The first panel (left) is funny enough on it's own but the second panel (right) seems like it skipped something.

Okay now it makes more sense though I'm not use to reading Manga. Still it wouldn't really need the first panel (right) as the second panel (left) is pretty much the whole joke.

I hope the same saying doesn't apply to Red Text...
