.

It was a fun movie, they didn't stay true to the games at all with most of the plot coming from the fourth game but overall it was good special effects and kept a good pace with plenty of action. Although it did feel toned down with gun fights considering the amount of shooting takes place in the games. I'm guessing they did that to keep the rating family friendly. Tom Holland still looked way too young for the role imo.

Very interesting. Spider-man, Doctor Strange and the multiverse. This should be a fun movie.

I wasn't that interested in this movie because its based in the past, but now that I've been sucked into Battlefield 1, this movie looks amazing. I know DICE likes to put easter eggs in their games so I wonder if we'll see an amazon warrior reference somewhere in a future dlc. On a side note, I thought we had a Wonder Woman topic already for the teaser trailer, but I didn't see one.

Awesome movie. I watched it a couple days ago. One of the best movies of 2020 for me. Very fun, energetic, great CGI and the monsters were all pretty damn cool and unique.

The Disney princess part at the end is great. I loved the first movie.
