Godgrave's Recipe # 2

A different take on Scrambled Eggs that we like to call Akuri (pronounced Akuuree).

Chop 1 onion (smaller pieces) and fry in a non-stick pan with either 1 spoonful of butter or a tablespoon of oil till they turn pink. In the meanwhile, take 2 eggs in a bowl and beat em up. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste to this and fry it a bit. Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes to this mix along with - lightly sliced cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder + 1 teaspoon of chilli powder (depending on how spicy you want to make it) and salt to taste. Lower the heat and add the eggs in the pan. Stir it around so as to mix it well with the ingredients we added a few minutes ago till the eggs are done. Since eggs cook relatively quick, you should give it maybe a minute or so of stirring around or till it looks like the consistency you see in the picture below and voila - it's done!

(I made this below with 4 eggs which's why it looks like there's a lot of it ^_^. Once you've got a hang of the recipe you can customize it to make it spicier or just the right amount of flavor as you'd like it).

It does taste good with the cheese inside it, but I prefer to have my cheese slices or chunks on the side with my buttered toast to eat with it ^_^. This is good to put over toasted bread or however you like to eat your scrambled eggs!

Finished Ultraman on Netflix, the story was good but it left too much unanswered... and the biggest travesty was the CGI. Holy cow it was wildly inconsistent and mostly all bad. The distance shots looked like some PS1 stuff, like they didnt know what shading was. They spent all the money on the final fight which was awesome, and then the last few minutes got really bad.

I need to buy a lawn tractor soon.. maybe this weekend. The last lawn tractor I owned was a piece of crap hand me down that nickel and dimed me to death until I got rid of it and got a decent push mower instead. But my yard now has just over an entire acre of just grass. No way in hell I can push mow that. I might get a Cub Cadet or John Deere tractor. I need to see what might be on sale. I had the lawn mowed at the end of last year right when we moved in and its $40 per mow. x_x

I never watched the original Fruit Basket because the description just sounded too silly. The premise of all anime is that at least one of the protagonists has a flaw. Luffy can't swim, Inuyasha turns human on the full moon, etc. I just generally dislike when a flaw is so overwhelming it's a massive inconvenience. BUT Since the simuldub started Friday I'll be watching the reboot. It seems to have a huge following and the first ep was quite good.

Watched Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse tonight and I have to say the movie was spectacular and definitely lived up to all the hype surrounding it. Probably one of my favorite superhero movies now and I fully understand why it won an Oscar.
Story was great from start to finish, though I really don't know what to think of the animation style it certainly worked in this movies favor (a little jarring at first but I was definitely starting to feel it toward the end), and while I'm not usually into the music used into the show I have to say the soundtrack is fucking awesome. Kinda wish I would of went to see this in the theater but that didn't really diminish my enjoyment of the movie.
Really hope we get another one like this (seems there is a sequel of sorts in the works and a few spin-offs as well) because it definitely deserves one. I also have to say the Spider-Man Noir is probably going down as my favorite Spider-Man.
