  1. That feeling soloing the boss with corpses cheering you on, because everyone else fell to their death on Thaumanova Reactor, and the boss has 30% HP left. XD I did it for the first time since the change. The heat room isn't that bad when done as a group. But having to do 4 rooms now makes it my least favorite even more so. I also had to do the Not So Secret JP again for Astralaria. WTF? Not So Secret and SW? The two worst JP in the game for this journey. -_-;

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

XD Just wait until tier 4, you'll probably have to do those JP and fractal all over again. XD

What benefit is there for having the entire group do the heat room? I still haven't made it across once. I never tried it with a cooling rod tho.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

You can stagger the cooling rod shields off CD. With 4 people having a rod, If you do it right, you should make it to the end no problem. Actual only 2 are needed because the cd finishes by the time 1 shield completes. I had a pretty good group. The boss for thauma was their only screw up. We cleared uncatagorized with ease, and we cleared Choas bonfires on the first try after me and the party leader explained it to the other 3 that didn't know what to do... Oh and we melted subject 6 in seconds. What is funny about the thauma boss is you actually have a special action key now that stops 1 platform from dissappearing. It has a heafty CD, but you should be able to use it once per each time someone gets targeted.

That makes so much more sense now.

  2. The dub of first ep of My Hero Academia Season 3 finally came out so I caught up on the first four. Holy crap, they aren't wasting any time this season. Shit is already going down! Finished Garo Vanishing Line. It was really good, I want a second season of this era, and they left it open for one. I'm pretty pumped about the movie that takes place in the first era though. Overlord Season 2 was kind of a let down for me. The action was still good but it felt like the season had no real beginning or end... it was like the middle of a season, and there was no apparent turning point or climax. The lizard people happened, and then this whole thing with six arms... but nothing was resolved. Hopefully season 3 is more structured.

And I just finished Season 2 of Blood Blockade Battlefront. Pretty fun little series. Decent mix of humor and action.

      Strider Hiryu

Season 2 of Overlord is a lot of setup for whats to come in the next season (Ainz has some pretty big plans according to what I've read). I'm not expecting a lot of action for season 3 or at least the first half but I'm sure we'll be rewarded quite handsomely (if they adapt the chapters in order like they have been). Like I said before things should get quite a bit more interesting going forward.

I have my hero academia and flcl set to record on my dvr. Im looking forward to watching both series. :D

  3. The end of Feb through the end of March looks great for gaming to me. Nier Automata, Zelda, and Mass Effect. It been a while since there has been back to back to back games I wanted to play.

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

About the only thing I'm looking forward to is Mass Effect (and I'm somewhat on the fence about that, I'm not letting the hype draw me in this time around like I did BF1. I'll pre-order it most likely but unlike with ME3 I won't get the CE).

With funds still being limited I gotta pick and choose my games carefully (and while Zelda does look good I can't afford to drop $300 + whatever Zelda will cost just to play it). Nier looks good but I can't justify dropping money on another game when I still have a backlog to go through (not as terrible as Sledge's but it's still hefty and its all games that require more then 40 hours to get through (I'm looking at you Skyrim, DA, and FFX/X-2)).

  4. The first two eps of AoT season 3 are better than season 2 in its entirety. XD

Oh crap.. did this start airing on toonami or is it on funi streaming only? O_O

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

The sub is like up to ep 5 or 6. The dub is held up by toonami. So yes next Sunday ep 3 will air.

  5. The French Open... freakin' Tennis out of all things is going to cause a 2 week delay for Fruits Basket, literally the highlight of my Fridays. UGH I can't blame Cartoon Network this time....

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Ep 9 was up yesterday for me as well even though Funi announced it was going to be delayed... they made it sound like it wasn't airing at all, but I guess it was just later in the day. Which doesn't affect me since it's the only show that was coming on before 4pm ET. It was a really good ep.

