  1. Spoiler Alert for Iron Blooded Orphans. Funi put up the rest of season 2. Seriously fuck off... it's been a while since I've so mad about a character death. The way they killed Lafter was gut wrenching. I though Biscuit's death was bad, but fuck that was so fucked up. :(

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Honestly I can't really take "fans" too seriously anymore. I see comments on Funi's post about some random new series thats not gundam and someone just posts "Dubs are trash, and so is this anime, watch Gundam UC timeline". I'm like bruh, this isn't an anime forum 20 years ago... (Think about that We've all known each other for 17-20 years now. XD)

I really dug the grey area aspect of the story in season 2. There wasn't really a good or bad side per-say. I respect what McGillis was after, and in the end it came to fruition in a way. Elion seemed like not to bad of a guy in the end, even if his ways were a bit convoluted getting there. Tekkadan was just caught in all the wrong places. Orga's death was sad, but it didn't hurt like Lafter's. It was a given that he was a target, so it wasn't much of a surprise. Lafter's death was so senseless off something so petty, it was hard to swallow... especially after the development she had been getting as you said.

Even though S2 was better. My favorite moment was when Mikazuki freight trained Carta without warning when she challenged Tekkadan to a 3v3 duel. XD  I love small anti-cliche moments like that. It reminded me of Mugen in Samurai Champloo when a little kid was being held hostage and his holder was like "don't you care if this boy lives or dies?!" and he was like "naaaah, not really" and started kicking ass. XD

Oh and Bael was my favorite mecha of the series.

      Strider Hiryu

Heh, good god how the time flies and boy has the anime forum mentality sure evolved (well depending on where you go. The MAL forums could be pretty toxic back when they were still up).

Yea, Orga's death more or less felt forced for plot sake. I understand why they took that method (I mean leader of Tekkadan, master of Mikazuki and the Barbatos, and what have you) but it wasn't exactly necessary (even if it did rile Mikazuki up and force the final battle). McGillis, while I admire what he was after, went about it in the worst possible way (ala Zechs in GW) and caused so much unneeded death.

That was a great moment. The lack of care Mikazuki shows while in battle is amazing. "Oh you want a fair fight, no dice" *proceeds to dash in and murder everyone* This is why he's one of my favorite characters from the show. Yea, he's pretty much emotionless outside of talking to those who he cares about but he is probably one of the best pilots in any Gundam show based purely on instinct alone.

If it doesn't show already my favorite mech is the Barbatos Lupus Rex, such a finely tuned piece of machinery (not to mention it literally took 7 Dainsleifs to finally bring him down to Julieta's level of fighting (though he was practically dead at that point) and he still took out most of her soldiers before she "won").

  2. I got a promotion with my job yesterday. I'll now be making more than I ever have doing this. $60k a year to do something I barely got paid $35k for at my previous company. The best news is that I'll have Saturdays off, and get off by 6-7pm on most days. I don't have to go to bed like some retiree anymore. So hopefully by the end of this year. Battlefield 6 will be out... it will be good... and maybe we can get the band back together @Sledgstone and @Strider Hiryu. Even though Strider is PC master race. I'm sure it'll have cross play. My gaming life has really suffered these past 3 years.

Congrats! :) thats a lot. I think jobs can be like a lottery sometimes..well life in general for that matter. i spent almost $100 on mega million hoping to win something last month but i know thatll never happen. XD

Thanks! $100?! XD I def bought tickets every week until someone won that billion. But only $2-6 at a time.

    3. Sledgstone

I did the same. $4 every week for the last 3 weeks until someone won. Lol. I would have loved having that money.

  3. Umm what? Don't waste your time with Burst Angel. They wait until the last 8 eps to give character background, the last 4 for some type of plot, the "grand finale" happens in the last 8 minutes, and the ending makes no logical sense. Had potential and fell very short.

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Yeah, if it does't have adult themes its a damn vampire anime. I'm really getting tired of those. I've just about run out of things on Netflix to watch that aren't vampire animes, I've been avoiding them because I'm so worn out on it.

