I still haven't pre-ordered to get access yet. But from what I read on the official forums and reddit, the class is way worse than necro in dungeons too. A full 5 man team of revs took an hour to beat a single dungeon path. Thats some horrible dps.

I didn't realize the class wouldn't have weapon swap either. I thought the legend activation would switch skills 1-5 like necro shroud, but it switches all the utility skills instead. Odd setup.. it leaves the weapon skill...

.. completely static while changing the only skills that can be swapped around to customize the build based on the legend equipped.

You don't have access to the other 2 trait lines either so I'm still holding my judgment, but of that dps doesn't come up, I'll use my newest slot to make a warrior or mesmer.