    2. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

As far as the article on ANN said it was airing on only one channel while the other three were going to be delayed (it apparently airs on 4 channels at different times) due to the tournament. Funi must of went with the latter airing episode than if you got it (don't know what channel CR grabs from but since it's subbed it probably doesn't matter). Then again you also need to remember it airs a day ahead of us due to time change so the episode aired at 9 pm June 1st (so roughly 5 am your time on the 31st) over there so I'm not overly surprised Funi still got it up in time for you to watch. They were probably just giving a heads up to cover their asses just in case they weren't able to get it done in time.

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I guess they were trying to be careful because apparently another sub-liscenser was releasing AoT episodes before the Japanese airing, so the main studio wasn't going to release the ep to any of the license holders until a few days after its original airing, totaling screwing the simulcast. I think they settled on a much smaller delay in the end though.

  6. The guy that does Demolition Ranch is officially the coolest dude on YouTube. He has a second channel called Vet Ranch because he is a veterinarian. I have no idea how he has time to document his work and his fun time while editing all the videos to upload for my enjoyment. XD

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I watched his Demolition Ranch videos for hours the other day... you gotta watch the one about bullet proof cups. WTF? XD They fail spectacularly. In one of his videos he was shooting through steel plates and his wooden rig he made he joked about it being something a veterinarian put together... and then at the end of his video he said he was a veterinarian... I thought he was joking at first about vet ranch so I didn't even bother to check it out. Then it popped up on my suggested list and I'm hooked on that too. Their vet office is funded by youtube viewers, which is amazing. I might have to send a small donation, because they do a lot of good work.

  7. The human female idle animation post on the GW2 forum was finally locked by a mod, with no dev response. "It's run its course" apparently, more like they got tired of seeing it stay on page 1 for over a year. XD

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

XD It was only a matter of time before it was locked. I'm really surprised they let it go on as long as they did. Theres a good chance it'll come back as a new emote tho now that they're actually adding new ones.

  8. The internet is about to get lit son. I highly suggest downloading and redownloading games and other media you can use if there is no internet. XD Probably just a precaution and overraction since I was having a lot of constant loading and network errors on Azur Lane this morning. I suspect people will be hitting their mobile gaming more. I know Netflix decreased the streaming quality in Europe already anticipating this. I almost had a cow earlier when I won a PvP and it started loading a long time before registering my victory.

  9. The new current event was amazing on GW2 because I got to rekt Trahearne XD. Riannoc was way more powerful than him. Trahearne couldn't even put a dent in my HP as I destroyed his break bar and melted him.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I highly enjoyed that fight too. XD I liked that Trahearne actually attacked with his flesh golems that we only saw that one time in the PS. People probably forgot he was actually a necromancer initially. They should have given him reaper shroud for the fight just to screw with everyone. XD

  10. The new firefox update is amazing. It feels a lot faster even if it does look like a Windows 95 program. XD

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

I haven't used it enough yet to notice any difference but one positive is it doesn't crash constantly like the old update did. I can actually view websites without having to open Task Manager to close it every five minutes, kinda nice (though I'm not used to using Firefox anymore and this new look is kinda meh).

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

The reason I say it looks like a Win95 program because I had the color scheme set to that same dark blue on the task bar. XD its so blocky, when it loaded up for the first time I had flashbacks.

I was using it all day yesterday and aside from the block look at the top, Firefox has never run better. I'm really impressed with how fast it is now compared to what it was.

  11. The two best anime this season so far are Goblin Slayer and SSSS.Gridman. Goblin Slayer caused a huge uproar over its first ep.. which honestly is stupid. Plenty of acclaimed anime have had an uncomfortable rape scene. A heavily censored scene that took up all of 10 seconds of the episode. However, whether intended or not, it got everyone talking about it. After that, it resumed as a normal but violent anime. It also wasn't random, it established the goblin's as pure evil. SSSS.Gridman is your standard over the top Trigger mecha anime... but it starts out off the rails. I don't see how they can get much more bat shit crazy. That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime, Zombie Land SAGA, and Double Decker: Doug and Kirill have all been fun and quirky though. Overall I'm enjoying this season even if I'm skipping on a few of the shows.