I still thing Colleen Clinkenbeard and Michelle Ruff need to be hired for Sailor Moon's potential Funi Dub. Uranus and Pluto would be the likely candidates. IMO. :P

Ugh, The only issue I have with this anime is that cases take between 2-4 episodes. Its an interesting structure, but I like to watch a whole case through, So I know if I don't have 1-2 hours to watch (because I gotta be at work early in the morn), I just don't. I'm on the last case and its a 4 episode one. :P

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

It sounds good that the show does cases.. its easier to watch chunks of a couple episodes at a time.. unlike One Piece.. Entire arcs last 45 episodes. XD

  5. Started playing Darksiders from a humble bundle a while back.. its alright... combat is lacking big time, and the camera controls are terrible.

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I really like the story. That much I can say. I'm not against simplistic game play on the cheap. This take on the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse is pretty neat as it delves on complete shades of grey. If this game lasts more than 15 hours I'll call it a bargain... the empty slots suggest there is a lot to be completed, but I'm glad I didn't pay $60 for this game.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Ok, so it took it a bit, but now there is some serious platform puzzles going on. Pretty neat.

The Dragon arc brought me to tears. I thought it was a waste at first when the nest was on Warship Island the whole time, but man was I wrong.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

That dragon arc wasn't even in the manga. It was filler. But what I like about one pieces filler arcs is that they are short and good. But there is a part later in the series with another dragon and everyone acts surprised that they exist even tho they saw a cap load of them in that dragon arc. :P

Reading more about the daily log in reward makes me wonder if they'd be kind enough to add the same ultra rare chance at a precursor through the exotic weapon chest, that dungeon chests, heavy moldy bags, and WvW loot bags have.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

They really should. The amount of work to craft a legendary is huge as it is. But the rarity of a precursor drop is more random than getting an exotic from the cryptarch in destiny.

  8. Finished my first Nightfall... A Co-Worker and his friend pulled me through it. There is a super cheese room for Omnigul. I only got a legendary void pluse rifle out of it though. The weekly XP boost is a big plus however.

      DeathscytheX

I'll be on around 8pm ET Monday if everyone can be on for the Nightfall before reset. I'm sure Strider and I can pull you through it. If we can just get in the cheese room youd just sit in the corner and revive us everytime Omnigul kills us.

Dove into Iron Banner, unless you have a raid primary, you might as well hang it up. Suros could barely hang, but Plug One.1 is a monster. I started dominating using my fusion rifle. I have a 22 kill match I'll have to upload later.

Don't use turrets in the DZ. I read that they are broken right now. Someone can entice your turret to shoot them turning you rogue and they can kill you without penalty.

    3. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Heh, everyone was using them today while I was running around in it. I'll be switching to scan pulse and heals when I go into the DZ, too many enemies and the turret does shit damage and is shit at taking away hate as well.

  11. Finished Linebarrels of Iron. It was an enjoyable Mecha anime. Although I feel the trend of a main character tapping into a incredible power, only to look weak in a fight unless they have an emotionally traumatic moment is getting old. It seems to be the most overused cliche in all of anime.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Thanks for the heads up about the Eureka Seven AO. I'll pass on that. I watched The Legend of Legendary Heroes, but I can't remember the ending, except that the last 4 or 5 episodes turned into disappointment. I've heard good things about One Punch Man. I looked at some of the manga and everyone appears to be adults and theres a bunch of DBZ style action and even some gore. I think I'll watch this one next.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

One Punch Man is a parody I believe. The main character is so OP he's constantly bored. You don't remember the ending for LoLH because there wasn't one. -_-; it ended with the massive legion matching to battle and that was it. I just started Gangsta and so far it's good.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Oh that must be it. lol. I'm pretty certain One Punch man is a parody, but the fights that hes not in is what apparently makes the anime good. His side kick guy is some cyberneticaly enhanced bad ass that has amazing fights. Same with a bunch of other fighters, but theres no real tension in the series because that One Punch Man literally just kills everyone in 1 hit. Its the main reason I've avoided it, but after looking at a couple manga chapters, its really got my attention now.

