The story of misfit high-school girl, Carrie White, who gradually discovers that she has telekinetic powers. Repressed by a domineering, ultra-religious mother and tormented by her peers at school, her efforts to fit in lead to a dramatic confrontation during the senior prom.

I'm surprised they remade Carrie yet again. This does look like good remake and I'm sure I'll watch it, but with the amount of Stephen King novels out there, I'm really surprised that Carrie keeps getting revisited. I would love to see a proper "It" movie, "The Talisman", "Insomnia" or especially "The Dark Tower".

Meh. I rather them make the Scary Lamp Monster movie.

I tend to forget this movie when other people with similar sounding names come to mind.... Like maybe horrify movies about an exaggerated Jim Carrey.... Drew Carey replacing Bob Barker.... Or the scariest of them all.... John Kerry losing to George W. Bush.

If Bob Barker had Carrie abilities, he'd have probably slaughtered the studio audience the moment he heard that either Rosie O'Donnell or Drew Carey would be his replacement.
