I got a small bottle of Crown Royale Maple to try out.. I'm not really caring for the flavor.

I was tempted, but I tend to stay away from flavored whiskey since the Wild Turkey Honey first debut... it was so sweet it was sickening. I will say Jim Beam Red Stag is pretty decent, but other than that I like plain on whiskey/burbon. My local ABC store got some new small batches in today according to a friend. I'm going to check it out. He got something called Blaton's which is made by the same people that make Buffalo Trace. So far my favorites divide into categories
