Someone already 3 manned Destiny's new raid and I heard the story was really short. I don't get people that still put money into this game.

You're spot on about pulse rifles, because I regreted buying Red Death for the longest time. And eventually everything had been nerfed to where they were the best weapons for PVP. Red Death, the Crota, and VoG pulse rifles were king. And then I got the messenger that amped headshot damage off body shot hits. The gun naturally drifted up to abuse the perk without much skill.
I don't know what the meta is now. I heard Multi-Tool was top tier for a while.
I think it still is as I've seen quite a few streamers still using it but they could just be using it because they like it. I honestly don't know the meta either. I might watch TeaWrex or Goth once every few weeks when I get a chance (I mostly just watch Matimi0 and a few FFXIV streamers now when I get on Twitch) and they're always using different weapons and set-ups. It's honestly hard to tell what the meta is (though shotguns still seem to be a got to for Crucible).
Another thing that irked me about the game was how favorites were given out and then nerfed. Gally was one thing, but Felwinter's Lie was what made me salty. They gave it out like candy on the last IB I played in before I dropped the game. That's when they took shot package off of it. So I got half of a Felwinter.