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

Eh, as far as recap eps go it wasn't bad and it at least had the next episodes name at the end so next week should be a new ep (I hope).

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I just watched the episode of SAGA with Lily's dad. They didn't use CG for the end performance, and it was quite nice. I get that its more costly to do it this way, but man it looked way better. As techniques advance, I don't mind CGI too much. I guess I just like consistency way more though. The hybrid can be so jarring at times I much rather have either all CG or all drawn. The method is getting better though. Gridman, as you pointed out is probably the best usage of hybrid CG and animation I've seen to date. Double Decker gets everything right about car chases that FMP!'s last season got wrong. XD Even though I'm not a blu-ray buyer, It would be nice if they went back and animated all the performances in SAGA for the blu-ray/DVD release. I think Sakura and Saki's characters suffer the most in those sequences because of their more intricate and longer hair design.

    3. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

I'm pretty sure they'll go back through and clean it up as they always do before a DVD/BD release (there are huge differences in quality between the broadcast version and the home video release, I can name quite a few shows this is true in), whether or not the CG will be any better or not is another question (they usually just go back to fix animation issues that they let slide due to time constraints). I hope they do since I'll probably throw money at the BD release when they get around to releasing it here.

Yea, Sakura and Saki suffer from it the most (Tae does as well but it works in her favor since she's not entirely there and her movements are CG friendly) which sucks because Saki is my favorite character. Sadly the next episode has a CG performance and it's not overly bad but it is cringy (you'll see what I mean when you watch it). It is frustrating though when you have a great episode like Lily's without using CG and you wonder why they just don't do that (besides cutting costs I don't exactly understand, especially when they had a great performance without it. I believe episode 8's performance isn't CG but I'd have to re-watch it to make sure).

  12. The Warclaw mount is the best thing to ever happen to WvW, at least for casuals like myself. You can't be trolled by roamers making YT montages, you can escape fights you don't want to be in, and you can get back to the action pretty fast if you die in a zerg v zerg fight. It eliminated the downtime of a boring long trek back to the front lines that could have ended up in death before you even got there. That was the biggest turn off of WvW for me. Also, with how many people are running support firebrand, scourge, and chrono, the heals are so good I rarely die with my glass cannon PvE builds. I can see myself starting to farm some more gifts of battle now, and actually enjoy it rather than seeing it as a chore.

  13. The Wurm boss on Ember Bay has a wonky scaling issue. I two manned it with a random with ease as we defended two energy pylons each. But when I did it with more people later, elite wurms kept spawning and we almost failed with 1 energy pylon left which almost got destroyed. X_X So I could actually have soloed a world boss by just keeping 1 alive myself if no one showed up. XD

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I was so noob at that event when I first did it, I thought we had to all attack it like taking out Mega Destroyer. XD I jumped down to within range and kept attacking wondering why nobody else was showing up to DPS. lmao. Everyone up on that ridge must have looked at me and facepalmed while they actually played the objective. XD

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

ROTFLMAO. I'm curious if the wurms can be reflected like the eggs on TT. It would have made a cool challange for guilds like TTS to get some boss achievements.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

That would have been cool. Since we can personally damage the wurm, it'll be interesting to see an organized speed kill on the wurm to see just how fast it can be defeated.

  14. There is nothing like random spiders coming down from the AC vent over your bed. I swear this is happened 4 times that I know of, or thought I knew of in the past 4-5 years. I'd wake up in the middle of the night, and the small illumination from my room fan would let me see a damn spider hanging in front of my face. I'd swat at it, not feel anything and go back to sleep. At fist I chalked it up to being still half asleep and maybe I was just seeing things. Then one time I woke up with a somewhat swollen red patch inside my bicep that was warm to touch all day. Then two nights ago as I put my phone on my night stand with the screen still on I saw something floating above me and I swatted it with the bed comforter. Not wanting to be bitten again, I got up, shook the bed sheets out and upon not seeing anything I went back to sleep... Yesterday I found a dead quarter sized wolf spider in the middle of the floor. I looked up a wolf spider bite and it sure enough it seems that's what bit me months ago. 🙄 Its just weird they like that particular vent. They aren't dangerous, but the bite was pretty annoying for 24 hours. Seeing as my ceiling fan blades are pretty close to the vent, it amazes me they don't get blown sideways coming down like that. I wish they'd just crawl on the wall and go somewhere else than landing on me while I sleep. -_-; Winter can't come fast enough.

