Ah, so that's what all those blueprints were for that were circling /m last night (thought maybe it was a new mech game). This definitely has got my attention because whats better then massive robots fighting monsters?

The person set the video to private. I think this is it:

I wish they'd release a new trailer with different footage so we can see more of the mecha/monster fights.

If this situation was real, I think they re going about it the wrong way,

The invaders / monsters are organic. just experiment with a biological weapon that effects reptiles,. If they can build neurological interfaces and huge mechs, i am sure they could invent a reptile / alien only plague

What's the fun in that? XD

ye, would be pretty interesting if at the end of the movie, a kid sneezes on one of the aliens and wipes them out like war of the worlds ;p

another solution in stead of punching them to death; throw a barrel of liquid nitrogen in the mouth would be lol GG ;p

Ah yes, Big Stompy Robots, The Movie. Honestly, I don't expect a stellar story, well-rounded characters, or award winning acting. But damn if I'm going to miss seeing mecha vs. aliens on the big screen! XD

lmao. So true, but that would be logical.. :P

Maybe these monsters are so powerful, they need these mechs to punch the hell out of them as a means to deliver the biological weapons. ;)

Wasn't that the over-analyzed pitfall of Prometheus when it came out? But wait, it works for this movie because "OHH there's robots, they look so cool, look dude, he even picks up a freakin boat and uses it as a bat against that big thing, you think it'll even scratch it but who cares cos IT LOOKS SO COOL DUDE *switches off brain* ...".

Aaah, the movies.

Prometheus was just a confused movie. I can't remember if it started as a prequel to Alien or was something else and they tried to turn it into that, but it was just a mess. They tried to take it seriously, and it failed. This, however, looks to be a silly summer action flick that they know won't be the best story, but they'll have fun with it anyways. That I can get behind! XD

The problem I had with Prometheus was it was making flawed arguments against Evolution. I have no problem with "Brain Off Movies". But the moment a said "Brain Off" movie like Prometheus accidentally turns said brain on things can go from fun to offensive.

That looks f*cking awesome. :D

But wait a minute... at 1:23 and 1:31... flying monsters!? and then looking at some of the others.. they all look different.. I thought it was just one species breaking to the surface from deep earth. But this almost looks like its multiple species. Interesting.

If there is one thing I despise about anime across all genres, its the damn "recap X.5" episode. Nothing makes me cringe more when I load up my funi app only to see this week is a waste of time for one of the shows I watch. I was really irritated that FMP had one after just 4 episodes, and Legend of Galactic Heroes has one this week. Seriously, what a waste of effort and time. Even if I missed episodes, I'd rather go back and see the whole ep rather that get caught up on some clips from it mashed in with everything I've already seen.
On another note, My Hero Academia was freaking amazing this week. Any ep where All Might fights is seriously some of the best content of the series.
And then Steins;Gate 0 just gut punched us in the feels this week with Okabe shortly going back to an alpha world line... oh the feels. The emotional level of this series is brutal. It's been a while since I've felt this much empathy for a character.

When I watched Tokyo Ghoul season 1 and 2 a few years ago, I thought it was the most over hyped pile of shit I've ever seen. Apparently it didn't follow the manga at all. I've been watching season 3 just because its a simuldub, and while I find it more entertaining, it's so disjointed from the first two seasons, it doesn't make any sense as a whole. Apparently they somewhat decided to start following the manga after skipping a few arcs? Apparently they announced season 4 and it's going to skip more between 3 and 4? What a train wreck... They might as well start over.

You could definitely tell this was the last E3 for this generation of consoles. Super small showcases for everyone this year. Next year's E3 will be back to the ultra hype reels for Sony and Microsoft unveiling the next consoles followed with the games that are being made for them. It will be an off year for Battlefield next year, but the first COD will be by C studio Sledgehammer, since MW4 will be the last COD this gen.

Absolutely gutted and devastated to hear of Anthony Bourdain's death, turned an already shitty day into an extremely shitty day. I would of said something earlier but I had to come to terms and sort out my own thoughts on this (and of course get through a 10 hour work day).
The world truly is a bit darker and a lot less interesting today with his loss. His passion, gift for storytelling, humanity, and all around awesome attitude were what drew me in when I first started watching A Cook's Tour (his first show) so many years ago and what cemented my love for this man during the run of No Reservations. Sadly I never did get around to watching Parts Unknown or The Layover but I can only imagine they were as good as the other two. This man truly had a gift for opening his heart and mind to people and their culture as well as getting them to open up as well.
RIP Mr. Bourdain, not only have you opened my eyes to new things, given me countless hours of enjoyment, and been an all around awesome person you've also inspired my love for travel (that one day I will hopefully get to do) and my love for other cultures. You will truly be missed and my heart goes out to your daughter and family in this extremely tragic moment. I can only hope you've finally found the peace that so eluded you in life.
