This movie was a blast. All the call backs and cameos made this movie what it is for sure, as the story has its generic moments. The premise is solid, the love angle is cheese, but honestly I think it works because it's actually as corny as an 80s-90s movie at times. They did a great job of mixing a metric shit ton of cameos for all generations since the 70's at least. It comes at you so fast that the ones you don't get or miss just meld in with the story. My eyes were frantically searching the screen for any little hints I could find. The KRULL glaive made a super subtle appearance that was so quick, if you didn't know what it was, you wouldn't have gotten it because it wasn't a dramatic whip out and look at it before throwing it... but it was my favorite small cameo. The big one I'll save for the spoiler tag as it was a big moment in the film.
The end result is you basically have a futuristic action packed version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with a villain. Sorrento's avatar was great too, it was never shown in the trailers and I never read the book so I don't know if it's the same thing. The profanity was pretty wild for a PG-13 film though. I guess TWD's Negan has made the constant use of the word "shit" an ok standard because they said it a lot along with the one allowance of the F bomb.

Otherwise known as The Death Of Net Neutrality. So before ISPs destroy us all for the sake of liking us only as consumers here's what I did before the end.
    Gaming
As a sign of me being overly paranoid (And GWG not giving me these games sooner) I bought Dark Souls II, TES IV Oblivion (Again), TES V Skyrim (Again), Saints Row (Again), Saints Row 2 (Again), Fallout 3 (Again), & Fallout NV (Again).
Yeah the only game I didn't buy again was Dark Souls II. Because I didn't really get into Dark Souls after years of not just looking up how to beat the first boss. I still expect this to be the hardest Dark Souls I'll ever play even if I don't have to worry about being invaded. TES IV Oblivion was about $5 when I bought it on Xbox 360. My PS3 copy is preowned & stopped working. TES V Skyrim is what caused my PS3 to break due to my own insanity. Thus making me prefer digital distribution even more. Also I'm still sick of buying Skyrim & hope not to do so again until the 2020s. Saints Row 1&2 I already owned for Xbox 360 (2 also being the one I own multiple times also on PS3 & Steam). Both were under $5 each. Not sure why MS doesn't make at least the first Saints Row run on Xbox One as it has remained exclusive to them. Fallout 3 & NV I both owned & sold for the PS3 due to moral issues. But this time around I'm playing as immoral characters so not as big of a problem this time around. Also they were about $5 each. My Fiction & HTML5 Game Ideas
I was expecting 2017 to somehow be my last chance to save myself before Ben Carson destroyed my housing assistance. And still get myself destroyed because of Ajiit Pai. However I'm once again save by procrastination. Over a decade of demotivated procrastination. My self censorship continues.
    my political views
As Net Neutrality comes to an end I wonder if I'll have the urge to vote. As my needs for my American Dream were either overlooked or were going to be hated anyway. I think if my representatives ever represent me it'll be when I'm pass the age of 40 still dealing with the crisis my mother created for me when I was 21.

I finally saw it. I'm not going to go into specifics because there is so much fundamentally wrong with this movie it sickens me (and I finally understand why Mark Hamill had such a problem with how Rian Johnson wrote his character, that wasn't Luke. That was a washed up, pathetic excuse for a man). I can't believe we gave up the EU for this crap.
I did, however, find the movie entertaining (an alright movie but abysmal Star Wars). Again Daisy Ridley was a joy to watch on screen and I thought she did a wonderful job as Rey in this film. As much as I hate his character I'm glad we finally got to see some actual development of Kylo's character (even though I will always refer to him as Emo Vader). Seeing Yoda again was a joy and brought a smile to my face. As much as I hate this movie it was wonderful and highly emotional to see Carrie in her last performance (which she killed by the way, one of the high points of the movie for me).
Actually Sledge, Luke has one child in the novels (Ben Skywalker, powerful but not as powerful as his cousins Jacen and Jaina Solo) and he actually marries one of the Emporer's Hand (an elite cadre of force sensitive assassins loyal only to Palpatine, her name was Mara Jade). Palpatine actually inhabits six different clones of himself until he's finally killed off in the EU by Luke (after turning to the Dark Side for awhile). As for force ghosts in the old canon they never interacted with the living world except for training and mentoring those strong in the force so that's why we've never seen them exhibit power like Yoda did. Also Force Projection/Doggleganger was used in the old canon by people like Dooku and Luke (books/comics) but this is the first time we've seen it in the films and the new canon so who knows why they made it do this in the film. I could go on but I won't, this takes this topic off topic and I really only wanted to post my thoughts on this film.

You must of forgot about it, the 4th season was announced like 6 or 7 months ago. I definitely can't wait, since Funi has the Simuldub that means Crunchy should have the sub streaming rights.

