Strider Hiryu

Last time I was on for Iron Banner no one was using Ice Breaker. Pretty much everyone runs with a shotgun or fusion rifle for special weapons as they're pretty much a one hit kill at close range (Invective is awesome for Crucible, full auto and it regens it's own ammo as well. 4 shots kinda sucks but still so very good).

That guy is hard to kill even with 3 30's, his shield is damn near impossible to get down and once you do you have only a few seconds to kill him before it goes back up. Took me 3 tries to get him killed (and yes that 30+ min rotation sucks). If you stick around long enough he sometimes spawns during the small skirmishes that happen when the hive and fallen go at it but that only happens when you have 5+ people in the same area and replaces the Public Event for that rotation.

So yeah I'll probably be picking up HoW if you couldn't tell (more or less because I'm really hoping for more Queen's Wrath stuff). Can't really afford it but what the hell, I may or may not be changing jobs here soon which will bring in more money as it pays more then what I'm currently making (and it'll be a day shift to boot so I can do more stuff with you guys).

Meh, I'm only really excited for the story and the Trials of Osiris (which is going to require a kick ass team to get anywhere). If it's anything like Iron Banner then I'm going to love it (I love Iron Banner my only complaint is that it takes forever to grind rep, especially if you get stuck on losing teams left and right). My co-workers were let down that there is no new raid (that's pretty much the only reason they get on now) but apparently that's coming somewhere else...

Yea everyone gets that fusion rifle (mine's almost done being upgraded, just need Rank 3 with Eris to get the required parts). Just let me know when you want to party up for Destiny, I'm always down for the weekly's (need more coins, I only have 5 currently) and strikes. Raids I wouldn't worry about, all the good stuff is in the hard modes anyways (hoping for Fatebringer on Tuesday when I raid with my co-workers).

Pending how this expansions works out we may need to get the crew together again for Destiny fun. I'm pretty much going to be cutting back on FFXIV until the expansion comes out so I'll have plenty of free time for fucking around in Destiny again (I honestly enjoyed playing it Wednesday night, was nice to do something other then FFXIV for once).

Hmmm, I might actually cough up money for this now that they made these changes (though I am pissed, I ditched a lot of my old gear for materials when TDB came out). Since I'll start raiding next week with co-workers I'll hopefully be able to get a whole set of VoG armor to upgrade come patch (which is awesome since I like the looks of it). Plus upgraded Shadow Price makes me all sorts of happy

lol, I'll tell you this much the trailer seemed to show more to do with her and the Reef is the new social hub so it's got to have more then one scene with her. Plus that bitch still owes me a Supremacy.

Well if everything I've seen is true the light level is being increased to at least 34 and there will be a whole shit ton of new gear added in. I'm kinda tempted to buy this since it deals with the Queen and I'm hoping Queen's Wrath comes back but I'm dropping $145 in June on the FFXIV expansion so I can't afford it.