  12. My wealth is swelling. I should have near 1600g before LWS3 comes out. Thats uncharted terrority for me since I I've bought precursors the last two times i've reached just under 1100g. So much weird inflation on common items as made making gold super easy. I dumped all my powerful blood before the FGS chain starts. I'll plug away at that all week and save the mats for when prices go back up.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Thats good to know. I'll get my other characters to FGS just for farm weeks like this. I wonder if they'll change the map rewards with tomorrows update. The amazing FGS week might get changed and all the rewards more spread out.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I hope not. It's a big cycle it goes around. They can def give better rewards to other maps and have a nice profit week for a few more. I brought up dubloons because apparently you need a ton for juggernaut. It would be nice to give those players some relief that want to make it. Powerful blood comes up on Cursed Shore as well some weeks. Nerfing the fgs wouldn't make sense. The fact that it was one of the game's first farm maps makes it popular when that reward cycle comes out. I bet that's why they threw a bone out to those that still do it.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

The dubloons in general are the dumbest items in the game. They're only use is for crafting, but you can't deposit them and even though we have jeweler crafting, and we have copper and silver ore, we can't craft either. And on top of it, both will only drop from jumping puzzle chests for low level characters only. If they ever announce that silver dubloons can be crafted, I will craft all my silver ore into them and flood the market with the damn things. lol.

  13. I had a pretty productive night on BF1. Got a triple kill with a tank grenade, my 4th service star for the Model 10, and 4 battlepacks (1 from premium and then 3 matches in a row). I got 3 blues out of it putting me at 840 scrap. I just need another blue or two more battlepacks to be ready for Revision 3. Last time I got 4 in a row, I didn't get another one for like 10 matches. X_X RNG gonna RNG.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Ah, maybe thats my main problem. I've been using the cross hair sights on the lewis suppressive and for some reason I keep overcompensating when people are running. That and the bouncing of the gun is aggravating to me. I'd shoot it in bursts but that actually gives me less control. And then if I keep the gun shooting for better accuracy it overheats. These lmgs are so shit in this game. -_-; If I could equip a shotgun or smg on this class i'd never touch the lmgs again.

  14. Overwatch dethroned everyone at the VGAs sweeping Game of the Year, Best eSports, and Best Mutliplayer game. I hope everyone else takes notice. While OW isn't for everyone, and its hard for SoloQ, games that aren't need to look at what Blizzard is doing. The way they balance, interact with their community without blowing them off, and post launch content. COD started the season pass trend, and every shooter followed suit and then every game followed suit. Titanfall 2 has taken OW route as far as DLC goes. I hope more developers go this route as well. There is money to be made on micro-transactions. RnG boxes are a big hit and OK as long as you can earn them in game, and they don't offer a competitive advantage.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I partly blame piracy for the $100+ cost for full games. Sure games like battlefield are extremely fun and popular and dlc can be justified, but I often think that season passes for online games (that can't be pirated or they get banned) are primarily a way for the publishing company to make up for lost profits from offline games that were pirated instead of purchased. Whenever a game is announced with a season pass I think of it as the consumer paying a pirate subsidy to the game company. I've seen plenty of people saying EA and activision are greedy corporations with their season passes, but maybe they're making up their losses from other games. *shrug*

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

But they make all their money on console. XD PC gamers get mad that console gets all the Triple A love while hiding behind there "OMGZ PC master race 83947923748932 games for $1!!" But how many of those games are actually good? How many $1 don't just rot in a library without ever getting touched? The PC market gets treated like an afterthought now, getting shitty ports for big games. Hell they never got Red Dead Redemption.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I've seen people on my steam list over the years playing pirated console games and flaunting it by launching them with steam as if to show off that they have a console only game on pc. -_-; I remember about 8 months after Last of Us came out I saw someone on my friend list playing it on PC. I know that was a pirated version. That same year Uncharted 3 and Last of Us both got 2 multiplayer map dlcs for $10 as if Naughty Dog was trying to compensate for lost sales.

I wont lie, I have a huge back log of games. Mostly from those $1 humble bundles. XD I stopped buying those years ago unless they are AAA game studio bundles tho.