Mad Max was one of those games I knew would someday be free on PS Plus.... I don't know if I would enjoy missing out on this as I played Crossout for free until that game decided my shotguns were a clipping issue.
    ....
Also, yeah I'm still mad about ESO's $150 (or more) in micro-transactions a month.

OMG! I didn't even know about this, or I forgot about it. But it just popped on my new Simuldub season list for Funimation!!! I'm so hyped!!!

The story was cliche, but the action was awesome. Still worth seeing IMO.

Season two was just put up on Netflix for those not caught up. This seasons seems to have the biggest budget yet! Oh and The Widow...

Meh, flying in Battlefront is pretty much flying on rails. Once you learn that concept it's a breeze to get the hang of it (before I stopped playing Battlefront 1 I was pretty much an ace pilot with the X-Wing and A-Wing, Tie Fighters and Interceptors gave me more trouble due to how they were). While I'll admit the controls were a little different in Battlefront 2 (or the beta anyways, I still refuse to buy this shit show of game) the concept is still similar (believe me when I say it was easier to learn to fly in Battlefront for me, I still to this day cannot fly anything in BF4 or BF1. I so do not look forward to flight controls in BF5 (psst, take some design notes for Bandai Namco and the Ace Combat series. That's how true flight controls should be done)).
Problem is the fix is a little to late. EA already lost a majority of the players who supported this game in the beginning and soured the rest of us on their shady ass design and practices (I really didn't have high hopes for Battlefront 2 after the first game failed to impress and I'm glad I didn't based off of beta gameplay). Yea, the fix is a step in the right direction but I still feel we'll get hosed in one way or another in BF5 when it finally releases. Glad you're enjoying it though.

DICE has never been able to put together decent flight controls, and on top of that they've never been able to have consistent flight controls. BF1 was the only game I've ever been able to be somewhat proficient in flying, but I'm sure trying to fly Zeros, Mustangs, Bf 109s, and Spitfires are going to be totally different in BF5.

I LOVE this character. I have a feeling shes going to be hard to get a hold of as time goes on. Kudos to Blizzard for making healers like Brigitte and Moria that can fight and disengage... basically healers that don't need to be protected by the team and are fun to play with decent offense. But even more so for Brigitte's ability to be a frontline brawler healer. Shes a beast, with an awesome kit. Her shield bash cancels out all abilities if you land them right, and cancels ults if you're in the right place to perform it. Her only downfall is she has a map meta. Escort is her forte, open maps are definitely her weakness. You need tight corridors to get good positioning on shield bash stuns and because her main attack is a generously ranged melee. Plus your attacks are what heals, so you have to stay active to provide heals to your team. But damn shes super fun to play. The no one playing healers has declined ever since Moira came out, but now I think you'll have two a lot of the times, which currently is a meta team comp. Having 2 healers vs. a team with only 1 is going to favor the team with the most healers, and it will compound if the other team's healer isn't very good at playing healer.

I'm so glad Carl is dead. now I don't have to see that horrible hair anymore. it was such an emotional scene and I feel horrible for Michonne, but when I heard that gun shot I was happy. I'm a horrible person.
Rick vs Negan in this last episode was pretty good. I'm surprised Maggie didn't warn that new woman about the saviors.

I'll still go see this, but the reviews are mixed and its tanking already.  Alicia Vikander is a pretty girl, but honestly I was never sold on her look. Shes just too petite and short for the roll. Her body has limits to how much muscle she could fill out with, and she looks very young. I feel bad because I watched some behind the scenes and she really put in a lot of work out time and grueling stunts to make the movie. While Angelina Jolie was picked because of her sex appeal, she's 3 inches taller and looked older, even though she was four years younger when she did the first movie. Jolie filled the roll of a more sexual Lara Croft and looked the part. Vikander doesn't really look the part of the new Lara Croft to me. Shes wearing the same outfit, but the more board shoulders and toned biceps aren't there.
Maybe it shouldn't matter, and in any other movie it maybe wouldn't. But for a video game movie, you gotta be believable as the character, or you lose all the fanboys/fangirls.

It will probably be free sometime next year. Its won best soundtrack at just about every award event except one I think. I have almost 60 hours into it. I still load it up so I can eventually get to level 99 and fight the secret boss. The music is just down right therapeutic when roaming around the map.
I couldn't pick a favorite track, the whole damn thing is a masterpiece.

The price to make these 32 bags are outrageous. Inventory space isn't a vanity item. They really should have more ways to get these runes of holding in the next map. Spreading out the mat farm across multiple LWS4 maps would be a great way to keep them relevant. Having to drop 100g on a gamble to get these is stupid.

This is a great lineup. Bloodborne, Ratchet and Clank and Mighty No. 9. And in 1 year there will be no more free games released for ps3 and vita.
