So, I haven't posted in a while, lots of RL stuff kinda got in the way. But I was looking at my profile, and it says I joined in 2002. o.@ I do have lots of fond memories of this place, and I don't know who's actually active anymore, but thought I would check in and see how everyone's doing.
  2. Saw the latest trailer last night, totally looking forward to it! HSpoon doesn't want to go as the first one had to many science holes in it for him to just enjoy the giant robot vs. kaiju parts.
  3. so, this is a thing lol
  4. So, not going to win awards or anything, but it was a fun and funny movie. If you're up for watching Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Renolds have fun with their characters, totally worth seeing!
  5. Huh. There were subs, the languages used were English, Mandarin, and Indian. Which was really weird, but kinda cool. Edit: so, just out of curiosity, checked it out on amazon, and there's a review at the top saying yes, it does have captions, but amazon changed how their player works right before it came out, and since they didn't let anyone know about the new controls, people aren't finding the captions.
  6. So, just FYI. It's already out on Prime, and the DVD/BlueRay comes out Aug. 8. You know, in case you're curious.
  7. Might check this out too: http://humoncomics.com/how-to-house-break-your-pup
  8. There is some singing involved, but no one breaks out into a full song, it actually fits into the story really well. The basic premise is he's a getaway driver and he was in a wreck when he was little that gave him really bad tinnitis in both ears, so he's always listening to music to drown that out.
  9. So, went to see this over the weekend. It was a lot better than I thought it would be. Overall, the strangest musical I've ever seen. And I know that sounds weird, but it was a very good movie. I enjoyed it a lot and if you're into fast car driving types of movies, give it a try.
  10. I so TOTALLY want to see it; I mean, David Tennent as Uncle Scrooge? Unfortunately, we got rid of our cable because we don't use it and Disney X D doesn't have a streaming option. I even asked them and they said that I need to talk to my cable provider to add it on to my service.
  11. It was ok. Nothing spectacular in the story, but really good effects. She did fine as Major. Overall, a movie you would probably enjoy watching if you liked the original, but not one with rewatchability for me.
  12. So, finally finished the main quest last night. The ending was pretty good. Not good enough for me to replay it just for that, but satisfying enough that I'm fine. I may replay later to try out Vetra's romance, and it's a shame there's no Drak romance, he's awesome! I will try and work up a proper review this week sometime if you still want one. ^^