XD maybe they're getting revenge on you for unconsciously eating their siblings. XD

We get wolf spiders here, I've killed a couple so far this summer in my bathroom. I think they crawled in thru the bathroom vent and somehow got in the bath tub. A good frost will kill alot of them. Hopefully a crap load of ticks will die off to. I'm tick paranoid.

  15. This has got to be Destiny's last run. Twice expecting people to pay for a Y2 overhaul can't be sustainable. I don't regret my purchase of D2 because I did get a lot of fun out of it. Bungie just has no idea how to balance a game to appease hard core and causal players. They've reverted the game to get max progression via raids again so I'll probably never play since my clan died off months ago. They either give it all to you easily or make grueling time gates and obnoxiously low drop rates. Like there is no in between here? Now they have some new $100 million dollar deal for a new IP which makes me think they are giving up on Destiny. With even COD ditching the MP season pass, the days of paid DLC are going away and yet Bungie is trying to milk two season passes out of each game. Meanwhile Overwatch is still healthy after 2 years.. match queues are pretty much the same as they were 6 months after launch. No DLC, free heroes and maps, along with constant rebalancing and hero reworks for underpowered characters. I REALLY hope Battlefield V gets this level of support for 2 years until the next main BF game comes out. I'm getting a bad vibe that the launch game will only have like 5 maps or some BS "because Tides of War". Yeah we get it, we'll progres along with WW2, but give us the same amount of maps every launch title has had. Hopefully The Division 2 comes out swinging from lessons learned unlike Bungie. The Division is in a good state right now and if they can release it with all the content this last free patch had, they'll be good to go. Really I just want games to be successes again, I want to stress over what to play instead of waiting for something that's hopefully worth my time. I hope Anthem is amazing for BioWare's sake, and I hope Borderlands 3 is going to be amazing as well.

    1. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

It saddens me that Bungie thinks they can get away with this shit. I mean the expansion looks good (Bladedance making a comeback?) but honestly it's not worth the price tag (especially considering I would need to drop money to get get Curse and Warmind just to play it) or the disappointment tied to it once it's apparent they'll only deliver on half the promises they made. It's baffling how people still give this company money (and how many still praise how great D2 is, even after all the bullshit they've pulled).

Honestly as long as BFV is half of what they're talking about I'll be happy (even if it's only 5 maps but I doubt it, DICE has never really screwed us that badly. Their bosses on the other hand are another story). I won't hold my breath for The Division 2. Outside of R6S Ubisoft has done nothing to make me think it'll be any better than The Division (a game that still hasn't had any story progression beyond how it ended). True the game is in a better place but how long did it take? Are you really ready to invest money into a game that will probably have the same start as the first one? I'm not and unless I'm impressed by what I see once it releases I probably won't (don't get me wrong, I liked The Division for what it was. The story was good and the game play was solid but it just got so tedious without a group to play with. Plus after a while the grind for better gear got boring and wasn't as rewarding as it is in other games (I don't mind grinding gear but I hate grinding when the chances are slim to none that I'll get anything good (I mean come on I still play FFXIV, a game designed to be a grind and I fucking love it because I always feel like I'm working for something tangible))).

