Today Bungie posted an "Everything You Need to Know about the Beta". There is also a possibility that Beta progress could transfer over to the retail product... Bungie wouldn't say that it definitely will not, but won't commit on that it will. For more read the VG247 article below:

Wow that's a lot later then I expected. Hmmm, now do I still go through and buy my PS4 when I originally planned to (sometime in March) or do I wait till right before Destiny comes out? I'll definitely have to think that through (though I most likely will buy it earlier, only because I want Watchdogs).

No, its still beasting for me. Its the only assault rifle with 40 damage oppose to 30 that every other AR, Carbines, and most PDWs have. Mixed with its slightly slower rate of fire it just works well. Its the stability more than anything that makes it deadly. The suppressor doesn't do much to hamper it. Suppressor drop LMG accuracy by half... so its pretty useless by comparison.

Caught my interest, in fact I downloaded it today. Will most likely watch it tonight or tomorrow night. I agree with DX though, Funimation makes the worst trailers I've seen out of any company. On the MAL page for the movie its stated there is a year between both children, Yuki being born in the winter and Ame being born a year later during the spring.

Ok that guy in the boat video sucks.... I got burst fire cannon and it demolishes infantry because you can spray it as fast as you can pull the trigger. dunno what he is talking about because this is insanely OP. I went on a 15 kill streak 1 attack boat, 2 old school boats, a little bird, and a bunch of infantry laid to waste. The Zuni Rockets are where its at too... the burst cannon wrecks any chopper better than an AA gun, but the Zuni Rockets clean up any infantry that was able to duck for cover from your barrage. I just got active protection counter measures... so I have all attack boat unlocks within the first week of having the game.

Anyone else fist pump when Michonne put the katana through his back?
 
I figured it would be Hershel or Carol getting their head lobbed off. This episode was as close to the comic as any as far as how things went down.

I just unlocked combat medic and equipped it. Fast defibs are a must. Btw I dunno if it was the server settings or my squad was that good for me to realize field upgrades carry over into the next round!

Ok thoes extra rockets and stuff, that was a load out for Engineer only... everyone has Defense, Offense, and Shadow, and then each class has their own special

I'm glad to hear this... the controls were so bad in BF3, I'd always try to roll in to a group of people in a straight line with the torch active hoping to luck out because if I had to turn or hit a bump it was all over.

When you get xp boosters from battle packs they are banked and you choose when to activate them by hitting the options button (formally known as start) and toggle to it with the stick... So if you find yourself in a good server with a good squad, you can activate it while you're on a hot streak to make the best of it.

Boats were useless in just about any battlefield game ever. They were armed with one mini gun and were victimized by choppers and jets. Their only porpose was to get behind the enemy defending an objective by hugging the cost.... they finally addressed this and now boating is pretty fun and they can hold their own when attacked.... of course they still have those old useless boats from previous games in case you're feeling lucky or nostalgic.

Portal is great but the concept and genre are completely different. I'm personally looking forward to HL3, and I'm pretty confident that I'll like it. Its just one of those games that has reached that point where its been so long since the last one, people are going to expect too much out of it.
 
I don't think there are many people that can make a more beautiful game than DICE. Heck BF2 was amazing for its time. I really don't compare any game visually to BF. lol

The Pit scene was epic. In the graphic novel the Gov was just a evil screwed up ass... This Gov just seems to have mentally lost it. He was once a good guy and somewhere down he still is, but he's so screwed up that he still holds a grudge against Rick's group. I can see the little girl dying sending him over the edge again... Carol might be in that camp.
 
Ever since the little heart to heart Daryl and Martinez had, I've wanted to like hi characater. He seems to have some moral justice about him. The Gov is going to end up killing him in the end I predict. They might have their own little Shane/Rick moment.
 
I can see the next 2-3 episodes focusing on the Gov, and it would be a nice breather from the Prison. If the little girl dies, it will be some type of accident caused by Rick's group, and its going to lead to a big showdown I bet. Maybe Carl puts a bullet in her.

Dale and Andrea take them in and one of the boys kills his own brother because hes f'ed up in the head... no one knows how to handle so they lock him in a van, and Carl takes care of it at night. One of my favorite anime endings is probably from Saber Marionette, mostly because the ending made no sense at all until the final episode.. then I realized it was foreshadowing the entire time.

A few more notes:
 
Sniping is a pot luck with the first rifle you get. High center mass seems to be a instakill but I've had plenty of hit markers. There are a few maps with high vantage points, and you can close off the ladder access via a hatch, but none of your teammates will beable to get to it as well, and if you die, then that roof is no longer accessible. I was assault one round and my whole squad was sniping from the roof, I ended up with 3 defib ribbons with how many revives I performed.
 
As recon, you can't unlock all the sniper rifles by using a carbine or shotgun... you'll only progress unlocks through that weapon type as you use it. (Crap... I have to go through all that to get my GOL Magnum arguably the best sniper rifles in BFBC2). Every class has access to, Carbines, DMR (designated marksmen rifle), and shotguns when they are unlocked. LMG, Sniper Rifle, Assault Rifle, and PDW are exclusive to their respective class.
 
I did my first counter knife yesterday... its as easy as pressing one button. I'm not sure if its O or whatever you have as your melee button all the time or it prompts a random button. You have ample time to hit it and there is no point to knife from the front, because unless the other player just completely sucks, you'll lose every time... which is funny because my first successful knife was from the front. When a teammate is knifing someone from the front or the back, the enemy player becomes invincible so you cant steal their kill... however its wise to keep your cross hair on them on frontal knifing for the reasons I just listed. If an enemy is the knifer you can take them out before the process is complete.
 
Field upgrades are similar to squad perks in later ranks on BF3, except there are in sets now and you can gain each tier as your squad progresses... once everyone in the squad dies the field upgrade resets to zero. I don't think people on PS4 realize how important it is when "LAST MAN IN SQUAD" pops up on your screen... its even more crucial that you don't die so someone can spawn and the field upgrades stay intact.

Wow the sand storm on Oman is going to be crazy... Parcel Storm's rain levolution is awesome with turtles, it really sounds authentic how the rain hits the ground and your head. I can only imagine what Oman holds. I watched some Live Stream of Metro last night... although I don't like the map, It did look a lot better visually. The roof caving in is going to be interesting. I wonder if they will add choppers for this... at least a little bird for each team.