  15. So total gut punch this week. The company I've worked for for almost 17 years of my life is closing the store I work at after filing bankruptcy. The lease is up on our building, and despite being probably the 4th best grossing store in the district, we're all out of a job by next month. And they couldn't have done a shittier job of letting anyone know. They just stopped shipping our dry grocery and perishable orders 2 days before they told us, and blamed it on "transmission errors".

But Luckily I have some solid connections and already lined up a job at Publix, which I feel is the future and should have jumped ship a few years ago. I was too complacent with my tenure and vacation time. But I'm only losing around $1.48 an hour just to throw stock full time and not be a manager. That's how much better they pay. Hopefully I'll be working different hours to where I can play games with everyone again. But for now its peace of mind since I just bought a new car.

Wal-Mart doesn't have as much dominance here as they do else where, they do build a lot of locations to try and put others out of business, and they do indeed hurt competitors, but they don't kill them. People despise Wal-Mart in my area with a passion. When I first started the grocery business there was just Wal-Mart, Delchamps, Bruno's, Food World, and my company Winn-Dixie. WD focused on customer service and superior meat products, and it served us well. Delchamps was a unionized chain, they went out of business simply because the wages got too high and you couldn't downsize to stay alive because of union rules. People may think I'm crazy to be pro right to work over unions, but I've seen what it does to companies. High wages is only as good if the company can stay in business. Unions may be a good thing in different industries, but it doesn't work for the retail world.

Bruno's soon followed by getting bought out several times and just eventually died. Winn-Dixie being the only legitimate competition to Wal-Mart out of the blue decided they wanted to go with lower prices. Lowing prices means less money from sales. You'll naturally underperform from the previous year when everything costs less... and along with the CEO being a greedy fuck, things started going south. Payroll was cut, less people in the stores, customer service went down. We were told to perform at the same standards with half of what we had. Obviously that's impossible. Eventually we hit bankruptcy for the first time in 2005. Companies generally NEVER survive this. I can't think of a single big retailer that ever has... but we did thanks to hurricane Katrina. Partly because we opened back up first, generating a reputation of being there for the community, and partly because we totally ripped off the insurance company by reporting much higher losses than we really had. You won't find that on any record, but as the guy that was scanning out each item 10-15 times, I can tell you everyone was doing it because they were told to do it.

Once again our prosperity was squandered by wasteful execs taking private plane trips instead of 2 hour drives to prance around stores and tell you that you needed to do better. In 2011 we once again filed for bankruptcy and were purchased by a private equity firm that owned BI-LO. This was the writing on the wall, as since then everything got progressively worse each year with more position slashing, hour cutting, and draconian inventory control. We were no better than a third rate off brand cost savers chain. By this time Publix and Rouses Markets moved in to add brand new competition we haven't faced in years. Publix reminded me of what we once were. They loaded their store with hours and groceries. Prices are high but customer service is #1. When you make high end stores, you don't cater to people with food stamps or low income in general. It just doesn't work, they wont buy anything that isn't on sale, and they'll go to Wal-Mart for that.

So as of Wednesday, WD filed bankruptcy again for the 3rd time. Publix is a Fortune 100 top company to work for, and they are employee owned, so no CEO. Their assistant department heads make more than I did as a MOD, and their MOD's make double what I was making. I look forward to the new opportunity.

    2. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Congrats on the new job. I hope it works out well for you. I hate how ceo's and the higher executives make literally hundreds or thousands per hour compared to the average worker. Some people say it's because they are never off the clock and they're literally on call 24/7 but that's a load of crap. It's like those toys r us corporate employees with their million dollar bonuses they give to themselves literally months before bankruptcy.

Wal-Mart is strong I  the grocery department here but their meats suck ass. And i know for a fact almost everything is delivered to the store frozen. All the hamburger meat, chicken breast, everything has already been frozen before. Even all their deli/ bakery fresh cookies. The biggest grocery stores here are Wegmans. That place is quality that Wal-Mart will never achieve with its current grocery business model. The fruit at wegmans is so good I have never once seen a single bad strawberry in a package. That store is open 24/7 and it's always busy. Costco is another recent major competitor. And Topps is still in business for now until they go bankrupt.

