Here is the trailer for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This will be the first COD game on the new 3 year developmental cycle. It will be the first entry done solely by the studio Sledgehammer who enters the fray along side Infinity Ward and Treyarch. While COD: Ghosts sold relatively well, it saw a 30% drop from Black Ops 2. Black Ops 2 came after what could be considered the worst game in the series (MW3) in which both IW and Sledgehammer had a part in. While Ghosts goes on a DLC gimmick frenzy containing Michael Myers and Predator in hopes of bolstering interest, time will tell what is causing the declining interest in Call of Duty. Between the fanbase there are some who are loyal to certain studios that produce the game. Ghosts lack of sales could have been due to a disdain of MW3 as Black Ops 2 still broke previous sales records. It could be another two years before we find out if the series as a whole is getting stale among hardcore player. Even if Advance Warfare fails to beat the previous year, it could be possible most are waiting on Black Ops 3.
This new entry is beyond what any COD has done by the looks of it. One can only see the subtle similarities to Titanfall. There may not be mechs and parkour, but super jumps, and climbing buildings without the need of ladders is certainly eyebrow raising. Then again the trailer is only for the solo campaign, and judgement should be reserved for the multiplayer reveal.

I'm updating my system now. The touchpad keyboard functionality should be a good improvement. This update should also finally fix the Share button not saving the correct video. I'll have to play some BF4 this weekend just to get some video captures to see how it all works now.

The Asia trailer for Godzilla is more revealing than any western trailer to date. You get a better look at Godzilla and the foe he will encounter. Godzilla is also portrayed more like the antihero that he is accustomed to being when he is not the sole monster of the film.
Destiny will be playable for attendees at this year's E3 convention. Here is 7 minutes of action packed gameplay showing off various guardian abilities. While many were hoping for a beta announcement that will likely be saved for their stage time at the expo.
Bungie also announced the first pre-order bonus for Destiny
I like how they didn't put it in cinematic mode and left the HUD and health/shield meters in.
The Playstation Store is having a flash sale this weekend with 30+ games on sale for $0.99 a piece. Some of the games include Retro City Rampage, Braid, Plants vs. Zombies, Telltale's Jurassic Park and Monkey Island bundles.
The games on sale are mostly for PS3 and a few are for PSP and Vita.
This movie looks far better than the previous X-Men movies Fox has made. They should have started off with Sentinels in the first movie. I'm glad they're finally making a decent X-Men movie, but I wish Fox would just sell the property back to Marvel. Two things that throw me off in this trailer.. the sentinels look cool at first, but they seem to lack a lot of detail. Also.. Quicksilver is in this movie and he will also be in the new Avengers 2 movie. Maybe Fox leased Quicksilver from Marvel? I'm very surprised to see the same character will be used in different movies.
Finally got around to watching Black Mirror since, you know, I'm bored because I can't work (and as much as I try I just can't bring myself to play anything game wise outside of FFXIV and a little bit of Destiny (I'm stuck at 267 and have no urge to do the Exotic quests and I really don't want to level another character right now)).
Gotta say this is definitely one of my favorite shows now. Really love how they're stand alone episodes that have no interconnection with each other (well they seem to all take place in the same year and same world (based on little hints I picked up in various episodes) but they're completely separate stories of their own). Some of the episode are really fucked up (the last episode of season 3, while not fucked up, is pretty fucking dark and has given rise to a new fear for me (saying what it is will ruin it if you haven't seen it), still one of my favorite episodes though) and some are really well thought out and emotional (the San Junipero episode is really fucking good).
All around it's a great fucking series (better be it's British, yeah I have a thing for British television) and I highly recommend it. Figured I'd start Stranger Things this weekend since it sounds like I'll be out of work for another week (according to my surgeon's nurse when I talked to her on the phone, I'll find out more tomorrow) and be ready for when season 2 airs in Oct.
They're not supposed to but there's a way to keep them glowing when they're stowed (don't remember how you do it but I see a lot of people doing it, all I know is it requires you to hit a certain key press while you stow them).
, poor Sledge. Yea they come in Small, Medium, and Large and as I said cost a fortune just to buy the plot. All things said and done you could probably spend well over 100 million gil just to buy the plot and the materials to build your house.
