Google forced me to get a Google+ account because I logged into youtube yesterday. Youtube keeps harassing me to use my real name, I say no and the only way to keep that is to save my username preferences which auto-creates a Google+ account. wtf google.

I starting using my real name a long time ago. Eventually everyone will have to, I think this is to deter trolls and hateful commentors. Google+ isnt that big of a deal right now. You can pretty much lockdown your privacy harder than facebook. A few of my friends that have andriod phones have recently been forced to join google+. I already had one beforehand so I don't know what they were doing that required them to join.

I don't use my last name anywhere online, at least not in social sites. I signed up for G+ a while back, and if ran better on my work computer, I'd enjoy it. Well, I would if people actually USED it.

I'd prefer not to have to use my real name everywhere. I can understand why some people would like to, but for me, online I'd rather be known as "Sledgstone".. theres probably 100+ people in the world with my exact real name. Screw that, my real name sucks.