Anthem is BioWare's swan song. It better be good because if it isn't we might not see BioWare for much longer. I really hope it's everything they promise it to be but I'm tempering my expectations. I refuse to get hyped by all the youtubers making video's about it or to get hyped in general. I want tangible proof this game is worth my money and that won't come until we get game play footage and actual news worth getting hyped about. Gaming is leaving nothing but a bad taste in my mouth as of late and games as good as Detroit are becoming few and far between (which as a lovely surprise by how good the game actually was). I have only one game this year I've been looking forward to and that's Ace Combat 7 because those games are the only ones I get hyped for (I've never been disappointed by the main Ace series (numbered titles, Assault Horizon was thankfully not a main series staple because you and I both know how much that game sucked)). I just wish we'd get more information on it.

    2. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Maybe Bungie's biggest flaw was making the Destiny engine to begin with. They made it playable on the old generation of game consoles and ever since then it's been held back. Perhaps Bungie could make an amazing game if they used an existing game engine and focused soley on plot and gameplay mechanics. But then again they made Destiny 2 just like Destiny 1.. eh.

Its hard for me to get hyped for any game and its been that way for a long time. I'd be hyped for BFV, but after BF1 I still don't think DICE go in the right direction. But if it has BF4's progression system and predictive recoil instead of bullet randomization crap that could really motivate me to buy it.

The only game coming out this year that I am really interested in and will most likely pre-order is Tomb Raider 3. The first and second were both solid games with plot and action and I loved the gameplay.

    3. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Nier Automata, Breath of the Wild, and God of War are probably the best games I've played as far as enjoyment factor in the past 5 years. They're all single player games. The problem with MP experiences now is balance is prioritized over fun. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 after the Javelin Glitch and Model 87s were nerfed was just a fucking blast to play... because EVERYTHING was OP as shit... the models were so OP that they were more OP than all the OP stuff. XD The game mechanically may have been a mess, but everyone was on an equal playing field with just about every gun being viable because you could choose in what way to be OP. It balanced itself. That was fun. Basically Esports ruined MP games. Overwatch is about the only game I enjoy that is balanced fairly well... but its purely an objective game with the need for strategy. MW2 demolition, you shoot 4 tubes around the bomb, chuck your nades, call in the air strike, pave low, arm the bomb, and post up the choke point and obliterate everyone that funnels in. XD  Ah back when I try hard carried teams to victory. Now if a MP game can't be esports, they just don't fool with making them.

  17. Tried the Monster Hunter Wold beta after the guys I played Destiny with kept hyping it up... eh. Its not for me. The controls are funky, and the explanation of what I was suppose to be doing wasn't very good. I just beat down a monster until it died? I thought I was suppose to be capturing it? I was expecting a finishing move prompt, or a QTE, for a death blow, but it just seemed anti-climatic. Then it sent me to the "Coming Jan 2018, would you like to Pre-Order?" in which I said no and got sent back to the main menu. At this point I knew I wasn't going to try the more difficult quests if I have to go through all that each time, rather staying in the game world and picking another quest that way. I never played a Monster Hunter game before, I always thought they looked neat, but playing it myself left me uninspired.

    1. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I didn't know about the training hall. XD I was getting pissed because the legend up top with the moves kept changing and disappearing when I drew my weapon. So I basically mashed triangle a bunch with a little circle and dodge until I won. The UI is pretty terrible. I might try another round with a different weapon.

    2. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I'll try out this beta later today if i get the time. It looks decent at least.

    3. Strider Hiryu

      Strider Hiryu

I went straight for the Training Hall (it's like the third option on the list) when I loaded it up. I tried out almost all the melee weapons before I was even confident enough to do the first hunt (though all you attack is barrels, they don't let you practice against actual monsters). Sadly I used a weapon that I didn't try out in the Training Hall, the Feather Blade. Luckily it was extremely easy to figure out (though I'm still a little foggy on the whole summon insects to attack thing). Believe me though the combos are pretty much smash Triangle, hit Circle when needed (depending on weapon type), hit X to dodge, and R2 to switch modes/use special attacks (again depending on weapon, some weapons change what they are with R2).