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Yeah Wal-Mart isn't about to pay a butcher $20 an hour. Nothing beats fresh meat, especially when it comes to beef. Chicken is always prepackaged everywhere you go, but not necessarily frozen. Companies aren't going to take the risk with salmonella, its not worth it with everyone looking to sue you for anything... and honestly I wouldn't trust any business... there is always someone being lazy. XD

  16. Since the founding of Kickstarter I've only backed one project and that was Kung Fury. XD I recently backed two more projects. A new wallet and a retro style watch.

I honestly don't get the whole "minimalist" wallet thing. I think it's pretty dumb actually. Before this fad even started it was hard enough for me to find a wallet with enough card slots to begin with. I have a debit card, drivers licenses, concealed carry permit, Social security card, health insurance card, dental insurance card, Kohl's card, and 3 credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover). Now that everywhere takes Visa I kinda wish I didn't have all 3, but there was a time Sam's club only took discover, and my master card was my first line of credit that just got upgraded to a mastercard when it was originally just a sears card. XD Anyways all in all I have 12-14 cards, and I feel like I always need them in case of an emergency. I don't carry cash, so the whole billfold that only holds 1 card... I don't know how people do it. I backed this Grip6 wallet because I've been using their belts and they're amazing. I also break belts a lot since I only use 1 for everything and I'm very active at my job. If it wasn't for the leather sleeve that increases card capacity to 14, i wouldn't have bothered. It's a cool concept. I use my debit card multiple times a day. All my cards that pay for stuff will go into the pop up slot. My lesser used cards like insurance and ID will go in the leather sleeve.

I've also reinvigorated my love for watches. I own 3 in my rotation. I've lost my love for metal bracelet watches as I always break them, and leather I ruin from sweating at my job so much. I just ordered a canvas strap to replace a leather band actually. But I also love analogue watches. I don't like pulling my phone out to look at the time, its just easier to look at my wrist. I've always had a watch since I was 14. I'll never be one of those serious watch collectors that owns $5000 watches... thats too extreme. I stay under $400. I've been looking for something retro and classy to add to my collection.. buying real vintage watches is out of the question so I found this... but its only half funded with 27 days left so It may not become a thing.

I'll never back a kickstarter game after all the shenanigans over the past couple of years, but recently I've found it to be a good source of finding things that no one else is making to my needs. I still did my research on the company/owner before backing, but hopefully I get two decent products. With all the crazy OT I've been getting lately I have the luxury to splurge a little.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

That Kohls cash bonus worked amazing last black friday. If I was looking at the regular prices, its crazy, but with the sales along with the coupons and kohls cash bonus it makes it a good deal. I just don't get the marketing involved with all the coupon codes and kohls cash. Its like they want people to see the great savings and jump through extra hoops to get it. But its definitely better quality than walmart clothing.

Flex waists ftw. XD I was hesitant at first with flex waists because they looked like they'd be thick and uncomfortable. Nope. So much more relax fitting for me, especially since I have to sit all day for work. Standing up I want my pants to be fitting right, but sitting down I don't want the waist crushing into my stomach. Flex waist is amazing. XD

Walmart is the same way with their pants. XD I can almost never find my size, but they'll have 30 inch or 48 inch XXL no problem. XD I use to wear 36 and then 38, but now I'm down to a 32. I still can't find 32 in stock most of the time. As I've gotten older I tend to prefer sit as hip style relax jeans instead of at waist.. mostly because my hips and waist are an odd shape and at waist pants always drag down to my hips anyway. But then I want 29 inch length instead of 30 and nobody has 32x29 at hip relax flex waist. Thats my ideal jeans. XD

I need new boots but I might go back to bass pro shop for those. I have no idea what brand I should get tho.. I want something cheap, but decent looking for going out in public while still keeping my feet warm. I can still use my big ass insulated lacrosse boots for shoveling, but they are not the best looking boot for going out in public. lol.

