After winning several 2v4 encounters by trolls, I've discovered there are some really bad players in the DZ. Everyone is making max DPS builds with little skill power.

They must not realize they should be using a pvp build versus a casual pve build. those fps gamers need to learn.

The problem is they're running builds for NPC farming, not pvping but due to the DZ changes in the last patch they haven't thought to redo their build for Griefers and Trolls. Most people run Tank/High Stamina builds with High DPS. The best build I've seen by far is XFactor's Crit/Heal build. Not only does he bulldoze NPC's he makes other players look like noobs.