  18. Tried to get back into No Man's Sky after the big patch... nah. They took away the boost jump. Having to constantly get back in your ship to take off and refill the booster fuel because the planet is hazardous is tedious. Your 2 levels of protection upgrades last all of 10 seconds before eating away at your shield is annoying annoying enough and wasn't buffed. They took away on foot mobility, so you can't go very far outside your ship or shelter unless its a rare planet that doesn't have a hot/cold/caustic/radioactive hazard. At least with that boost jump you could quickly get back to your ship or find shelter for your protection to recharge. Its just not for me.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I think the only reason some ppl are saying it's good now is because they can build stuff and finally see some random strangers in the game. Maybe they improved the campaign but i doubt it.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

They added a bunch of stuff. I was really lost TBH at the start. There was a lot of QoL improvements from using items to the scanner scanning animals further away. Fuel types seem to burn faster... which was my least favorite part of the game originally when it seemed you had to refuel with every use of everything. I mean I get using Hyperdrive once between refuels, but just taking off and landing on a non landing pad surface was pretty annoying. The mobility with the boost jump was great, especially when you upgraded its longevity. I could hit 6-7 things around my landing spot and run back, take off and pick somewhere else to land. Now I'd have to take off for 4-5, and sometimes all 6-7 of them. The only thing you can really do when you land now is gather resources around the area. Eh. I removed it from my PS4 last night.

    3. Sledgstone

      That sounds incredibly boring. XD

  19. Triple Trouble was kind enough to give me another Regurgitated Armor box. I now I have all the skins... plus an extra box because I didn't realize that there were no boots or leggings skins. I opened all the boxes I've saved up and Vipered my Ranger. I just need trinkets and a back piece which I'm currently working on to give to her. Even with what I have right now, shes fun to play again. LB/S/A got left in the dust after the power creep and it just wasn't up to par. I'm melting things again with SB/A/T.

I'm tempted to viper mine out with the ascended armor set I got from pvp, but I'm a bit hesitant with the expansion leaks indicating it'd be more focused on power. Then again that is easily 4-5 months away still and swapping ascended armor isn't that costly. Are you using the build from metabattle with the odd combo of 4/2 different runes?

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

Nope. The nightmare runes are TA dungeon. I'd  have to do a reward track. I might do it later but I went all trapper runes for now.

Twilight Arbor was daily today. A couple quick paths and those runes can be yours! XD I think its stupid that some meta builds are using these old dungeon runes. I saw a wvw build months ago that used runes from Honor of the Waves dungeon. wtf. XD

  20. Trying to finish my dailies, I hop on to WvW and see a fellow JQer getting 4v1ed on a camp site. He was just trying to get his daily like me. I mark/well bombed the group and RS4ed into them taking them all down. Daily accomplished. XD #ReaperLife

Nice. XD Are you using your pve power reaper build? Or a variant of it? I might swap my reaper to a fear build just to troll. I started doing more WvW dailies to. I'm glad it's getting more popular. Last night at reset the EB map had a queue of 49. Btw master of monuments daily is bugged. I claimed a ruin the other day and didn't get the daily.

I stick with the power build. I destroyed a MM Necro the other day that wanted to chase me down. I'd say spamming all your staff attacks and entering shroud works just as good in WvW as it does in PvP. Most the time people will just retreat. I've won a few 2v1 and 3v1s trying to get back to the zerg. It's always fun to rally off a neutral animal when you get downed only to clean up the guys you have low on health. XD

  21. Tuesday my favorite festival of all time for GW2 comes back. I'm more hyped to play than I have been in a very long time. I was a n00b when this festival first debuted, and I'm sure a lot of nostalgia boosts it's memory for me, but even then, I remember feeling that Halloween and Wintersday paled in comparison. When the year spun back around and it didn't come back I was disappointed. Labyrinthine Cliffs is going to be much easier to traverse without the need of the aspect crystals, but the Dolyak Race should still be funny. I'm looking forward to the additions they've made, and I'm ready to grind out Boss Blitz. I hope they've scaled up the bosses properly and made the rewards worth grinding so it doesn't become a ghost town if people go back to Istan. -_-;