I don't know about having too many lines of credit affecting the score, but too much debt definitely does. I know at one point I canceled a credit card and it didn't affect my credit score. I haven't looked at my report in a couple years so I can't remember if that card is still shown on it or not. 805 credit score is beastly, no wonder the car sales person was shocked. XD An 805 credit score can get you just about any line of credit or loan and get the best rate. For example, to qualify for a house, people need their credit to be at least 630 or so I believe, but the higher the credit score the better the mortgage rate. My credit was 780 when I got approved for my house. But house loans also require underwriting where the bank looks at everything. Credit score, work employment, length of employment, income to debt ratio, living expenses, bank accounts to verify savings of around 10% of the cost of the house to cover down payment, closing costs, inspections, etc.. and the house's value and taxes value in comparison to income and payment ability. I mention that underwriting because after they did all that for me and got me my approval for the house.. once I got the loan my credit score slowly dropped down to 680 in the following months. I have a lot of credit card debt, but I think getting the mortgage actually hit my credit score harder than the underwriting.. but I think in terms of credit score it only counted as a single inquiry into my credit. But I got another credit card for my lawn tractor in May and put over $1700 on it for the tractor. Over the last handful of months my credit score actually went back up to 720 or so.. because I got another line of credit I guess. wtf.

Another odd thing, 5 years ago when I paid off my car loan, my credit score was 780 then too.. then like 2 months after I paid it off, my credit score dropped to 740.

Yeah paying off definitely hurts a little which is silly. I think instead of too much debt its how much debt compared to how much credit you have. I was almost $80-90k in debt at one point between my credit cards and my student loans. But thanks to discover cards ridiculously huge credit line I was still $40k under my total limit. XD I think having everything maxed out is what gets you. Credit card debt apparently is a science to the formula. I got myself into some trouble loading them all up, but I never maxed them out and I always paid on time more than the minimum, even if it was $10 more than the minimum. I have everything on autopay the minimum just so I don't miss if I forget.  I was like $30k in debt in just credit cards at one point. Now I have 2 lines with only around $500 each, and my Discover is at $6800 which I really need to work on better. Every year I had been using a large chunk of my tax returns to pay off the cards.

      Sledgstone

Yeah that's what I need to do. I have a card maxed out right now. It's a pain. Buying the house ended up with us buying a crap load of stuff for the house. In the end we did to much this first year. Now we're in pay off mode. X_x

  17. Its no secret I have an extremely poor diet consisting of mostly red meat and dairy products. XD But I have definitely cut back on sugar intake over the past couple of years. I'll still eat candy and sweets now and then, but I drink soda maybe a few times a year when something interesting comes out. (Like Dr. Pepper Cream Soda 🤤). I'll drink a glass or two of sweet tea when I go out to eat, and on holidays. But outside of that its coffee and water daily. I haven't put sugar in my coffee in probably 15 years. A few months ago I got into sparkling water because I miss soda, but at the same time I don't... I really don't enjoy it as much as I use too, but water gets awful boring sometimes. La Croix is fucking nasty, I already knew that well before this. But with the sudden explosion of new rivals I took a tour of whats available. Pepsi's Bubly is ok, The apple is probably my favorite out of all of them. Coke had Desani sparking water which was actually pretty good. The lime almost tasted like sprite... but they discontinued all of it for this new AHA shit with weird ass flavors. I tried Blueberry Pomegranate because it was the most normal one, and it seriously went flat before it even got room temp. I sat it down for a few minutes and when I took another sip all the carbonation was gone, wtf? San Pellegrino makes decent ones as well. But the best IMO is Perrier. I'd say Strawberry is the best, followed by Watermelon and Peach. It has a caveat though. There is something magical about the can. XD You have to drink it out of the can ice cold, and the flavor is good along with the different style carbonation (apparently it's natural). Once you pour it into a glass or get one of those plastic bottle versions, its not the same. It tastes flat and flavorless. Its very odd.

