Hows the pace of the game? Fast constant action or random puzzle rooms?

No puzzles yet, just fighting. Its one of those games that has set locations that allow you to access previously unreachable sections as you gain more abilities whether it be the path to the next story progression or a secret chest, item. It borrows heavily from God of War, with a 1 button combat system.

I've encountered "Challenge of the Gods" type missions, and you can purchase combat abilities and combos through blue souls (green souls give life, and yellow souls rage for special attacks). There are green, yellow, and blue soul chests, The combat revolves around the joystick and X button on the 360 controller.