I never got to experience the festival the first time so I'm really looking forward to seeing it. :D

  22. Ugh, I forget how spoiled I am watching Netflix series where all the episodes are loaded in at once. Catching up on all these Simuldubs on Funi is like hitting a dead end when I reach a point to where I have to wait weekly. I started some more series. I was hesitant to start GARO -Vanishing Line- but I'm glad I did. I loved GARO: The Animation, but GARO -Crimson Moon- was kinda lack luster and I didn't finish it. Each series takes place in a different timeline with different characters that dawn the Makai Knight armors. The original was Medieval like, Crimson Moon was more feudal Japan themed, and VL is modern times. At first I thought it was gonna be some macho bullshit, because the main character is so western with big ass muscles. XD I was pretty surprised. But so far its excellent, and the Armor suits are actually drawn instead of CGIed like the first two series which is a pleasant surprise. First brawl I saw was so Michael Bay-like with a shaky cam and I was like "oh boy, not this" But ever sense they haven't really done it.

  23. Watched Parasyte on Netflix. Overall an entertaining watch. Pretty violent, but the story and the ending fell a little short for me. Some of the characters got killed off too quickly. Feels like one of those series that could have been 2-3 seasons but they were worried they wouldn't get renewed and tried to shove it all into one.

  24. We're going NORTH!! TO VABBI!!!!!!!! YESSS!! Guardian Axe!!!! SO MUCH HYPE!!!!!! http://imgur.com/a/MXIqt

Soulbeast looks amazing too. I'll be pissed if this isn't real, its the most elaborate fake ever if thats the case. All the specs look amazing.

That is absolutely the most elaborate fake leaks for this game I've ever seen. I'm going to assume its all legit and Anet has a serious leak issue with their NDA. Mounts look huge, if those are true to scale, I wonder if they'll ever be implemented in the core or HoT maps. If a zerg wasn't bad enough lag at world bosses, imagine the massive fps drop when everyone pops on a mount and the total model size of the zerg is doubled. Anet better have upgraded their engine to be able to handle it or GW2 will become one of the best looking games at a constant 20 fps. x_x

Unless they coded them like combat tonics. Then it might be ok. I want to say I've seen a ton of snowballs on my screen and it didn't make the fps drop worse than it already was. If I had to guess they leaked them on purpose though. People were starting to get disgruntled again about leggy weapons 2.0 and how they weren't gonna be done. This is def a mood changer.

  25. Wearing a mask with glasses sucks. I've been using neck gaiters, but when you were anything that has to go around your ears it makes your glasses lose grip. I'm going to get a new Rx on contacts Monday. I stopped wearing them about 2 years ago becasue I couldn't wear them a whole day without my eyes getting irritated. I just need them for 8-10 hours tho, just to get through work.

i also have glasses on so a face mask will pull my ears down, gives me a headache. so i wear a bandana instead. i tie it very loose around my neck and pull it up when needed. comfortable than other stuff i tried on. but what bugs me is most ppl wear it incorrectly anyway. eventually no one can breathe with that face mask thing on for that long. most ppl either cover their mouth only so they can breathe thru their nose, or pull it all the way down to their chin so they can talk on a phone. seen so many ppl doing that while working or out shopping. defeats the whole purpose of wearing a mask.

Lady made us masks when NY forced us all to wear them. All the fabric stores at the time were all instantly out of stock of alot of fabric and elastic. So she made our masks using pipe cleaners for the ears. That way it's adjustable and it doesn't pull like elastic. My problem is wearing glasses because they fog up. So even with an extra piece in the nose to tighten it up I have to have some air gaps on the side of the mask so it doesn't fog my glasses. It's not 100% effective like that but it's still helping and will catch the majority of the air droplets coming out of my nose and mouth so I'm doing my part in not spreading anything. I will say tho, wearing one all day for work would be a pain in the ass.