But anyways. I don't enjoy sweet drinks anymore at all outside of tea. Maybe its a mental thing because it bothers my acid reflux, but it all started with the alcohol I drank, I moved away from rum or anything mixed as I stopped liking sweet liquor. Then it just kinda carried over to my daily beverages. I treat the rare soda as a dessert now. I can't stomach more than 1 in a day. I have no idea how I use to throw back 3-4 a day when I was a teenager. XD:barf2:

I use to like those squirt drinks, but I have reservations against splenda which is what those are normally sweetened with. Mio and Crystal Light are the big sellers around here. The Kool-Aid ones do pretty well too. Which is basically what it tastes like to me. Kool-Aid. Not that I dislike Kool-Aid but I don't want to drink it all the time. XD Plus those Mio's have to be disposed of as hazardous waste in store when the are broken, and there is no explanation why. The only other edible/non chemical items that are disposed of like this are aerosol cans like cooking spray, and medicine. XD wtf... strike 2 and 3 right there.

As for coffee I mostly drink Peet's Major Dickason's blend and Gevalia Majestic Roast. Since Its just me, I use k-cups for the convenience of a single cup at a time rather than tossing out half a pot of coffee. I generally order from amazon since you can get 75-100 packs for $30-40, rather than paying $10-12 for a 12 pack in store. I actually just subbed to Black Rifle Coffee Company yesterday. I got a sampler pack last year for Christmas but i didn't really care for any of them since they were all medium roast at as such tasted super weak. But now they have Freedom Fuel Dark Roast so I'll give it a shot. They're a veteran company and support a good cause by sending out free coffee to our servicemen and servicewomen overseas. After listening more about them over a Joe Rogan ep, I wanted to join their coffee club. They have an extra dark roast called Murdered Out, but they don't do k-cups yet. I'll probably swap to that if it ever happens. XD

That coffee sounds good. Hazardous waste. XDXDXD I looked it up and its because it contains propylene glycol as a preservative. Theres industrial versions of it and food versions of it. I'm guessing your company has it listed as hazardous waste in the system because its all sorted by one generic listing of that ingredient. Probably because the industrial use of it is for antifreeze. XD

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propylene_glycol

I found out Mio sold in Canada doesn't have the ingredient. I'm surprised these don't have that California cancer warning on them like every other product I buy. XD

      Interesting article about it:

      https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/propylene-glycol#section4

I don't think I'll have to worry about getting toxic levels in my body with a couple servings a day. I do have liver issues and I have another liver blood test coming up in a few months so it'll be interesting to see if these squirt drinks affects my levels. I don't have any other drugs like ibprofin, etc. in my system anymore for the last 3 months except for asthma meds. Lady's been drinking this stuff for years and all her blood work has been fine except for high blood pressure which she recently started meds for over the last 6 months.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Looks like those brownie bites might be listed as hazardous too, but then again they added some extra words to the propylene glyol so maybe not. XD

      https://www.walmart.com/ip/Entenmann-s-Little-Bites-Fudge-Brownie-Mini-Muffins-made-with-Real-Chocolate-5-pouches/10293128

And theres multiple flavors of Cold Stone creamery ice cream with it as an ingredient too and I had no idea. Apparently its in some Betty Crocker cake mixes too.

      https://www.coldstonecreamery.com/assets/pdf/nutrition/cold-stone-creamery-ice_cream_sorbet_ingredients.pdf

Now that I'm done going down the rabbit hole of propylene glycol, I'll have to look up some other ingredients this weekend. XD

That sounds pretty tasty, I'll have to give it a try (big fan of the regular Blue Moon). I recommend the orange as well Sledge, it's good plain but so much better with a slice of orange in it).

Sounds good. Is the weapon customization like Saints Row 3?

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Its more like attachments for bf and cod. It gives and takes from key areas like accuracy, stability, damage, and "detection" which is how suspicious you look in casing mode. Of course the more armor and firepower you're packing, the harder it is to finish a heist in stealth.

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Its also interesting to note that since you're professional thieves and not professional soldiers, automatic fire is intolerable for accuracy. You're sights really jump all over the place when going full auto. The class I am playing increases that accuracy with single fire.. all rifles are selective fire as well. Full auto is only good for close encounters with large groups of cops.

Support choppers can now take two RPG direct hits. I guess it makes since because it has no pilot offensive capabilities, and it can hold up to 5 people... it would be too easy of a multi-kill.
