Rebuild is a complete redo of the anime series and original movies, Anno always said he wanted to go back and redo it. 1.11 is mostly a retelling of the first few angel attacks, 2.22 for the most part is new story stuff, and 3.33 is a mind fuck that has nothing to do with the original series and is all new. They're worth watching if you liked the original (which I did, still own it plus the movies and the director's cuts of the last 6 eps). If you didn't it's worth watching pe...

I've watched FLCL at least 6-7 times... nuff said. I'll have to look into this. I liked the original, but never had the drive to rewatch it after the 2nd time.
