Here is what its about: Kiera is a much better character than the always crying wrinkly foreheaded Charlie from Revolution. Anyone else watching this show?

For those of you that do not know, Syfy has teamed up with Trion Worlds to create something truly unique. It is called Defiance. Defiance is a TV series and it is also a MMO shooter game. Events that happen in the tv series will affect the game and events in the game will affect the tv series. It looks good, has potential.. and now look at this quote from an announcement made back on 05/21/2012 with some info on the impressive group of people that are working on this project: http://community.defiance.com/en/2012/05/21/defiance-pilot-production-begins/ That sounds like a great combination of talent and now my expectations are pretty high. Now lets look at the game: It looks like a mix of Borderlands with Resident Evil's 3rd person perspective. Could be good. I'll have to sign up for the beta. Defiance is set to premiere Monday, April 15, 2013 at 9:00 p.m. on the Syfy channel. Defiance the game will be released April 2013 for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Even though it does not appear to have any of the major characters from the previous Marvel movies aside from Agent Phil Coulson (how does that work considering what happened to his character in the avengers movie?), the show looks promising. Coming from the writer/director of the Avengers movie, it should be action packed. I've always liked Eureka. I was a bit irritated with the direction of the newest season with the time travel change up, but I've gotten used to it and I've always looked forward to a new ep of Eureka. I think SyFy is just pissed because they actually have a scifi series that still good. They probably needed to cancel Eureka to pay for more WWE wrestling.

We're still in our one month free trial and I'm looking for some different series and movies and sometimes it seems like its a bit of a pain to find something thats decent. Looks like the follow up prequel series that should have been made to begin with is going to finally get made.. but with the craptacular show known as Caprica shitting up the franchise will anyone give a damn at this point? I'll watch it, but if they do mid-season finales and make 3 seasons over the course of 5 years, then to hell with it.

Sanctuary is on tonight. It looks like it'll be the conclusion to the Big Bertha story line. Anyone else remember the Indian dance at the end of the last season? The dance was cool, but it was so funny because he was a raving lunatic dancing in the street. X'D [ame] [/ame]

Anyone else watching Haven on the syfy channel? I'm really hooked on the show now. Its one of the better scifi-ish shows I've seen in a while. The last episode was about a body snatcher with the main group of people stuck on an island. Plot twists and people randomly getting killed off.. I was impressed with the episode.

This series actually sounds like it'll be more similar to that older spider-man cartoon (1994) that actually had cross-overs in it. Now that was a good series.

Anyone watching this series? I think this second season isn't going anywhere atm. It looks like the first couple episodes were used to write out a couple characters and bring in a couple new ones. Which was fine, but so far this season has not felt anything like the previous season. Heres my current beefs with this season so far: - I was also annoyed with the first episode of season 2.. there was a pointless car chase scene that was nothing more than constant camera shots of an in episode bmw commercial After the third time of showing the logo, it was just way too much. - The scene transitions they use now look horrible and comic book styled. - I'm glad they fixed Ashley's bangs, but then I noticed her forehead was huge... oh well, shes gone now. X'D - The organization's weapon x program seemed like a rip off from the recent wolverine movie and what they turned Deadpool into. - I know watch this on a HD television... and holy crap everything looks like blue screen. I know its made in a blue screen fashion, but on a SD television its much more impressive. What I like so far: - Ashley is dead. yay. Her character seemed all bubbly/blonde and out of place. - The new girl should fit in much better, imo. - The acting seems better. - Whatshisface's hair reminds me of anime hair. X'D
